I know Peter’s dental Practice since July 2012, just 18 months after my arrival in the UK. I had a great experience with both Peter and Minas on four implants done for me since 2012. They are both extremely knowledgeable, patient and they are true experts in their field. The attention to detail, and special care given to the patient is excellent 😃, that’s why I am a loyal customer for over 9 years at their practice. I’ve been a patient of Dr Stuart Kilner for years. I still visit him now even though I’ve moved to North Wales. He is the best dentists I’ve come across having used many in central London. I recently chipped my front tooth which he did a great job repairing. I also mentioned composite bonding and he took the time to understand what my goals were and to explain the positives, negatives and the cots involved. I booked in for some mock bonding so I could see what the end result would look like. I finally got the work done last weekend and couldn’t be happier. It’s exactly what I wanted. The costs were reasonable and explained clearly from the start. I can’t recommend Stuart highly enough. Thanks so much.

I have been a patient of Scarsdale Dental Practice since 2003 – and still visit them since moving to Little Venice. I saw Dr Stuart Kilner for the first time last year when I had chipped a tooth and was really impressed with how much interest he took. Today I returned with another chipped tooth (yes, I need to be more careful with what I eat!) and after he had fixed that we got into a conversation about my lower front teeth. Several years ago Peter (Fairburn) had referred me to a couple of cosmetic dentists neither of whom said they could fix the issue that was bothering me (spaces at the bottom of my front 3 teeth). Stuart had a look at them and an hour later I have a MUCH improved smile! What I love is Stuart’s ‘can do’ approach and the obvious care and pride he takes in his work. I felt I was very much in safe (not to mention skilled) hands and can highly recommend him. I now have my fingers crossed that my slightly Dentist wary Husband will make an appointment to see Stuart too 😊 -Anne Eustace

In all my years of being a patient of many dentists only two have ever come close to what I would expect of a true professional in this field. In the 70’s I had gold fillings from a dentist in Sheffield (who has since retired) which still gleam in my mouth and Peter Fairbairn who has given me hope as his professionalism is second to none. Being an actress my confidence relies much on my outward appearance and my implants carefully delivered by Peter have been a life saver in my profession and personal life. I had extensive work done in my mouth with a root canal, the removal of several teeth and five implants.I was referred by my dentist at the Imperial College Dental Surgery and I could not have been referred to a better implant clinic. My surgeon Dr. Minas Leventis was fantastic keeping me always well informed during the process while working on the implants and feeling reassured. After nearly two years all I can say is that I am so happy I repaired my mouth with new teeth and able to eat properly and smile with confidence. It was great experience visiting Scarsdale Dental surgery for a wisdom tooth extraction operation I had to do recently. After breaking one of my back teeth flossing I needed an implant. I had high expectations of Scarsdale dental clinic in Earls Court, West London, as it had been recommended to me as the best specialist implant dental surgery in London by my own dentist. And completely independently, three friends had implants there and recommended that I get my implant there too. Today I walked away with my new implant - which looks and feels exactly like the real tooth it replaced - actually better than my old tooth. The process was very well managed; I suffered no pain and felt at all times to be in the hands of experienced professionals. I hope I don't need another implant (!) But if I do I will definitely rush straight back to Peter Fairbairn and his team - and would unreservedly recommend them to you.

Dr Minas Leventis has now completed three dental implants for me. He works extremely carefully and with great expertise. He explains each stage of the process and gives good aftercare advice. He is also willing to answer by text any concerns that one may have between appointments. An excellent service.
