Honestly, where do I start, Orthosmile has given me the confidence I didn’t think I needed. Due to unfortunate circumstances like COVID-19, I can’t show off my new aligned teeth. Firstly, the young ladies at the reception are so heartwarming and welcoming. Always so cheerful and helping me out with any inquires I’ve had. I will miss their presence as my two years of braces journey has come to an end. We’ve come here for years and they’ve been incredibly efficient (to the point where my daughter has been able to leave for an appointment during her school lunch and be back in time for lessons at every appointment). The clinic is a gem, tucked away in the backstreets of Shepherds Bush. Newly refurbished, sparkly squeaky clean. We were greeted by an eloquent receptionist. The care and attention my son gets at the Kensington Orthodontic Clinic is absolutely 1st class. We were quoted thousands of pounds for private treatment by a Richmond based clinic and they were talking about possibly removing teeth. "Luckily" (for me at least) his teeth were sufficiently badly aligned for him to qualify for NHS treatment which is what the KOC have provided. We are nearly at the end of the 18 months treatment - no teeth were removed and my son is going to have 'filmstar' teeth. Thank you so much Dr Alimadadian and your team - especially the lovely Ms Gomez.
