Really great dentist, I feel like they know what they are doing here and I felt at ease. Best NHS dentist I have been to in London. Only thing I’d say could be improved is disabled access and access for prams as it’s really not easy if you are alone.

Been going there for years, and the work they did in the past was pretty good. However their standard and general attitude has been declining, most likely to try and see as many people as possible. Expect for them to try and get the whole check up done in under 15min; and if you come back to try to alter the work they did, a tedious discussion in regards to how the work they did was functional and your comfort is simply cosmetic.

Slightly cramped practice with rather narrow passages and small rooms, however the reception staff are excellent, very thorough and organised. I have recently transferred to Mint for NHS treatment. The dentist was very informative of different options of treatment I could have, and answered all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable and patient with me. I have had a hygienist appt and a check up at Mint and both were easy and pleasant experiences! They call the previous day to check you’re still coming which is the removal of one star- if you miss the call and ring back it takes a few attempts before they answer or I’ve had it where the line is bad and they just hang up on you and don’t bother trying to call you back again. I was trying to move my appointment once and it became an ordeal trying to get hold of them. 4 calls and 2 emails later with no luck they rang me an hour before it was due to be happening. So the customer care beforehand isn’t so great but the practice itself is good.

I can only highly recommend this dental practice!!! I haven't had the best experiences with previous practices and have always been very tense and uncomfortable. But Mint Dental Center have truly restored my faith that its possible to find a very good NHS dentist, who cares about you and takes there time. All my appointment's have been very reassuring that they will to do their most utter best for you. The dentist and hygienist are very professional, making you rest assured that they really know what they doing. Reception staff is always helpful and appointment's are quick available, and you get reminders for repeat appointment's. I would travel across town for this dental clinic but luckily i live close by. I have been living in the area for over 15 years and it literally only 3mins walk from where I live and it was my first time ever experience. The staff were super polite and helpful. I was called within 10 mins after my arrival. The doctor was so lovely and calm me down as I was a bit nervous. The consultation was very clear and professional. The treatment only took 15mins or so and I am very happy with it. I have then booked my next appointment for the hygienist on the spot after receiving such a good service at Mint Dental. I'm a pretty anxious patient and had avoided the dentist for a couple of years, but after seeing all the Google reviews I decided to give Mint a try. I arrived 15 minutes early, which added to my nerves, however I was seen to straight away! The dentist was kind, calm, and reassuring the whole way through. Thankfully my strict cleaning routine had paid off, but I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Thanks for the excellent service - I'm more than happy to make to commute to see these guys. Note: They were also following strict Covid practices with a hand sanitiser station before entry and face masks at all times, which was also reassuring to see.

Big THANKS to my dentist Maria Diez Tejedor, her assistant ( sorry I don’t know his name) and Mint Dental Centre. Early this year I had a root canal treatment at a specialist and Maria did the crown for me afterwards. Today I went back to the specialist to have a review on my tooth and everything was perfect. In terms of the crown, the specialist commented “I don’t know who did it but they did a good job”. The tooth was like a nightmare to me last year especially during the lockdown. However, every time I phoned, the reception staff and the dentist were so patient and helpful. I feel so grateful for your help and thank you for your work during this hard time of pandemic and wish you all the best.

I had a really great experience here getting my implants done. I needed two molar implants, as my other teeth were beginning to crowd the gaps left by the old ones. From start to finish, Javier and everyone else at Mint Dental were very professional. As the procedure is quite invasive, I was obviously a little anxious. However I felt absolutely nothing even with the most graphic aspects of the procedure (google it, I won't explain it here) and I was reassured the entire time that it was going to be a pain free experience. Recovery was fine, with regular access to the team for check-ups, and the result is two perfect looking implants. You cannot tell them from the rest of my teeth and they're completely snug. No movement, no pressure on the other teeth. If you can spare the money, I would highly recommend getting an implant to fill any gaps in your teeth and I would definitely get them done here.

All in all a good experience. I needed an emergency appt due to pain that was getting worse and they fitted me in a couple of days later which given the current situation I thought was very good. The staff were lovely, and made me feel at ease and also like i was in safe hands. Down sides were that the room itself seemed a bit tired but that made no difference to the treatment, and they were on a very tight schedule and were keen to get cracking before the anaesthetic had fully kicked in. One week later after the rotten wisdom tooth was swiftly and cleanly extracted and I'm happily pain free. I 'll definitely be going back when it's time for more work.

Also the attendance has been on point for always scheduling in a couple of days in advance, and by being able to accept patients on an emergency. I would like to thank the whole team who helped me to have a smile that I was happy to show. Before my treatment my teeth were short and the veneers looked as though they belonged to a smoker. I was worried to have the treatment because of underlying health problems. However Adam reassured me that the procedure would be painless and would be given at a pace I was happy with. Adams team which for my treatment included Sasha and Rachel who were at the front of the building, ensuring Covid safety and Mira and Lucy his Nurses were all attentive and sensitive to my situation. The reception team was welcoming, registration was quick and easy and my appointment was on time. More importantly, the female dentist I saw was excellent. My only gripe is that the centre does not accept Amex as a payment method for some reason If they changed this it would be perfect.

This practise also has a gum treatment section, so since gum disease is the cause of lost teeth, its great to know they are really looking at these things too. Sensible Covid precautions and a professional team. I was seen early for my two fillings. No nonsense dental treatment, - job done and out in 40 mins. £140 per filling seemed steep, but you'd pay more for an hour's car servicing.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at Mint Dental. I never thought I’d say this about visiting a dentist, but it was actually very pleasant and relaxing. I travelled a long way across London for a complicated root canal because online reviews had recommended Mint Dental as a very good NHS dental clinic. Dr. Meera Soneji went above and beyond to rescue a cracked tooth at the back of my mouth that my other dentist said would have to be pulled out (or require a specialist, which is not covered by the NHS if it’s at the back of the mouth). I’m absolutely terrified of dental work, but Dr. Soneji and her assistant successfully performed a completely painless root canal, and actually praised me for keeping my mouth open. I felt like we’d all done it together, even though I’d just been lying there with my eyes closed. I've lived in a number of countries and visited a lot of dentists - Dr. Soneji is by far the best I have ever been to.

After part of my front tooth was knocked out accidentally one Sunday night I booked an emergency appointment with Mint Dental's Tania Gomes for 8.30am the next day via their website. I was understandably distressed, but I couldn't have been in better hands - Tania was calming and reassuring and did an amazing job. You'd never tell part of my tooth was fake. I no longer have any reason to be in the area, but I now travel from East London to see Tania when my dental appointment is due. I have had awful experiences with dentists who have made the already stressful experience of somebody poking around your mouth with metal instruments worse by berating and in some cases humiliating their patients. I am happy to say the opposite is the case at Mint Dental. The centre itself is clean, the receptionists are lovely, and you're seen quickly and dealt with efficiently and to a high standard. I have and will continue recommending Tania and Mint Dental.
