I arrived a very scared and nervous patient who had avoided the dentist for years. Dr Alaa has such a lovely way about her, putting me at ease in the first few minutes of my first visit. She really cares about her patients and her kindness shines through. She is a perfectionist in her work and the results are brilliant. I am a nervous 84 year old man who was treated by Dr Gustavo Silva at MyDentist Putney branch. I had broken an upper front tooth. Within minutes he had summed up my character and responded with great empathy. Obviously the choice lay between an implant and a bridge. He advocated an implant because it was more secure and longer lasting but I preferred a bridge because it was simpler, faster and less intrusive. And from my point of view it was considerably cheaper which was another important factor. Dr Silva still asked me to consider an implant but I did not feel this was because of the additional income but because he thought it would last longer. But when I pointed out that as I was after all 84 I really didn't need something that would last for more than 20 years. Dr Silva took the point and embarked on measuring me for a bridge. When I returned to have the broken tooth extracted and the bridge fitted he rapidly put me at my ease and painlessly and efficiently performed the whole procedure in just over half-an-hour. And although he thought I might need paracetamol subsequently I did not and was able to smile at my wife for the first time for a couple of months. Thank you Dr Silva! David Conroy

I rarely, (actually never) submit online reviews, but must give a huge positive shout-out for this dental centre as Dr Alaa Ati is phenomenal and will say it is joy over the years to be her patient!
