In terms of their covid compliance procedures including social distancing, taking everyone's temperature at the door etc. They were second to none. The girl at reception was extremely professional and polite, and Monica once again did an absolutely brilliant job. This time she did root canal treatment and as always was professionalism personified.

Dentist Monica treated me for my root canal/ crown, this took few sittings but the job she did was fantastic. The good thing about her was the pre / post appointment briefing.

I am currently sitting in the surgery with my daughters . Appointment for 13.30 and 14.30hrs . On arrival went to the reception desk politely said afternoon .up to present time no response. I am a midwife and would not be so rude as not to respond as one being to another. He is not a welcoming person you need on front desk. Currently 14.27 hrs not yet seen. Was not informed only 2 dentist instead of usual 3.over heard receptionist tell another client this information. Poor communication. 1st daughter seen at 14.50hrs dentist was great so kind, funny Pity about the initial lack of welcome from front desk. Initially gave 1 star would upgrade with dental care to 5 stars. Thanks dentist

John is the man! I'm coming here for over 7+ years. The man is top quality and funny but in the same time very professional. I don't know about other doctors as I never been to them. Always a pleasure to come back! Keep up the good work John! One love! :)

I work in the NHS in a senior position. I am treated by Monica Toapanta when I attend this dental surgery and her assistant. I have to say that I have found her to provide me with an excellent service. Her dentistry skills are exceptional - I am always put at ease and find her to be very personable. I have witnessed rude obnoxious patients in the waiting room - who have no idea the stresses and strains on an NHS system - you may have to wait a little longer sometimes - I haven’t - but it is truly worth it - you can’t get value for money and this level of dentistry in the UK for what you pay - I hope those who left 1 star feel ashamed - this is a good service and I’m a happy customer.

Awesome Dentist been going there for over 20years; yes, you do have to wait, but he is a fantastic dentist providing wonderful treatment, the kids love the aquarium just like finding Nemo...

I treat my molars at the Dineen's by the hands of Miss Jacqueline Dineen. She's a professional. Always attentive and caring. Always welcoming with a big smile, and most important with a soft hand when comes to treatment and adjustment.
