I had a terrible experience at a different practice in 2020 and as a result had to undergo surgery under general anaesthetic, leaving me with an unsightly scar and a real distrust of my former dentist. Dr Syron is very pleasant, makes me feel relaxed and has supported me with advice and guidance on my dental health journey. I remember the first time I went in having had a bad experience with another few dentists elsewhere. Martina and her team immediately put me at ease and completely changed the way I feel about dentists. So much so, that I love going and having my scale, ultrasonic and polish, which I just had today and I'm not even nervous about filings as they explain exactly what's happening and have reassuring hand on my shoulder if I look a bit nervous :)
I have had bonding work, filings, teeth whitening and referrals to hospital for tooth extraction at Millbank dental care - all have been great experiences and that's why I have no hesitation to give 5 stars!
