Louisa is incredible to deal with. So friendly, clear, patient, talented... and also, very funny! I honestly could not have asked for a better dentist and I cannot recommend her or the practice enough
G. P.Live locally and decided to try our nearest best-recommended dentists, and Prentis did not disappoint! Saw Louisa who is wonderfully professional yet still so friendly when she gave me a full mouth MOT! Then she sorted my trays for whitening - all within 30-mins and some lovely chatter. Sheila was also lovely - and the team in reception. V safe in covid, antibac everywhere, and a really lovely dentist experience - which I normally hate... SO lucky to now have them as my regular dentists!
P. B.I had my first appointment today, for a check-up, everything went smoothly. Like many people, I'm not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, but I felt comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. Having a dentist you can trust, helps to overcome this kind of anxiety.
The doctor explained to me all I had to know about future treatments and their pricing. A big thanks for the staff for being friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

The practice has implemented stringent covid measures, which were fully explained prior to and during my visit meaning I felt completely at ease throughout.

A. W.Really enjoyed my experience at Prentis Dental Studio. My dentist, Dr Sarah Shepherdson, took the time to explain every procedure to me and was very supportive. She has a lovely personality set me at ease the whole time! The facilities at Prentis are very nice and comfortable. Reception were very friendly and accommodating. Making appointments has always been very easy and uncomplicated. Have already recommended the practice and my dentist specifically to many friends!

K. S.I registered with Prentis Dental on a friends recommendation - good friend👍🏼. The surgery is the best I have ever been to and I am 58 and attended dentists regularly throughout my life. I saw Tanu for my treatments and she was an absolute angel. Very patient (I can be a bit of a baby) gentle and caring. The nurses are all caring and friendly as is the super receptionist. Full marks all round as far as I am concerned and I would wholeheartedly recommend them - you won't be disappointed 😉
