This is my first time reviewing a dental practice as i normal leave reviews for food but i definitely need to say that this is the best dental clinic i have been so far in London. The team is very friendly and professional. My dentist, Dr Falguni is fantastic. Very patient, she understood my needs and helped me save my teeth. I have already fixed my next appointment. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you

Came to Old Street Dental Clinic for a root canal procedure. Was greeted nicely by the receptionist and taken through to the surgery room where my dentist did a fantastic job explaining what procedure she would be doing. Throughout the whole procedure I was comforted, checked up on and made to feel very safe and at ease. Upon complications (no fault of the dentist), my dentist explained everything that was wrong and suggested the options I had moving forward. Fantastic communication, lovely staff and top quality work. Could not recommend enough.

I have seen Nik at least 10 times over the last six months and really can't recommend his services highly enough; these visits have included check-ups, Invisalign fittings, teeth whitening and some cosmetic composite fillings. There has genuinely been such a noticeable improvement in both the health and appearance of my teeth, and I am absolutely delighted with the results. I am very thankful to Nik and the team for all the work and for giving me renewed confidence in my smile. I’ve visited this dental clinic around 5-6 times since last May and all of my experiences have been very positive. The telephone / booking services are great, both for emergency and non emergency appointments. The reception staff are always welcoming and helpful. But above all, they have the best dentist there. Dr Nikhil Joshi is the greatest dentist. He is very calm, reassuring and very knowledgeable. I was always worried when I had to visit a dentist, but Dr Joshi is so trustworthy and reassuring that I look forward to my next appointment. Keep up the good work everyone!

Been going here for about 7 years, as it’s convenient for my office in the City. Have never once had a bad experience with this dentist practice. Dentists, hygienists, nurses and receptionists are all knowledgeable, patient and generally lovely and I have felt in safe hands through a couple of grissly tooth extractions, along with check-ups and minor procedures. On recent visits I have seen a dentist called Nikhil who was incredibly kind and gentle during a bottom wisdom tooth extraction, even though it took ages and prevented him from taking his lunch-break! They have been great during Covid. Very clean and limiting numbers of patients. I have never had issues getting appointments when I need them (admittedly, as a private patient) and have had a number of Saturday appointments. Would recommend this dentist without hesitation (and already have, to a number of my friends). Thank you!

The doctors at this clinic are really helpful and friendly and be assured that they will do everything that is needed for you to get the right treatment. In my case my treatment was transferred between doctors and there was some misunderstanding with the cost of the treatment, and even though this may not come from any wrongdoing, if anything I would recommend you always request a quote in writing before starting the treatment. The receptionists at the clinic although helpful, are a bit dry and serious, but aside from that you're in for a good treat.

Moments when the clinic opened I had a lovely call from Old Street Dental Clinic receptionist Donna, who was extremely kind, caring and sympathetic. The Dentist who I saw Nick, was extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable and was quite a laugh to be around. Nick went through exactly what he would recommend/suggestion along with next steps so I knew the price and procedure prior to getting it done, so there were no nasty surprises and my expectation where delivered. As someone who has had a phobia of dentist for years now (after a root canal treatment that went awfully wrong), my faith in dentists was revived. Fal was great- she was gentle and patient. Clean and good work. She did not rush to complete the work and was attentionate. The dental nurse, Niketa, was equally patient and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Couldn't recommend this place and Dr Nikhil Joshi higher! I was booked in to have an extraction tooth, a tooth filling and a hygienist teeth clean with Dr. Nikhil Joshi. I was nervous :) Firstly, the reception lady checked my temperature and they allowed only one patient to be in the practice at once and this made me feel safe during Covid. Once I was called, Dr Nikhil put me at ease and talked me through the procedure. I had one tooth removed and it was done pain free!!! He explained the surgical procedure and explained everything very well to me. The 2d treatment was to do a tooth filling and he has done it so esteticly so I could not even find any difference with my other teeth. And also with NO pain at all! The 3d treatment I had with Dr. Nikhil was ultrasonic teeth cleaning which was done very thoroughly. I was absolutly satisfied with the result. I was booked for 1 hour and 30 mins for 3 treatments and it was done before I even knew it. He made me feel like the most important patient in the world :) A huge thank you to Dr.Nikhil for being so considerate and gentle. I do not have a dentophobia anymore :)

Very kind and welcoming practice. I was booked in to have an extraction of my wisdom tooth and I was nervous. Firstly the reception lady was attentive and professional. Only one patient was allowed in the practice at once, they checked everyone's temperature, which made me feel safe during Covid. Once I was called Dr Bal put me at ease and talked me through the procedure. She had a big mask on, but ensured I understood everything. I had two wisdom teeth removed today by Dr Bal, and it was done pain free. I was booked for 1 hour and it was done before I even knew it. She explained the surgical procedure and Dr Bal explained everything very well to me. She made me feel like the most important patient in the world. The procedure was literally under 15 mins and there was a little pain. Thank you old street dental. She's saved my other tooth, as the wisdom tooth was hitting it.

My 13 year old daughters treatment began here 18 months ago and the treatment from all staff members has been excellent. My daughter had a brace fitted and overseen by James during this time. His expertise and knowledge is second to none. My daughter now has perfectly straight teeth, thankyou James. From there we saw Angie who advised and completed 2 composite teeth to match up and give a 'Hollywood smile'. To say the work Angie carried out was remarkable is an understatement. If your new to the area, this has to be your first port of call, when taking care of your teeth, my old dentist on Whitechapel rd, were useless and sent me away when i had a gum infection said return in 24 hours, in that time i looked like elephant man very painful experience, so i looked for a new Dental Clinic and Old Street was the one, they removed my tooth, with the up most of care, they made my appointment quickly to achieve this.
