L. S.Great practice for families, really welcoming! On my last couple of appointments I've had to bring my toddler with me, who is scared of clinics and gets very upset. I was nervous about my appointments in case it was too hard for everyone, but the team was very kind and understanding, it was brilliant. They helped calm the little one whilst doing my treatment, and took all the stress out of the situation.
I've also received excellent treatment and detailed advice, delivered in a warm and friendly manner. Thanks so much to Victoria and Haj, and all the team!
V. D. L. B.I almost never write reviews, but my experience with this Dental Practice was such a blessing so I feel that's the least I can do, and it is all because of my dentist Dr. Daniel Murray. It took me 3 tries to find a good dentist in the area to treat my problem, 1st one just wanted me to do private treatments, 2nd one said the tooth is unfix-able and needs to be extracted. After Daniel took up my difficult problem and after attempting to do a root canal treatment, the end of the root of the tooth was only reachable with specialist equipment, so Daniel referred me to Endodontics specialists who took me on and over 3 appointments (6hours) fixed my problem, in total my treatment took over 5 appointments to complete and I feel so thankful to my dentist for not giving up! Best Practice Ever! Would recommend it to anyone. Also, just to mention I second all the good reviews that praise Daniel's way of working: he really does explain every step and what it means, so you not only understand what is happening but also I felt that I learnt something along the way too! Also, they have the super easy to use booking system!! :)) Rugile

He recently performed two root canals & crown fittings for me and made what I had heard to be a horrible experience as bearable as possible! He always takes such good care and is a genuinely lovely person! F.I've had a fear of dentist for the past 18 years Dr Himal Hirani was my dentist for today I hope forever lol, I had a bad experience when I was 13 at dentist and avoided the dentist like the plague.. but himal was an absolute boss I was tearing up as a 31 year old man as he checked my teeth he's assistant was also very comforting I never caught her name (thank u so much) this 5 star review was how I was treated I had a back tooth pulled out he spoke me through everything and was honest with me and told me the risks of a decayed tooth. But big man himal took he's time and extracted 10000000% of the tooth and with an excited voice said (I'm so good at my job) I loved the confidence and he's an absolute boss hopefully he's gets to read this assistant too thank you so much 10/10

I signed up at the practice last year when I was living locally and despite now living on the opposite side of London, I still make the trip and it’s absolutely worth it. He is extremely informative and clear when explaining procedures etc. On every occasion, I have been seen punctually, never later than my appointed time slot. The practice is clean and has good transport links too.

S. M.After being recommended New Cross Dental Practice, I plucked up the courage to take the plunge and give my teeth some TLC. Being a nervous patient, due to a bad experience with a previous dentist, but I can say after visiting Dr Sophie my faith has been restored. From the start Sophie reassured me and advised of a plan of action with a detailed discussion over my x-ray and allowed me to ask a lot of questions. I have no hesitation recommending Sophie and the lovely staff to all.

Even staying late after her clinic had finished as to not rush my child. The process has restored my faith in dentists and made my daughter not afraid to come back. I would highly recommend Dr Sophie if you are at all worried. I have also been seen by her and was impressed not to be pushed into private treatment like many o there dentists I have seen. She has the patients well being at heart not just making a quick buck!

Dentist Neel Hirani was patient, honest and measured and gave me all the info I needed to make treatment choices. They're great if you have a past trauma as they listen and take the time you need. Pain relief was carefully planned and efficiently administered. I was later referred for dental consultancy at Guy's Hospital and they said my dentist at New Cross Dental Practice had done a really effective job.

M. M.I haven't been to a dentist for the past 20 years, due to a slight fear of the state of my teeth and a fear of dentists in general. However, having gone to New Cross Dental, I now know I have a healthy set of teeth and currently undergoing a teeth whitening process which is working very well!

Had my first check up today and it was really excellent - I usually struggle with anxiety but the dentist was very patient and put me at complete ease - I felt very comfortable there. Could not recommend highly enough.
R. S.Everyone was very polite & professional. The dentist was very knowledgeable and explained to me the issue in detail. Prior to the treatment (2 x fillings), Dr Neel Hirani reassured me (I don't like injections) and described the steps of the treatment prior to carrying it out. The injection of anaesthetic was administered with ease, and didn't cause any pain, with the numbness wearing off after about 4 hours. The was no pain or sensitivity after. I highly recommend them - will certainly be going back to this dentist again.

A. A.Finally found a decent dentist. The health of my teeth was unfortunately deteriorating on account of my grinding and lack of regular check ups. Neel had gone through the issues with me in detail and identified a plan going forward. He managed to sort them out whilst setting out preventative measures to ensure I don't suffer from the same problems again. Am moving away from the area in the next couple of weeks, but will continue to see this dentist, because it's hard to find a good one.

Not only that they are flexible with opening times and arrange appointments quickly, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. My doctor (and assistant) were both nice, professional and explained every step of the procedure (I was there for a check-up and a filling). The procedure itself was carried out very well and pain free. I can definitely recommend this practice!
a. j.Have been with these guys for 30 years through lots of management. Thoroughly fantastic service, really polite receptionists and my dentist Hamil is a star. Funny, firendly, happy to explain procedures and show me xrays on the screen.
I do appreciate the new technology and the long over-due decorating.
My young daughter has no fear of dentists and is always happy to attend which is testament to Hamil's great rapport with his patients & children.

E. W.This is a great dentist. I had lost faith in my dentist and had an abcess and needed root canal treatment. Himal explained everything clearly and truthfully and I immediately felt I could trust him. He clearly had lots of expertise and was able to communicate everything so I felt in the loop for the whole process, including all the risks and potential complications. The treatment which lasted for 2 x 1 hour appointment was pain free and I just felt like I was in safe hands. Thanks Himal!
