I've been registered with Mansion House Dental for a number of years now. I cannot fault the level of patient care and service provided by Dr Qasim Abbasi and his colleagues. When it comes to other private practices, you're normally given the hard upsell by dentists (particularly on cosmetic procedures). But at Mansion House Dental they have always put my long term wellbeing first.

Could not be happier with the service received from Dr. Abbasi. Visited from a colleague's referral, was cautious given the standard of service and professionalism from some of the practices near by. Very friendly and thoughtful practice, would recommend to anyone working in the city.

Dr Qasim is very knowledgeable and he always takes time to answer my questions and explain different treatment options clearly. The facilities are clean and modern and appointment times are flexible. I can’t rate this practice highly enough - I had Invisalign on both upper and lower arches, plus whitening and a cosmetic filling for a chipped tooth. I also had lingual retainers. Every step of the process was explained to me upfront, there were no hidden costs, and service was really professional and friendly. I had quite a few queries and they were all responded to super quickly (usually same day.) I am recommending to friends and wouldn’t hesitate to come back - thank you!!

This past week I had my first check up and hygiene appointment within the practice. I run a Personal Training company, so am extremely particular about who I go to see when it comes to my health. The reviews convinced me to come in and see the guys at Mansion House Dental Practice and the good reputation is certainly justified. The appointment was during the pandemic, so as such, the practice had to implement various different procedures to keep everyone safe. This was all clearly outlined prior to the appointment and was executed really well. I saw Dr Abbasi and I felt at ease immediately. He provided feedback to me in what he saw and what I should keep an eye on for the future, all backed up by the x ray's they took. The results from the hygienist appointment were excellent. My teeth looked and felt great walking out of there and was more than happy to leave a 5 star review. I wouldn't say I look forward to going back... but... I am relieved and feel confident that if and when I do need to, I'm in the right hands.

The team at Mansion House Dental Practice has changed my life. I know it may sound too good to be true, but with their help I had a turning point for the way I see and do my dental care. I am recommending this place to everyone! Booking appointments and being greeted by the receptionist, with the sweetest and the most calming voice in the world, Alisha, is always a pleasure. I feel safe and looked after, as they had taken suitable measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Dr. Zan Johar is very professional, while also providing the kindest and friendliest service I have ever experienced. The nurse, Vicki, is always highly efficient and heartening. I remember how nervous I felt when I had to have my first canal treatment with them. I can’t highlight enough of how comforting and understanding both of them were. Despite how dreadful the situation was looking initially (my tooth cracked), and how, I think, Dr. Zan had power to continue the procedure, he chose to stop when he discovered that the nerve was not touched by the decay. This made me feel certain that they aim to genuinely do their utmost in accordance with what is currently best for me. Dr. Qasim Abbasi is the best dentist I had. I consider one of his virtues to be his efficiency to make me understand and rethink my dental care routine. I truly felt that he cared not only for the present state of my teeth, but also for their future and my general well being. He has done three fillings, all with great expertise and attention.
