Similar to some of the reviews here, I've also had horrible experiences at other dentists in the past. Everyone at this clinic was very professional and helpful. As a super anxious patient, they made me feel very comfortable and gave me a reasonable treatment plan. One of the very few positive experiences I have had at a dentist. Highly recommended

After such a horrible experience with some of the British dental clinics - this clinic is the best experience I've ever had. My doctor Cristina was so professional, careful, empathetic, done absolutely cracking job. This is probably my first honest and deserved review I've ever wrote. The best dental care I have ever experienced! Professional, courteous,and friendly staff. I felt so welcomed during my last visit. I do like this dental clinic as prices are very reasonable. It is a private dental clinic and affordable I would say, as I am not rich. My daughter (6 years old) had a very bad experience with an NHS dentist and was very scared of them. So I decided to try this clinic and I could not recommend it highly enough and the wonderful Dr Cristina Golban! Cristina and her assistant were very gentle and patient with my girl and knew how to speak to children. My daughter let them do everything and she left the clinic singing ‘I love the dentist’ :) now she’s not afraid of the dentist anymore! Thank you very much Cristina! I became Poplar Dental & Medical Clinic patient on an emergency visit though I had broken a tooth. When I called the office, one of the angels- Laura- who used to work there said: "Of course we will help you". I went in the next day and Dr Sonata started fixing my tooth. I was very nervous about my broken tooth, but after Sonata talked to me for a few minutes about the procedure, I knew there was nothing to fear. What a lovely lady. Explains what she is doing all the time. Tells you what is coming up next. She is the best! Very professional, full of energy and ideas, optimist and perfectionist. Even her assistant Dominyka was very attentive and caring! We talked about personal things and they really made me feel safe. I would also like to give a shout out to Dr Aneta. She is an absolute artist and a perfectionist. Aneta won’t let you leave if you are not happy, she is very gentle and aware of nervous patients. Very professional, calm and relaxes you straight away. Aneta is the most amazing dentist ever! I am so happy to have found these wonderful doctors. Sort of weird to say that you really like a dental clinic, but this is the best I've ever been to. Highly recommend booking into here and having these Ladies fix your dental problems and brighten up a smile. Thank you!

Wow...5 Big Stars for Dr Caterina and her staff. She's more than a Dentist, she's a real talent. That's how it worked with my teeth that I did not even realise there was something out there. At first I had a bad experience with my partner who wanted me to go in the clinic with him for moral support and I was told I was not allowed to? Not too sure why? As I wasn’t explained why. I then had to deal with Constant speaking in there own language amongst themselves in the reception which I found quite rude! I felt no professionalism what so ever at first. Never the less Further to my second visit with my partner and after my review had been read I understand they where what most apologetic to my concerns and received a good treatment for my partner.The dentist was amazing and the staff that was in the clinic room. The admin then went to explain why I could not go in to the room for hygiene reasons? But was allowed anyway after. Anyhow it turned from a bad experience to a good one. The dentist is amazing I would recommend to go have a visit.

Not many dental offices would see someone with no dental insurance on a Saturday to boot and manage to make the pain stop. The whole team made sure I was comfortable, explained the financing to me, and completed a root canal with no prior appointment. The office lady knew I was in pain and went out of her way to help me get out of pain. I will only use these folks from now on.

I was very pleased with this dental practice, all of the specialists are in one place. I had a aesthetic filling with Dr Aneta and I was very happy with the result. Also I had an implant and bone grafting with Dr Vitalijus, everything was very clearly explained both before and after the procedure.
