Before the operation Dr. Lewis patiently explained the whole operation procedures to us, which made us felt reassured and confident. I got recommended from my NHS dentist for my canal re-treatment. The endodontist is very knowledgeable and understand what is really going on with my infected bones and weak tooth. I'm a little embarrassed to say that I hadn't visited a dentist in eight years. I had, however, been brushing twice a day, using mouthwash and (irregularly!) flossing. I was apprehensive as I didn't know what to expect or how bad it would be! From the moment you walk through the door, everyone puts you at ease. Reception is friendly and welcoming. I saw Dr Chanpreet Kalsi and she was great. Explained everything she was going to do, then walked me through all of the findings in detail. The team supporting her were also very friendly. As it turns out, my teeth are in pretty good shape - just a few composite fillings and a hygienist appointment for me. I've seen a few reviews say this, but genuinely - if you haven't seen a dentist in years and you're anxious to do so now, please don't hesitate any longer. Book yourself in and I guarantee you will feel better for it.

Called to reschedule my fathers appointment and was told nhs appointments cannot be rescheduled. Seems to be a privilege only private patients have access to. Lady who picked up was also quite rude and blunt over the phone. It’s a shame because both my sister and I (private patients) usually have great experiences from the practice so the interaction we had with ingla (the manager) during my fathers nhs treatment was horrible. If you’re reading this please invest some time in learning manners.

I have been a patient for a few years now and highly rate all the staff. I have just completed my Invisalign treatment with Dr Helen and highly recommend her. Having visited several dentists to discuss Invisalign before going ahead, and having gone through the treatment itself, I know how important it is to have the right orthodontist to help guide you and give the right advice. From my first consultation with Dr Helen I felt very comfortable and confident that she would be the right choice. This is the best dental practice in London. I have been going there for nearly 10 years now and I would not change it for the world! I used to be so scared of dentists and as a result I had quite bad teeth. But Laleh and her team were absolutely AMAZING from the start in handing my teeth and all the treatments. The difference between this practice and others is that the Mouth Dental is personal, they really care about you and will not overcharge you and their dental pries are very reasonable. I have today finished 14 months of Invisalign treatment with the amazing Helen Ngo. Why do I say "amazing", you ask. Here are the main reasons. First, Helen was extremely helpful, honest and supportive in the first appointment where she did my assessment and gave me a really useful, realistic view on what Invisalign could do for me. This was significantly better than other practices, including my previous 'usual' dentist. Second, Helen always has a smile, always answers any question and always tries to help with whatever query or concern you might have. Personally I've had a dentist phobia since I was about 8, but she has been super-supportive and made the whole experience fairly painless. Third, Covid lock-down interrupted my treatment for 2 months and my last set of aligners snapped. Helen stepped in to arrange some more so I wouldn't lose any ground. Fourth, once lockdown eased, I said I wanted to complete my treatment by a certain date so that I could be ready for an aligned-free vacation. Helen took this onboard and worked-out a treatment plan that hit my target date. No ifs or buts. Finally, and most importantly, I'm delighted with the result. While Invisalign requires a lot of commitment it is 100% worth it in the end, and "future you" will thank you. I spent a couple of hours with Helen this morning doing the final finishing and I have to say she has produced a work of art, by which I mean the aligners did a good job or moving the teeth around, but Helen really added the finishing touches that are invisible, even to me, but which make the result what I wanted for and more. I am hugely grateful to Helen and her colleague Dee for all her work. If you want to go with Invisalign, you really should give Helen a visit. Oh, and did I mention that Waterside were £1000 cheaper for the treatment than my own dentist. And finally, a big thanks to Angel and the reception team for all their help in scheduling and re-schedule numerous appointments. Go with these guys, you won't regret it.

From the initial consultation, and subsequently, the process has been seamless (even during uncertainty due to the pandemic!) Helen and all the staff (dental assistants, receptionists etc) are all extremely personable and professional- Helen was able to put me at ease when I was concerned that lockdown may delay or hinder my treatment (it didn't!). Helen was quick to answer my emails whenever I had any queries/concerns. I trust Helen's judgement and expertise entirely about any further adjustments I may need which is a testament to how she conveys confidence to you as a patient (and as someone who works with patients myself in the NHS I know how important this can be). Had a RCT of my first molar done by the endodontist Bhavin Bhuva and I must say it was a painless procedure given that I was expecting the worst. Before and after treatment x-rays were shown to me and discussed which gave me the complete picture. Rebecca and Oana were fantastic in communications and knowledge too. An absolutely seamless process from the initial consultation comms right through to the treatment. Treatment room was well ventilated, clean and sanitizing stations were available. My husband and I have been going to this practice for around 10 years now. And I have never been disappointed. Dr Nitin Nagpaul is my dentist and he's amazing. Always going the extra mile for his patients. I got a teeth treated + crown made and fitted in an afternoon (I think it lasted around 3 hours on and off). I recently had an implant by him and a wisdom tooth extracted by Dr Anish Shah, all in one afternoon. Nitin and Anish coordinated to avoid multiple surgery and anaesthesia. Painless extraction, minimal discomfort during the procedure. Catherine Mawson, the hygienist is absolutely fantastic. She listens to you if any issues, takes good care of your teeth and loves her job. I would not let anyone else clean my teeth. All in all, they make a great team I can trust. Top notch service. Invisaligners was the best dental treatment I have done and It was recommended by Dr Laleh Sharifian. The treatment was for 8 months and I was provided with retainers to wear for a fortnight each, whether I had any issues or concerns Dr Laleh was always at the other end of the phone/email. My experience was amazing, with every care of hygiene taken and recommended to use to clean the retainers and wear. I had worn the retainers for at least 22 hours a day and had only taken them out when consuming any foods. The results obtained with my upper and lower teeth is mesmerising. My bite feels perfectly aligned now, however prior to the retainers my upper teeth’s used to fall back and my bottom teethe was forward. I have a brilliant smile now too lol. It was definitely worth getting the Invisaligners, as I had soo many wide gaps in my teeth. Dr Laleh Sharifian is an absolute legend. The customer service received is brilliant, as you are always aware of your next steps of what to do. The quality of assurance you get from Dr Laleh Sharifian is everything. I’ve made a great friend throughout this treatment . I would definitely recommend Waterside Dental to you. The receptionist were very friendly. The orthodontist would thoroughly check what treatment suits you and you will get the best; you cannot go wrong. It’s been a pleasure and I will continue to be going there for regular checkups and dental work.

Laleh is the beat dentist I've had and a real perfectionist, she is an expert in what she does. The two late evenings the clinic is open are really helpful to people who work during the week and can't easily get time off. The prices are very reasonable and less than my previous dentist.

I have to agree with some of the comments here that the receptionists are pretty low grade. They often sit there singing at the tops of their voices to the radio and it irks me somewhat. They also never really tell you if the practice is running late until you realise that you have been sat there well past your appointment. However I have always found the dentists to be really good. I don't agree with all the services though and I do feel that oftentimes whitening for example is up-sold so that you have to come back time and time again to get your bleach rather than in one go resulting in more payments. However for basic dental work they are pretty good. Sack the receptionists, get some pan pipe moods (joke) and stop trying to up-sell and I will return with a 5 star

Great service all in one place! Dentist (Suneil) very efficient and honest and hygienist made my teeth feel the cleanest they have felt in years. Nothing is ever a problem when trying to book an appointment that gets me in to see both one after each other so I am not making multiple trips! I’ve been going here for years. They are BRILLIANT! I grew up hating the Dentist and had bad memories of lots of pain. The Reception ladies are very welcoming and friendly. Cat is my hygienist and she’s wonderful. Very smiley and friendly and her work is amazing. She does such a great job with no pain or discomfort at all. BE AWARE IF YOU DO REFFERAL!!! I had an appointment on 4 Feb at Canada water dental health.I ASKED A DAY OFF to see the dentist asap because I had a massive filling ( approx 1/4) of the tooth fell out.The dentist recommended me to do root canal with speciallist. Someone called and make an appointment with me on 27 Feb.£70 was taken by phone for this appointment. I ASKED FOR A HALF DAY OFF and I attend it on time. When I arrived Canada water dental health, they told me that the practice is in Waterside dental health(Canary wharf) . Why no one ever informed me the another address at all? Waterside dental health told me that they were not able to take my booking on 27 Feb anymore. And the next booking is 24 March. That is 7 weeks after the tooth fell out. Please note, this is only the consultation. They won't fix the problem by that time!. I shared my story to my flatmate. She told me she had the exactly the same referral issue towards to this practice too. ***24 March note: Except the hassle of making the booking( i gave 1 star before.), I gave 4 star immediately after the appointment with Dr Bhavin. He is one of the best dentist that I have ever seen. He is very professional, friendly, and explain things in details. I highly recommended him.
