Great dentist. Got an appointment straight away to fix the cap on my tooth and a clean. Really impressed with the care and attention by all the staff.

I have been a client for many years and have been happy with routine stuff like hygienist, checkups or cleaning. The staff are very nice and helpful and they mean well. However, I would not recommend for more complicated procedures like tooth extractions or root canals, at least for me almost everything went wrong and I have had to spend a lot of time and money to fix that.

I have been a client for more than 2 years now. Staff is friendly and professional and the quality of the treatments that I have received so far is very hight standard. I went here for the first time today and had a great experience. I explained my tooth problem and what another dentist had told me. Here the dentist went through the treatment options and showed me my tooth in the mirror so that I could understand exactly what was needed. The practice is conveniently located in St. George Wharf in Vauxhall with buses and tube nearby. The dentist was friendly and polite and explained things fully. I have difficulty with having x-rays done as I have a gag reflex and she was very patient with this and enabled me to successfully have x-rays taken.The receptionist person calls you to remind you about your appointment in advance, also you get a text message as a reminder in case you want to change your app. It's great to have the opportunity to write a well deserved review for this Practice and I can highly recommend it.

Been here more than two years - and not a single complaint. I live away, but work in London, and have worked up North and further away for a long time. But I have always gone out of my way to schedule appointments here during my stay in London as I've become accustomed to the high-level of care at Riverside. Prior to my experience here, I've was consistently/secretly annoyed by dentists for pressure selling, crass diagnosis for minor surface cavities, turning watch-and-wait's into cavities etc. At Riverside, I was always provided with an honest set of options, with zero feeling of jumping into anything. My own childhood orthodontist told me that the only option to fix my 5mm open bite was surgery or traditional wire bracing. As you'll read about my Invisalign experience below, this was not true. Though it was not easy, Dr. NK was able to bring my teeth together to near perfection -- and now I don't have to worry about missing the pepperoni on a pizza. I've had fillings here and numerous hygiene appointments (excellent hygienist). I've had a referral from here for wisdom-teeth extractions and emergency care that followed, amongst other visits over concerns and paranoia. More recently I just finished my Invisalign treatment (as I've mentioned above) to fix overcrowding and an open-bite of around 5mm which took just over a year. The results were fantastic. I've had a complementary permanent retainer fitted and a free plastic retainer. I also got the 3 x Rivera retainers at a very competitive price. I'm now getting some complementary whitening as part of the package deal for Invisalign treatment. I've always asked for more time to do my research on pricing and alternatives. I've actually not been able to find a London dentist which has been able to get me a cheaper deal than this place. When there were cheaper options at other clinics -- I found I was getting less than what I would be paying for here. All members of staff and new recruits have been superb. I've never had to wait for more than an hour or two to get an invoice via email, or informal advice from the dentist. Cancellations and re-booking appointments via email has been extremely useful when I'm busy at work, as they're quite responsive. The lead dentist, Dr. NK, in particular, naturally keeps a steady hand. She has been persistent with my follow ups (usually every six-eight weeks during my Invisalign treatment), and has even gone the extra mile from time to time (like getting an urgent appointment on the same day; even when they're busy, they do their best to get you in). Dr. NK is top-game. She enjoys her work, continues to study, and keeps on top of her field. The clinic also likes to try out the latest tech (tools, scanners etc). For example -- my friend spent over £400 getting a take-home kit, custom tray, and several syringes, but was told he could eat anything. Here, at Riverside, the instructions were far more thorough and I was given a sheet on avoiding coloured foods for the entire whitening treatment and 2-3 days thereafter. After doing some research, I found that my dentist's advice was far more accurate to best practices and that eating during the treatment can make the treatment less effective as your teeth are prone to staining. I've now found that I'm only half-way into my syringe and I've already achieved great results. The clean lounge, handpicked music, good smells, complementary drinks, free wifi and great literature at the table just adds to this place.. TL;DR; Go here.

The staff at riverside dental spa are all lovely, Galina the receptionist was very helpful and answered all my questions prior to seeing the dentist. I saw the dentist Neha for a check up as I was experiencing some pain. She explained all my options to me clearly which helped me make my decision on what I wanted to do. I don't enjoy visiting the dentist but Neha put me at ease and I felt confident with her treating me. She has made me feel much happier with my smile!

I have visited Riverside Dental Spa base on my friends experience. This is the most excellent service I have ever had. From the beginning of my booking to the end of my visit with the dentist and the hygienist. The receptionist was very informative and explained everything with professional manner. Yes, they do take deposit of £50 in advance but this is normal procedure as most of the practices do. Everything was handled with manner and professional approach.The dentist and hygienist provided very high end standard service. After my exam I have decided to start my Invisalign treatment with them, so I will see them more often. Overall , the best practice, the best staff and pleasant experience. I highly recommend them.
