This is the first time ever in my life that I wasn’t scared to go to the dentist , because I know how kind and gentle Dr. Priyanka is as a person and as a dentist she is the best. She removed my 2 wisdom teeth today and the whole time during the procedure she kept making sure I was okay and that I wasn’t in pain, she was very sweet and managed to extract my teeth so quickly . I wouldn’t go anywhere else other than to her because in her hands I feel safe and calm. I recommend 1000/1000 best dentist I have ever met❤️

I would like to share my experience with this clinic as I was with them for 3 years. I had my INVISALIGN done here. I came here when I was 23 years old and I was still a student. I had a big overbite and my teeth were in a terrible state. My case was complex. Pros: first consultation is for free, staff is very nice, clinic is modern and clean, new equipment, they will send the aligners to other country if you can't come, you can pay monthly and don't have to pay all in once, always free appointments and flexible to rebook. Cons: First consultation was for free and Dr. Frankl told me that I am suitable for Invisalign. So I signed the contract. They have done a scan. My first aligners didn't fit completely. That time I had no idea what 'to fit' meant so I trusted a doctor. I described how it felt in my mouth and apparently it was normal. After a few months, I came back with no teeth change. Doctor said it wasn't made properly and he will send the scans to Invisalign. They tried to do it in-house and it was done by an inexperienced technician. I signed a contract for an Invisalign, not for in-house braces! I signed a contract already so there wasn't much I could do so I was very patience. Next time they gave me proper Invisalign with proper fit. My teeth started changing. I asked a doctor to send me a few cases he has done before so I have an idea of his work. I was told he will send it to me. I haven't received anything. In a few months I asked again for examples of his work and he said to ask reception. Again, nothing. Few months later I asked again and again and again and it's been over 3 years and still nothing. My teeth were changing for about a year and 8 months but nothing has changed since. I was wearing it everyday for at least 22 hours but it stopped working. I don't know why my teeth stopped responding to the treatment. Right now, my teeth are pretty much straight but they are not 100%. My right side is not even with the left side. We tried to correct this for over a year but nothing happened. On my last consultation I asked a doctor if it is possible to fix it. He said NO and told me to accept it. So I accepted it. I didn't wanna argue with a doctor as I still trusted his word and if he said it's not possible, then it's not possible. To sum up, I have almost straight teeth that's why I am giving 3 stars but they are not perfectly straight. They tried to save money (not my money, their money - just my assumption) by doing it in-house even though I asked for Invisalign - not very cool. I also went for couple of dental hygienes. Most of them were great, the nurse has done a good job but once they did not clean the surfaces properly and there was a blood on the scaler handle!

Dr Frankl and his colleagues were exceptionally patient, professional and reassuring during my treatment for a dental implant. I had originally been told by a specialist at the Eastman Dental Hospital that this work wouldn't be possible as I didn't have enough bone in the upper jaw. This was no problem at the Lotus Clinic and three years on I'm delighted to say I have had no problems and am really pleased with my implant.

I have been using the services of Lotus Dental for some years and have benefited from the best professional expertise which it has in abundance. The staff are professional, polite, and welcoming which makes one feel immediately at home. Of more immediate benefit to me were the Invisalign and teeth cleaning treatments I received which was really dentistry at its best on account of the professional and humane care I received. Lotus Dental is the benchmark in dentistry and it is my first port of call for Dental services and will remain so.

I had several implants done at Lotus in 2021 and the dentists at this super-modern ultra-friendly, efficient, beautifully designed clinic did an excellent job at a price that turned out a good 15 percent cheaper than elsewhere, which I believe is mainly due to Lotus having ultra-modern technology and facilities. The technology is important because all the scans including for bone augmentation could be done in-house. Other clinics did not have the tech, and were going to send me into central London for scans that would have cost me an extra £180, would have drawn out the process by several months, and would also have left me in suspense for months as to whether I was "suitable" for implants. So right from the first appointment, I had peace of mind knowing exactly what could be done, would be done, and how much it would cost. Six implants and seven fillings at Lotus were completed in five months. That is fast, considering the implants. Two other clinics quoted me eight months. Lotus fillings were about 40 to 50 percent more expensive than other clinics, but the quality at Lotus was three times as good as any other place. This was really important for a couple of front teeth. The clinic is located in a lovingly converted Victorian home and is beautiful, more like a spa than a dental clinic. This is important because it made me feel calm. The back treatment room--one of three or four such rooms-- is huge, has skylights, and opens onto a terrace and quiet garden. During a 90 minute implant appointment, I was able to look up at the sky through the skylights. I am an anxious person and fidgety, but I was calm throughout. On one occasion when I was fidgety, the dentist and nurses were patient. Also, every staff member is really friendly. Again, this simply helps make me feel less anxious. The clinic is near Golders Green Underground Station and is about 2 miles from my home--not the closest clinic to me but not far either. Worth the trip. I cannot recommend Lotus enough and was lucky I found them through researching a lot. I got quotes from 2 other clinics after going to them for examinations, and called 4 or 5 others as well, and Lotus turned out to be somewhat cheaper on implants but certainly without sacrificing quality. In fact, I believe the quality of their work is superior. I think because they have invested in high technology, they can do all of the work at the clinic without involving third parties (e.g., for crowns) and this means they can offer a better rate. You should of course do your own cost comparisons. I did consider one of the Eastern European clinics that promise to cut costs drastically, but I am glad I did not pursue them because they don't like to be questioned even when nothing has had a chance to go wrong. It was convenient for me that Lotus dentists, at least one or two of them, work on Saturdays through the day as well as on weekdays. Implants are a big deal so it is really important that you compare clinics so you find a place you like because you will have to spend several appointments there over months. I suggest you include Lotus as one of the places you look into. Even if you later decide it is not as close to your home or workplace as you would like, at least a visit would give you an idea of what a modern high quality dental implant clinic should have by way of technology and credentials. By the way, the dentists are extremely qualified. I don't have direct access to their CVs so don't want to quote the names of institutions here, but just ask them.

Having had implants to replace all of my teeth in a day by Dr Clozza, I’m amazed at how comfortable the temporary implants have been and able to eat absolutely everything, as if they were my own teeth. Lotus Clinic is the first private Dental Clinic I am attending. When I first arrived, I was greeted warmly by Dayna. I was seen and examined by Dr. Michael Frankl. I was very impressed by his enthusiasm for dental care and treatment and by the stimulating qualities of his mind. I have Osteoporosis. He told me that I would be treated by Dr. Emanuele Clozza. He is a highly qualified and experienced Specialist Dental Implant Surgeon. Both Dentists understood my concerns and were fantastic. I has X-rays, Scans, gum treatment, bone grafts and tooth extractions. I have eleven (11) dental implants and 2 bridges. Throughout my treatments, Dr. Clozza was very dedicated, patient, fully engaging, professional and committed to achieving our objectives. The outcome is excellent. Lotus clinic is modern, clean, safe, highly professional and a friendly environment. Dr. Frankl has an excellent team of staff who are warm, friendly, professional and committed to delivering excellent care. The hygienist, Larza, is excellent. I am extremely happy with my care and treatment. Now I am chewing my food and enjoying my meals and smiling more. What joy? I have the highest regards and complete trust in Dr. Frankl and Dr. Clozza. I’ve been attending The Lotus Clinic for nearly 20 years, following the removal of braces at my orthodontist elsewhere. I had some cosmetic procedures done i.e. removal of mercury fillings and replaced with ceramic infills. A crown was also replaced. I’m delighted with the excellent service received. I can certainly recommend Lotus dental clinic, I am a genuine patient and I give them 4.9 stars out of 5. I required extensive work on EVERY TOOTH, X-rays, gum treatment, bone grafting, sedation, extractions, implants the lot. The treatment options AND costs were explained fully in advance. We spent several thousand pounds on the treatment plan and they did the work over a NINE month period and the outcome is FIRST CLASS. The clinic is clean and the team are highly skilled. They each have specialised skills and they combine them BRILLIANTLY to provide an all round excellent service. I was worried about having the work done but they took that into consideration and guided me through. Sometimes the car park was full but there is ample parking available outside and in the surrounding streets. Also it was NOT the cheapest quote I received. However dental procedures can be horrendous if they go wrong so I was more than happy to pay for EXPERTISE and it was the right decision. For us it was a GOOD experience with absolutely EXCELLENT RESULTS.

I recently had a long process of dental treatment at lotus clinic. At 69 years I was wearing a full set of top dentures and a half bottom set. I desperately wanted implants. I had been to 2 clinics in the last 6 years who informed me my case was very complicated. I had teeth impacted in my top jaw and there was no bone. The cost was probibitive. I was put off. In 2019 I tried again at a clinic in East London. Initially I was told they could treat me but then the dentist said she was not confident of doing it. She then showed Dr Clazza who worked there part time my 3D X-ray, he took over. My next appointment he removed my impacted and inserted bone where needed. I continued the rest of my treatment at Lotus Clinic. Dr Clozza was very efficient and professional. I now have the implants I thought were impossible. They look so good, I am pleased. Thank you so much, I know I was a huge challenge and you succeeded. Thanks also to your caring assistants and also the lovely receptionist you made my experience very pleasant. Bless you all. I had the Teeth in a day implants (both jaws) with Dr.Clozza in January 2020. The team was very careful, diligent and looked after me really well during the procedure and as a nervous patient that reassured me. I had chosen the option to have a sedation and that worked a treat. In a few hours I had my new teeth and went home. I was really surprised that there was no pain in the days that followed. A few months later I had my permanent teeth fitted in and I am so happy with them; they are a perfect fit. I can now have any food I like, smile and talk to people without being self-conscious . I have recently gone into a long process of dental treatment at the lotus clinic, because I have complex dental problems, I needed teeth pulled out, braces to rotate my teeth and also implants.... after searching around London dentists(the most expensive “Harley street” and the “finest dental” for the first consultation and quotation)I decided to go for the lotus clinic because I felt the dentist responded professionally to what my problem was and what I was asking( proper smile without covering my teeth). They are not the cheapest, but I felt comfortable and more confident to go with lotus clinic. The dentists and staff are lovely. However, they are a very busy clinic. And I am only half way to my complete treatment, until I have my full mouth “restructuring” done, I will come back with a 5 star reviews.

My experience at the clinic was fantastic. Had difficulty finding the clinic and front desk staff were great with my many phone calls assisting with directions. Underwent a fibroblast treatment, very similar to the CO2. The practitioner was amazing, she was extremely attentive and targeted every part of my skin. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. It is now days after my treatment, still have not finished peeling but can already see improvement of my skin. Cannot wait for my next treatment in six weeks - I will do another update when that is done as I know suffering with skin issues can be extremely upsetting and if I can help anyone that would be great.

I have been with Dr Frankl and Larsa, the lovely hygenist for many years, as has my whole family, including both daughters and my husband. Personally, I feel we are in superb hands - the hygenist has been brilliant, for preventative measures, Dr Frankl has been fabulous in advising and treating us all. I have no hesitation in recommending the Lotus Clinic. Post Covid we have all been to the hygenist and everything is spotless. A wonderful, safe, highly professional and happy environment!!

People are lovely and friendly, make you feel at ease. Easy to book. Quick and efficient. The reception has a shield up and anyone working on people are wearing masks as well as other ppe. Absolutely no problem with a top up within the recommended time scale allowed. Would recommend them.

Friendly clinic and beautifully clean. Staff are polite and efficient. On the whole I felt in safe hands for my treatment. Initially I felt the prices were a little misleading -during the free consultation (which I had actually had to pay £30 for- to secure my booking and it is not mentioned anywhere how this was deducted from my final bill) -there was a speedy run through about payment options and it was a bit rushed- I could have been more assertive about the breakdown down of costs at the time but I just wanted to get on with things. Also, I had to go elsewhere for a scan as part of my treatment plan which was another £100 (on top of the Lotus fees). However, the treatment itself seems to have worked and I am happy with the results. I am now returning to my general dentist but have been assured that if there are any problems I can go back. I would recommend Lotus as Dr Frankl seems to care about his patients' wellfare- which is probably the key to a successful treatment. Thank you.

I like the laser treatment I had but the acid peel I had went wrong. Instead of gentle peeling my skin was coming off in layers, I couldn’t go to work. I was in a lot of pain, will never do it again. Very disappointed about my last appointment that actually never happened as my visit was cancelled and no one informed me about it. I spent an hour driving to find out that beautician was not there that day. I even got a text message a day before to remind me about the visit... so far no one explained me what happened as at the reception was only a receptionist working for the dental clinic. Very unprofessional and disappointing.
