Precautions taken with regards to Covid have been reassuring and the treatment has been gentle, no pain. This has left me looking forward to my next visit (which is first! ) when my temporary vaneers are replaced with the permanent ones. Going by the standard of the temporary ones they will look amazing! Thank you so much Dr Uchenna for putting a beautiful smile back on my face and making that smile one I only ever dreamed of having. Fantastic service from start to finish. I have been visiting the practice for over 10 years. Uchenna is a master in her trade, so much so I travel from the North to the South for appointments. Had some veneers by Dr Uchenna WOW......After years of not smiling due to my small stained teeth due to smoking and drinking coffee i might add. I have had a great experience at London Smiling. The ambience of the surgery is such that you rather feel like you are walking into a spa. I had several visits with the hygienist who I found to be very thorough and painless. Iv only just come back from a visit to london smiling dentist and firstly what an amazing lady so glamous uchenna okoye uchenna puts you at ease instantly. Iv been afraid of going to dentists all my life but wow that's not a problem at all now .whilst talking to uchenna she put me at ease & during my examination she is so very gentle and gave me a truly honest talking to about my teeth & cleaning routine In depth. (You dont get this at a normal dentist .or at least i havent .)Where I have been neglecting & moving forward .as to what i can do & use to help protect my teeth .The treatment I have received from uchenna is second to none & was amazing & totally pain free .I actually fell asleep during the process .much to my embarrassment !! . But uchenna took this as a complement .I was so relaxed . I have now had 3 visits and i have looked forward to each one .uchenna even asked what music i liked as she would play it for me in the background . Today I have finished my treatment and I can honestly tell you that the results are truly amazing . I cannot thank uchenna enough as the whole process has been a honour to received such amazing service with outstanding results . Nothing is too much trouble uchenna will freely answer any questions however small they might be and has given me such great advice . I purchased a few oral dental care items whilst on my visit & the prices were very good & mostly cheaper than a big high street chemist . From start to finish, Dr Uchenna delivers on her promise that your visit to the dentist need not be tinged with fear but rather an experience that will leave you feeling like you have stepped out of a spa. I am not big on writing reviews, but I must say that after my treatment, I am such an enthusiast that I tell everybody when ever I can. I had terrible teeth and decided that after many years of not smiling, I was going to sort myself out with a full smilemakeover. I did a lot of research into many dental practices...from friends, colleagues, the internet and even the Dental Council, and eventually settled on London Smiling. From the moment I stepped in the door, I was made welcome and throughout the journey, they let me know exactly what to expect. The interiors were lovely - more like a spa or a luxury hotel...looked and smelled great. The staff were always warm, friendly and one step ahead of everything. The lead dentist Dr Uchenna, the main reason I went here is well know internationally as one of the best cosmetic dentists. I might have been able to get this done cheaper somewhere else but for the great job done, I would have been happy to pay more. Good work.

I have always feared the dentist, needles, drills, even a simple clean would send panic signals to my brain as I have always walked away with a bad experience! I spent the past 20 years of my life having that perception of the dentist, I assumed that it was just a horrid experience that everyone had to bare! Until very recently Dr Uchenna invited me to her practice, I have never experienced anything like it! Everyone was so nice which immediately made me feel at ease. There were so many options to make my visit as pleasant as possible i.e. a large selection of refreshments to choose from, dvd's/series to watch whilst having my treatment, heated pillows... the list goes on! I had a choice over what type of experience I wanted! As for my actual treatment (the dreaded needle and drill), I didn't feel a thing, relaxed I sat there very comfortably watching an episode of Friends, It was over very quickly. My pain free visit to the dentist was more than a success, it changed my whole perception! I never thought that I would be saying this but I am actually looking forward to my next visit! London Smiling has been my dentist for a number of years now and I love it so much I would not consider going elsewhere. Everyone in the London Smiling team makes you feel welcome and are always willing to help. Uchenna is an amazing dentist! I used to find dental visits painful and would not look forward to them at all, but the experience with Uchenna is very different. She is so gentle and careful. To top it off, you can watch DVDs whilst having treatments, which is something I have never heard of elsewhere and really helps to take your mind off things. I had invisalign braces fitted with Leone and he was also brilliant. I am so pleased with my smile since he worked his magic. I have seen what wonders Uchenna can do to transform people's smiles on 10 years younger and it never ceases to amaze me how much of a difference she has made.
