I highly recommend NLDC course. Since I started I felt very supported and the training is excellent. Firstly, I wanna thank my assessor, Claudia Burtila who was very supportive and helpful. She helped me in completing my ROE before deadline, every time I had questions she was prompt in answering and made everything clear. Also, Diana my teacher, very passionate and you can tell she actually cares for her students.

My tutor is Casey Jane Rowe and she’s really great. Casey is really helpful and no question is too silly she’s always happy to help and repeat if necessary, I’ve never waited longer than a day for a response back from Casey which is amazing. NLDC on the whole is a great place to study with from booking the course with Louise it was easy again she was very helpful I was ringing her almost every other day with questions and she never made me feel like a burden. Would defo recommend doing a course with NLDC all the staff I have come into contact with have been friendly and helpful.

I’ve had a few personal issues since I began this course & was unsure of whether this was for me however both diana & Casey were very helpful and also bee when I first joined in April 2021. Lately I had a family bereavement which affected my mental health and I wasn’t ready for my final mock exam. Casey helped me and supported me through this and also re-arranged my exam for me by a couple weeks giving me time to sort my mental state and prepare myself in good timing for my mock exam. NLDC! I have started my experience with no many hopes, but the people here gave me an excellent experience, started from the girls who went there and beyond to find me a job! They applied for me and checked with me every time if i got an interview, gave me tips and answered all my silly question: i should mention here Scarlett, Sophie and Ayse. Then, in april course actually started and it was very exciting. Our tutor Diana is amazing, explaining evrything very well and helping in private as well with questions and giving studying tips wich helped a lot. I wish everyone has a teacher like her ... she is really involved and I think it is challenging to teach through zoom and dont get the feedback from your students. After starting my ROE was time to meet my assesor, Claudia Burtila, she is a lovely person who made me very confident and spent a lot of time with me explaining my mistakes and how I can improve my work. She is a very calm and involved person. In next april I will have exam and hope for the best, but with such a lovely teacher and assessor it takes only my involvement and time for learning and it will be a good one. What people need to understand is once you alone enroll for an adult course is all about your involvement, with all help in the world a few hours per week is not enough to learn all the things necessary to become a dental nurse. The only minus I would give is the financial team, I had a few emails changed with Ray and i found his tone a little cold ( to not say rude). Firstly I had panic about not finding a job and I asked about what happened if I want to give up or move to other month course and secondly I was contacted that a payment may not been done. Apparently that issue had been solved but his tone was accusatory. Maybe is just me being sensitive and not used with that kind of tone. Overall I am pleased that I choose to enroll and want to thank specially to Diana and Claudia. You are amazing! Keep up the good work!

I cannot recommend enough my Tutor named Claudia Burtila at NLDC. She has excellent communication skills and works hard to make sure I understand the chosen topic thoroughly. I signed up for the Trainee Dental Nursing Course quite recently, and my journey has been great. From the beginning i was in contact with someone named Sawan, who was so helpful and gave me all the information i needed. The course information and tutors are great also. I have unfortunately had to leave the course due to personal circumstances, however i would recommend NLDC to anyone that is interested in starting their career as a dental nurse. Worth the money and the process is very smooth. I've seen a few reviews on here which made me cautious before i signed up regarding they don't support you once you've signed up but I'm glad i took the chance and enrolled as the whole team has been nothing but supportive - even when i informed them i have to leave the course. Finding a placement is something that you need to put work into - it isn't going to be given to you on a plate so i assume this is peoples misconception before signing up; the careers team often send through opportunities however it helps if you are proactive yourself! It's been a great journey although ended quite short - I would 100% recommend.

The team is great and the structure of the course is so well designed and organised they supply you with the full course schedule including exams and ROE deadlines which helps you organise well your schedule and time. The support is priceless they are constantly chasing you up and your progress and always offering help! With the current pandemic situation I believe the board and rest of the team had a good plan and strategy in place to help students carry one with their studies and lessons without delaying the qualification. This course it is one of the best available on London.I spoke to many of my coworkers and they all experienced problems with their school,especially with the RoE as they weren't followed. Diana,the tutor is extremely precise and clear. It is not possible having a lesson with Diana and not understanding the topic! The quality of service from the consultants at NLDC is really great, they have a really broad knowledge and understand exactly what they are talking about, the information is detailed but really clear. The registration process simple, and enrollment into the courses is really easy. I also liked the career advisor aspect, they help with your CVs, give interview guidance and prep, and even try to help source getting permanent positions. For me, the best thing is the online training though, it's really well written and the tutors are really knowledgeable and helpful, and also covers everything you need. During COVID this is probably the best aspect for me because you can keep learning, keep moving, all remotely, which is amazing!

I've been studying at this college for almost a year doing the Dental Nursing course under supervision of my assessor Shaimaa who is such a supportive, encouraging, and knowledgeable expert! To do this course in NLDC, your assessor playing a major role in terms of breaking down the specialized topics and be capable of interpret it simply so that you can digest it all. Also your assessor help is needed through your ROE (record of experience) which some assessor trying to make it complicated for you, however, I didn't have this problem cause Shaimaa helped me with it since beginning till I satisfactory submitted it! New technical terms and procedures will be learnt in every sessions and she is very methodic and skilful at passing her knowledge. Specific questions will be answered "everytime" and in a very pragmatic and simple way. This course is actually entertaining and everybit of it can be used in your workplace straight away. Being a man/non-english speaker in this course was absolutely fine for me (as i thought twice of it initially) and my promotion very active and welcoming. Stick to the schedule from day 1 to make everything way easier as working and studying at the same time, in a new field can be demanding if rushed out.
