I visit Odontica for my oral hygiene check up and treatment. I would highly recommend Laura Vaiciulyte. Laura is a great dental hygienist and very passionate about how she treats her patients. Laura is able to understand that different patients have different lifestyles/eating habits and is always at hand to provide expert hygiene treatment, great advise on how to maintain hygiene for good gum/dental health. A great place and friendly service. I visit Laura for hygiene treatment twice a year as she does a fantastic job of making my teeth looking clean and bright.

Odontica is the best dental clinic I've ever been to and I am so happy to be a patient there. Such friendly and impeccable service. I have been seeing the very talented Miss Laura Vaiciulyte as my hygienist. She is very passionate and a clear communicator. I hadn't seen a hygienist for almost 3 years so was expecting the scale and polish to be brutal but it was quite the opposite. No pain or discomfort whatsoever!! This is due to Laura's expert care. She's very intuitive and incredibly thorough. It's because of her I am now flossing every day, which I never thought I'd do. She explained things so well that it no longer feels like such a chore. The reception are so lovely as well so all round it's a pleasure to go to Odontica. I never thought I'd say that about going to a dental clinic! Thank you so much! x

Went to Odontica for the first time last week. Had a check up with Dr Ousi and a hygienist appointment with Laura. Both were very friendly and experienced and clearly cared about the work they do as they took the time to explain proper oral hygiene to me along with the science behind it which is not something I've experienced at other dental practices previously. After having an absolute terrible time with a root canal on my birthday, my normal dentist was taking ages to give me an appointment so I found this dentist and they saw me the very next day. Although most of my work was done privately,I did have an option of paying NHS price. I just wanted to be fixed. Dr Chien has been an absolute star at helping me get back to normal she is very nice, very thorough, personable,patient and just makes the whole experience very less daunting. Making you leave with a smile :) the hygienist is also very good I have forgotten her name but she is also very neat at giving an intricate clean. I do think the prices can be expensive for certain procedures but I think that's the same across the board.

I’ve been attending this clinic for over a year , and had quite a lot of work done on my teeth . Being someone who is extremely nervous and worried about the usual dentist stuff meant there was a lot of teeth work to done lol !!! However I saw Dr Chen , this lovely dentist was extremely understanding and patient, she made a plan for the work I needed to do and explained everything, even blowing cold air on my neck and face during the procedures with her instrument (menopause) just to make me feel more comfortable 🤣 and put me a ease . All the work she has done is absolutely brilliant, root canals fillings crowns the lot ! Appointments were made was scattered so I could catch up with payments , which helped . Reception staff , hygienist and Dr Chen’s assistant were also very helpful and accommodating., they all made my visits so much more better , I would definitely recommend this clinic , and I’ll be going to the dentist more regular now due to Dr Chen 👌

Really happy with my new Dentist, Ordontica Dental Clinic. The receptionists are always on top of their game with the customer service and hygiene protocol (Covid precautions) as I walk into the space & online forms in advance for checking. Had avoided the dentist for three and a half years but after a mid-lockdown panic I decided to go and was greeted by a smiling Dr Chien Yee Foo, who remembered me despite the long time and reminded me why, after meeting her just the once, I had decided she was the best dentist I've ever had. Kind, funny, gentle and interested, she and her technician were also fast and efficient both during my initial appointment and with the filling a couple of weeks later. I then had an appointment with the hygienist Miss Laura who was just as lovely and welcoming! Had the filling put in this morning and honestly, I was in and out in half an hour! The staff at Odontica actually make dental appointments pleasant, even at 9.a.m! Would highly recommend to anyone, especially Dr Chien Yee Foo! Thank you again!

This is the best dentist! My last treatment was a wisdom tooth extraction and some fillings, I was very nervous, especially about the anesthestic injections, but my dentist, Dr Chien Yee Foo really put me at ease and even managed to do the injections before I'd even realised she was doing it! She and the dental nurse, kept me as comfortable as possible throughout the treatment and I'm very pleased with the results. Also the hygienist Mrs Laura Bartkeviciene is wonderful, I have been coming to her for a long time because she is so friendly and she does a great job. One thing that I also really like about this dental practice is that the staff are never patronising, they just give you lots of helpful advice on how to look after your teeth, without "telling you off" (which is something I experienced at every other dental practice I went to, before I found this one!) I highly recommend them, especially if you are a nervous patient like me!

I joined Odontica Dental Clinic recently as I moved to the area. Outstanding professionalism and treatment provided by all. Unfortunately due to Covid my treatments were postponed but I was regularly kept up to date and offered new dates for when the practice anticipated to re-open. Lots of Covid safety measures put in place prior to my visit which was very reassuring. Dr Chien & Maya are a really wonderful dental team. Recently I’ve had to have a fair amount of emergency and non emergency appointments due to wisdom tooth issues, a reoccurring infection and root canal treatment. I hate the dentist, and they make the unbearable seem pretty ok to deal with. Dr Chien is so kind, patient and informative. As well as being efficient and methodical. She is also a very caring, friendly and funny person. I feel very lucky that she is my dentist as she makes me feel safe and in good hands. I have recently done a very extensive dental treatment with Dr. Chein Yee Foo. I have had bad experiences in the past which have made me very nervous about dentists over the years. Dr. Chein has restored my trust in dentists. She explains procedures every step of the way, takes you through possible options and gives you the chance to decide based on advice. She is very gentle, considerate and has all the patience in the world. Maja, the nurse is also attentive and very kind. I strongly recommend the clinic, specially this team, so much so that I took my son to have an appointment and he was calm and allowed them to do what was needed. Again, this was thanks to the fact that both Dr. and Nurse were very nice to him and transmitted confidence. Maja has a special way with kids Dr. Chein didn’t disappoint. The hygienist is also very good. Receptionists try their best to accommodate your appointment in best date and time possible. Overall, everyone in the clinic is very professional, friendly and caring.

Having been dental coward for all my life, I have found it difficult to find dentists who live up to their frequent promise not to cause pain! The dentist, Marius Ambraziunas however is capable of giving effective injections and has now done work for me for several years (here and previously at the linked Stoke Newington practice) and he has never hurt me! I do not quite know how - perhaps just more accurate in the site of the injections, perhaps more patient but I now find that attending the dentist is not an ordeal and does not ruin the week or so before!! I cannot express what good news this is. The rest of the staff are also very good and the whole experience is very professional

After having tried several dentists in London, not with satisfactory results, a friend recommended Dr Chien at Odontica. She is friendly, relaxing and very good at her job. She talked me through all my options and comes across with honesty and integrity, which is important as you want to trust the person who is about to drill inside your mouth! I had a wisdom tooth extracted a few weeks ago and suffered dry socket post-extraction. This required repeat visits and packing of alvogyl. It was a lot of pain and concern, and the staff at this practice were totally brilliant. I must have rang about 3 times asking questions and anybody who answered the phone be it the receptionists or a dentist all were patient and comforting and took the time to give me advice. The practice managed to get me in at short notice (and at convenient times) for appointments when the alvogyl fell out, and to me it felt as though everybody went above and beyond their call of duty to give me what I needed and to make me feel better. My previous dentistry would never have offered me this level of service - I am very glad I left them and came here!
