K. T.This was my first visit to the clinic recommended by a friend. Receptionist were very friendly and Dr Samia was very nice. She was very gentle and patient. She gave me a comprehensive examination and told me a lot about oral knowledge. I was nervous about going to the dentist but she created a very comfortable environment for me. I highly recommend her!
H. K.I had a pleasant experience at the surgery under the care of Dr Safiyah Hussain. She made me feel at ease and explained the procedure thoroughly.
I had scaling and whitening as well as an initial Invisalign consultation. It was all completed in an efficient and professional manner. Would highly recommend.

R. B.I saw Sarah the hygienist. What a wonderful hygienist. Sarah and her assistant helped me with my dental fear. Sarah made me feel welcome, she listened to all my concerns and addressed each one. She also made me feel motivated and positive about my mouth health. It was the first time I have went to a hygienist where I wasn't being told off, and felt like she really wanted to help me!
D. K.I do not like dentists due to a previous bad experience, but from necessity I had no option to do so. From the moment I walked into the practice and was greeted by the head receptionist "Hannan" who made me feel at ease. I was explained the process of registering and booking my appointment. Hannan could see that I was anxious, in about 10 minutes I was reassured and happy to proceed for treatment. I must commend this practice for their professionalism and service. The treatment was fully explained and I was given an accurate costing. What a refreshing change to visit a professional and well run service
V. S.I can see that previous reviewers have had a variable experience at Edgeware Road branch. Personally I’ve had a good experience - Dr Samya has been great with me and excellent with my 10 year old daughter throughout her childhood. I’ve mainly visited the practice regularly for orthodontic treatment - Dr Hunter has been first class throughout and am really delighted with the results of my brace, as well as the aftercare. The nursing staff friendly and professional. The reception team are usually polite and helpful.
T. D.Fantastic experience today at the dentist. A sentence I never thought I'd say. I had to wait 2 weeks for the appointment，but it worth it. Got two fillings done on one visit. Fast professional and precise. Thank you very much for the reception team the assistant and of course the dentist lady who was brilliant.

C. H.I came for my hygienist appointment at the begining of February. I saw Sarah, who was amazing. She is extremely gentle and very understanding with my concerns and past experiences. Her explaination of how to look after my mouth was outstanding. Her nurse Amel (I think that was her name) was extremely accommodating. Sarah and her nurse are an excellent partnership they work very well together. I could not be more happy with the treatment I received. Knowing that the dentist or hygienist work so well with there nurse makes the environment more friendly and comfortable. I look forward to returning to see Sarah and Amel. Please thank them both for being so kind and patient with me. Mydentist Edgware road have a fabulous hygienist and nurse. Thank you!

B.I am 50 yrs old & so had many diff dentists in my time & this dentist practice is by far the best patient experience & treatment I've had in terms dentist & assistants; patient communication & explanation of procedures or attempts should I say to explain to my sometimes slow brain.The reception staff I have always found to be lovely & helpful both in person & on the phone always & that would probably total 50 interactions possibly if you count appt reminders,appt cancellations,appt bookings etc I have always found the staff going out of their way in effort & time to reach a positive conclusion for myself to whatever treatment that is being carried out & i couldn't recommend based on my experiences the practice any higher. Special mention should go to one dentist in particular called Morad who's care,concern & professionalism reminds us all that as patients it's easy to under estimate & under value how much effort is put into patient care & can easily go unrecognised & unappreciated so as patients,if you read this review remind yourself to say thankyou in the future.
