P &P have been our dentist for many years and I can highly recommend them. Very friendly and professional team, 1st class. My partner is nervous about medical procedures, injections etc. but they always put him at ease.

Having only been recommended to the practice back in the summer, I have been very impressed with everyone and everything that the practice offers. The reception staff are always bright, cheery and helpful and even though with PPE, I still have yet to fully see some members of the team, they have always been extremely professional in every way possible. My main dealings have been with Rachel, the hygienist, a true delight in the way she explains precisely what she is doing and the treatment she is administering and Jon who even knowing that I am not the most straightforward of patients, has been patient, understanding and also extremely professional in everything he has done. He helped me restore my own confidence in dentist treatment and I have been very impressed with the way he has treated me. I must also mention Wayne Halfpenny who again could not have been any more helpful or professional in the way he treated me. In this most challenging year for so many professions and especially those involved in health, I have no hesitation in recommending this practice.

I highly recommend Rob and the Portner Pittack dental practice. I’ve recently needed a tooth extraction, dental work done on another tooth and a night guard made. Everything was completed smoothly and efficiently. Rob was always very punctual, considerate and professional. I trust him to take care of my teeth. I explained to him that I had some dental anxiety (much of which has gone away since I had such positive experiences ... as positive as they can get considering what I needed done!) I also take my three kids to Rob and have had good experiences with them as well. One of my sons has enough adult teeth to start having sealants put on and everything had gone swimmingly. If you need a dentist (which you probably do), go to Rob and his team for all your dental needs ... and I wouldn’t say this lightly since I have high dental standards as my uncle was a dentist and I grew up in North America where there is a high standard of general dentistry. - Lydia

I was recommended to see Jonathan as I was a very nervous patient and my teeth were in a very bad state. He spent time reassuring me of how the treatment plan would work. I had several appointments with Regina the Hygienist, who was amazing, before any dentistry could start. I have had 2 intensive appointments and at no time have I felt any pain or the anxiety I normally feel. My teeth and the general health of my mouth has improved enormously . The care taken regarding Covid precautions are of the highest standard and everyone treats you extremely well. I would recommend very highly.

I've used Portner Pittack for a number of years now and cannot recommend them highly enough. I'm not a fan of dentists it has to be said, because I bad experience from childhood. However there were a few things that are common sense that these guys did like numbing gel in a hygienist appointment - which mean that I wasn't clutching at the arm chair in pain constantly. I subsequently decided to have my teeth straightened and again despite the obvious pain in moving teeth, its been really very good especially in these covid times. If you have any fears, or nervousness, tell them and you'll be pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

Was recommended to this practice, by former dental rep, having just moved into the area. Practice, is clean and light, staff very friendly. Had a dental check up with Jonathan Portner, and a hygienist appointment with Rachel Lister. Both were exceptionally professional. Very few people, I suspect 'enjoy' going to the dentist (myself included), but I can honestly say the visit and the experience has to rated as one of the best and relaxed I have had. Given I am 50+ years old, that should be seen as the compliment that it is meant to be. Would 100% recommend this practice.

Needed another round of root canal work. My local dentist recommended Truda and have now had 2 lots of treatment there. Cannot recommend her highly enough. She put me completely at ease and explained everything well. The treatment necessitates 2 visits, and the only discomfort is the silicon shield needed to stop debris from being swallowed. In fact, I was so relaxed, that I actually dozed off whilst the treatment was being done - no mean feat!! I hardly felt a thing during the procedure and certainly was very well looked after

We are a family with 3 children and have been coming here since we moved to London. The practice was highly recommended to us 10 years ago and we have received excellent services ever since by our dentist Rob Pittack, the hygienists and - since the children started with braces - also by our orthodontist Mark Vaughan. All of us only ever had the most pleasant experiences. We live close by and know many people who go here and we have never heard anything but praise. The professional staff is always up to date with the newest developments and one can choose from the whole palette of highly professional dental services, whilst we never felt that anyone was trying to sell these to us without any of us needing them. The advice given is very clear and thorough. We always have the feeling that we are given plenty of care and time during the appointment. Any questions we have are thoroughly discussed and answered. In ten years, we have only on very few occasions had to wait more than a few minutes for our appointment; the time management is very good. I am happy to wait a few minutes as that shows that the previous patient is given the time that they need and I know that I will not get rushed out too. The children love going to the dentist! It is a very warm and humorous atmosphere. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful, always putting up in the most gracious manner with our family’s chaotic timetable changes. People working there are happy, which is not least shown by the fact that I cannot remember the reception stuff ever having changed in 10 years. I can highly recommend this practice!

Orthodontist Mark Vaughan is the most amazing miracle worker. He has treated both my children, one of which had severe overcrowding. Mark has managed to treat him without a single extraction and he now has got a straight set of teeth. I won't post a picture of my son's before and after, but will be happy to share if anyone is interested.

The tooth had a big old filling in it so it was quite a big job to remove the old filling and build it up again. Follow-up questions receive answers at an appropriate technical level. I recently had root canal treatment at Portner Pittack. The cost was clearly set out for me prior to beginning the treatment. Each of the 4 appointments I attended (which included a consultation and a final filling) were punctual, informative and put me at ease. I did have a minor amount of pain after the third appointment which unfortunately happened (as it always does!) on a bank holiday weekend and I was going away. When telephoning the emergency number I was assured that someone would be in touch. Disappointingly, nobody called but I'm pleased to report that the pain did go after 48 hours.

Implants x 2 . . . . of course I was well looked after by Rob Pittack and Michelle. I was in the chair for an hour and 15 but was made to feel comfortable throughout with consideration being made for my well being. Rob talked me through the whole procedure from the anaesthetic, preparation of the bone, the insertion of the implants and the sutures. Hygiene was of paramount importance throughout the procedure and clear instructions were given for me to follow for the day before, the day of the procedure and then the subsequent couple of days to help prevent infection, reduce swelling and limit bruising. Of course it was down to me to adhere to these instructions. Everything necessary was supplied from the mouthwash to antibiotics before and after and pain relief. By early evening on the day of the procedure Rob called me to check that I was ok and not in too much discomfort. As a practice, Porter Pittack really care about their patients well being before, during and after any treatment. I would highly recommend them.
