I've been here two or three times. Every time I've had good quality professional care. Today I got a filling that didn't hurt at all. I am so grateful for women dentists. Sometimes when I go to dentists I come away with cracked lips and an aching mouth from having to open so wide, but not today. She was quick, careful, and gentle. She explained what was happening and put me at ease. In the past I was able to get a hygienist appointment on the same day but sadly not today so I have another appointment, thankfully not too far from now. The reception staff are friendly though a little unfocused at times. They were helpful on the phone prior to the appointment by suggesting that I call for cancellations if I want to bring the appointment forward, and when I did, they reassured me that they were not inconvenienced by this. There weren't cancellations so I did have to wait a few weeks for the appointment but it seems this is common at the moment for dentists.

really lovely experience at this practice. the reception team, i think the three ladies were hailed, bella and kitana, were really helpful even though one of the lady was finishing up for the day. the dentist and nurse were extremely polite and friendly and recommended excellent oral health tips, they recommended hygiene clean which i booked for. i was advised as it was a private treatment it requires a refundable deposit, great service overall and i look forward to my next visit

Honestly, should have read the reviews about the reception staff before going in to this practice. While the dental appointment went fine, I was asked to book a hygienist appointment. I agreed to it based on the dentist's advice, but was not informed it required a deposit. At the reception, the receptionist asked for it, said the deposit was fully refundable and hence I went ahead and booked it. However something was troubling me as none of the other dental practices I've been to have asked me to put down a deposit on future appointments. I went back to the surgery and asked them to cancel my appointment and provide a refund. The appointment was duly cancelled, but the deposit was put into a credit shell. I've been shooed away once by a receptionist, once by her manager, and another time by the receptionists, who were quite rude vs most other practices/GPs I've been to (saying "you're welcome by the way" as I turned around to leave). The practice manager, who given the title, should be at the practice, was absent, with no visibility of when they are actually at the practice to resolve this. Here's the ridiculous bit, the amount I'm asking for a refund is £20. I've already been to the practice thrice, and nobody seems aware or capable of authorizing a £20 refund. My struggle continues, as now it's about principle, not the amount. Update - have received the refund.

This is my second visit @ mydentist clinic the practice and surgery was spotless.!I highly recommend DR GEORDIOS for his excellent service he even fix my broken crown immediately was very thankful for that:) also To his Dental assistant Lindsey was very helpful and attentive..
