Z. Z.My regular dentist closed his surgery due to Covid . I had an emergency and started ringing all surgeries around my area. I was desperate. Some promised to ring back but they never did. Others said flat they could not help. After ringing about 15 surgeries, a friend recommended I ring Olsens. The person that answered the phone not only went out of her way to help me, they also followed it up in writing as they promised and on top of it all also rung the labs beforehand to ensure they I will indeed be helped. Olsens restored my faith in humanity. We need more people like that. sincerely

Even the admin staff are super helpful with text reminders before appointments. I've had braces and for the first time in my life I have perfecty straight teeth. A big thank you for being so nice during the process .

S. B.I have been visiting Hooria Olsen for over 10 years and she has done everything from fillings to whitening for me and has been the sole dentist for both of my children. I have no hesitation in recommending her, so gentle and helpful and runs a wonderful service with her team. Wouldn't go anywhere else in London.

J. F.I am a nervous patient.and was embarrassed by my teeth and hated my dentures. I cried at least twice in the early days of visiting the practice but have now completed a long and tricky set of procedures to give me the teeth and the smile I had lost! Three crowns and three implants later she worked expertly so that all my wonky brown and mishapened teeth are now white and natural looking.
Hooria is an amazing Dentist and a lovely empathic person. She makes absolutely sure you feel no pain and responds immediately if she sees you are in the least uncomfortable or need a break. Sometimes she sings along to the radio and that is a rare treat! Her admin and dental staff are friendly and calming. My advice? If your an anxious dental patient and even if you’re not go to the Olsen practice and get your smile back! Thank you all so much!
Q. P. r.Haven’t been to a better dentist, from the minute I walked in, to the moment I left, the service was excellent. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming, as for the treatment, it was 1st class. I was nervous just before the treatment, but Hooria the dentist really calmed me down. This has now become my regular dentist in Queens Park.
p. t.My wife and I have been patients for 8 years. We have recommended many people in this time and had only positive feed back from them. On first visit I had a complete review of the treatment I needed and was given a full report on the treatment recommended., with no pressure to take up any procedure. We have found the advice given to be honest and my last visit I was recommended to see a specialist and was not charged by Hooria.
