Very satisfied with my Dental Implant treatment with MIC. Dr Santos is an excellent dentist, he would make sure i was always at ease and explained each step of my treatment as it progressed. The implants feel and look very natural which is obviously the outcome any patient wants. Dr Santos takes great pride in his work and this is evident in the end result which is of top quality. A professional practice that is highly recommended. Ten out of ten.

Dr Francisco Santos put my first implants in many years ago and just recently I have had two more put in. Every time I have been treated in the most professional manner and attention to detail is second to none. I would highly recommend the practise for anyone wanting to have implants put in. Stellar service. I’ve been a patient at MIC since last year and my treatment ended today with two implants. Dr Santos, assisted by Sem, is phenomenal. He explains procedures clearly and patiently, takes huge pride in his work, pays forensic attention to detail, and is always efficient and reassuring. I experienced no pain at all in the dental chair throughout the entire process (all the way from teeth extractions, to implants, through to crown fittings). MIC’s clinical excellence is topped off by the wonderful customer service provided by Ginnan and Hilda – they have always responded to all my e-mails promptly, accommodated my preferences without question or hesitation, and have been very comforting before procedures. The price for all the work done – considering how top quality it was - was very fair and affordable compared to those on the local high street. And it was worth every penny. Very happy punter.

My implantalogist Dr Francisco Dos Santos was kind and gentle, I experienced very little discomfort after the implant, this is the testament of his experience and expertise, he has been doing implants for a number years. The receptionists especially Hilda were very welcoming and professional and reassuring. It’s a great practice. I was given antibiotics and pain killers after the appointment, I did not experience any pain or infection. I felt all my needs were met and I am extremely happy with the final result. Excellent and very accommodating practice. The treatment I received was first class from Dr Santos and his assistant Sam. I must say Dr Santos is a real perfectionist and went that extra mile to make sure I was completely assured and happy with the end result which I must say was excellent. There are slightly cheaper practices out there with very long wait times and "hit and miss" results but with something as important as dentistry, I personally think one should not take chances but choose a place where the outcome is honestly discussed with a very professional group of people. Who aren't just after your money for a quick fix but are more concerned with your wellbeing and the long haul. Excellent implant work, worth every penny!

Dr. Francisco Santos is the best Dentist I have ever had. I visited him because I had an infection in my two front top teeth and they needed to be taken out, "a nightmare for anybody". I decided to have implants knowing I would also need synthetic bone but my main worry was the temporary teeth which I would have to wear for about 3-4 months. I had my teeth out and to my surprise the implants and synthetic bone were put into my gum immediately and the temporary teeth were attached to the implants, absolutely brilliant, leaving the dentist looking as though I had not had any teeth removed. I had four appointments in total and I now have what looks and feels like my normal teeth with the colour been exactly the same as my natural teeth. I recommend Doctor Francisco 100%, not to mention the wonderful reception staff and would have no hesitation in recommending the practice to anyone.

In short, I can't express in words how great this centre is and I highly recommended it to anyone considering teeth reconstruction. Here is the backstory: My girlfriend was in an accident last week that broke her front tooth. As you can imagine it was very distressing having an accident in such a visible area of your face. We went to an emergency dentist who was very abrupt, did not offer any solutions and offered extra treatment next month. Out of desperation I called many dentists on the same day, to not much luck (most dentists were booked until October due to COVID and were not emphatic to my girlfriends situation). When I called Marylebone Implant Centre, it was asif someone sent an angel. Ginnan (the practise manager) answered my call and she was extremely understanding and emphatic. She understood how distressed we were and she explained to us all the different options available (up to this point even the emergency dentist we saw did not explain anything). She went out of her way to contact the closest imaging centre to arrange an emergency scan and arranged an emergency appointment to see Dr Santos first thing in the morning. When we went to the clinic we were greated with smiles and Ginnan and Dr Santos both have excellent patient manner. Dr Santos was very patient with us (especially as we had soo many questions), he took time to explain everything in both English and Portuguese to make sure we understood everything. He offered us different options and gave us full autonomy to decide what to do. He also took time to review the imaging properly and offered us general dental advice about other teeth. Dr Santos took impressions on the same day. That day when we left the practise we felt really looked after and reassured. We knew we were in safe hands. Ginnan then arranged for a follow up an emergency follow up appointment in 2 days with Dr Santos to carry out the reconstruction with implant. The operation was carried out meticulously and my girlfriend (usually terrified of needles) felt completely at ease - Dr Santos was very gentle - it was obvious he is an expert in the field especially as the front teeth are such a sensitive area. The results were incredible. My girlfriend was over the moon when the operation was finished. It is worth nothing that the practise usually closes at 6PM but they added an extra appointment just for us. They all stayed behind until 7PM to finish the job. The next day Ginnan even called us to ask us how my girlfriend felt. I work in healthcare and I have not experienced this level of patient service before. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for all the hard work Ginnan, Dr Santos and the rest of the team. They literally went out of their way to help us in our time of need and we will never forget it. Their prompt, world class, emphatic service is what all clinics should aspire for. You gave my girlfriend her smile back and we will forever be grateful. Thankyou Ginnan, Dr Santos and the team :)

I have just had 3 molar implants installed and I highly recommend Dr Santos and the Marylebone Implant Centre. I chose them after research on the internet but without a personal recommendation. Their prices were so much lower than my local Oxfordshire specialists - but similar to other implant specialists and they had many years of experience along with a great website and good initial communications. I am very happy with my choice. Dr Santos was efficient, reassuring and friendly. The work he did on me seemed totally routine and simple to him. I suspect he works a lot more efficiently than my local dentists, allowing him to both keep down costs and experience even more patients and scenarios. While he was quick, he did not seem rushed or hurried. The surgery and reception were both surprisingly spacious. The office manager Paula and the receptionists were helpful and friendly. Paula answered a couple of my emails very late at night. Nothing went wrong with my treatment, so I cannot comment on how they deal with problems, but Dr Santos was always reassuringly confident and I never felt that I had anything to worry about. I was going to wait a few months before writing this review, but the new teeth are settling in so fast that I will soon forget they are there. The hard part of the job, the implants, were put in 4 months ago and are obviously fine.
