After neglecting my teeth for many years N13 Dentists came to my rescue. A next day appointment and subsequent swift treatment to fix my immediate problem. On follow up over the last few years I have received the best treatment I think I could get anywhere and excellent advice for self prevention from both Dr Pegah and my regular Hygienist. I've been using N13 Dental Clinic now for around 4 years, I hadn't been to a dentist for around 16 years prior! N13 is very close from my home, the dental staff are always friendly & most of all very honest & trustworthy. I see the hygienist every 4 months (Emily) who is very highly skilled at what she does & I see the main dentist (Pegah) who is also very highly skilled & honest with regards to what your teeth require so I'm glad to say that I'm very happy to of chosen N13 dental clinic, considering I hadn't been in a very long time. I've gone from complete opposites from not caring about my teeth or being scared to actually caring about my teeth n gums & not being scared. As a patient at the surgery for a number of years I can't recommend this dental practice highly enough. I found the reception staff to be most welcoming, approachable, and professional. The dentist and nurse work well together, you feel instantly at ease with them. The dental surgery has a very friendly “customer service”. I just wanted to say how grateful I am, that I have found N13 Dental practice. I have only visited a couple of times and the care and attention to detail you have provided me with, is phenomenal. Ewa you are always so friendly and professional, it feels like I’ve known you for years already! I was with my previous dentist for over ten years and I was so sceptical that I would not find another dentist as good, that I would travel to West London (where I’m originally from) for my dental care, until an emergency over Christmas forced me to find a local dentist in North London where I’ve now been living for, for the past two years. Over Christmas I saw a few private dentists and I was so disappointed and upset that I would not find another dentist over here on the NHS and as good, that I resided to the fact that I’d have to continue travelling to West London for my dental work, which is most difficult being pregnant with a 15 month old toddler. After calling up your clinic, I was told you were taking on NHS patients, and so I booked an appointment with yourselves and since then I have not looked back! I have been so pleased with your work Dr Ziahosseini. I moved to this practice earlier this year and was immediately struck by the professionalism and attention to detail Dr Pegah brings to her work. Recently she did a restoration of a molar for me, and again I was very impressed with her work. As a matter of routine she numbed my gum before giving me the injection, and then before removing the old amalgam filling she carefully partitioned the tooth off with a dental dam so that none of the old mercury amalgam could fall into my mouth. The current propiteors run an extremely professional operation, with good communication, admin and processing in a clean and welcoming environment-great when you're waiting (never for long) in the waiting area In terms of the dental care I can't rate this clinic enough. An exceptionally good all-round experience, from reception staff through to dental treatment. After nearly 20 years with a city-based practice, I transferred in September to this local dental practice. I have neglected my teeth for a few years, so I knew there would be work to do, to maintain and stabilise the condition of my teeth. After checks, x rays and an appointment with a hygienist, the dentist provided me with a detailed review of the state of my teeth and very carefully outlined the options open to me for treatment - both on the NHS and the private choices available. I was very impressed by her approach to the treatment plan - there was no pressure whatsoever to choose private treatment over NHS (if anything it was the opposite), and now, after undergoing some quite difficult procedures, I can confirm a 5 star review. My choice to transfer here (more by luck than judgement, I have to say) has been a good one. The whole dental practice works very well together - there's verbal and text reminders a day in advance of appointments, and there was also a follow up call after I had a tooth removed to check on progress. It's a calm place, highly professional and friendly. Only once from 4 visits have I had to wait, and then only for very few minutes. There's usually a parking place almost outside, but occasionally I've parked in the side road nearby. It's not far away, so it's not a problem - but maybe they could consider allowing visitors to park in their backyard perhaps?
