I received high quality care from arrival through departure. Registration process, the appointment booking experience and on the day interaction, were outstanding. Very welcoming and friendly reception staff. Dr Attal explained every stage of my treatment and lovely Tamara who is treatment coordinator went through a definite cost of my treatment plan which was great. Excellent service by Sensu. Well done 👏

i loved my teeth straightening journey with Sensu. they have always taken care of me and after my cosmetic bonding, my teeth are perfect! Thank you Sensu for my perfect smile!! it took 2 years and even though i did get impatient, it was certainly worth it!! I am so pleased with this! Thank you Dr Hannan for the cosmetic bonding treatment! i definitely suggest the enlighten whitening ! All the staff were great !

Consultation seemed OK, lots of photos etc taken, however have tried to follow up numerous times about how to go ahead with no luck. Considering the price of braces, I don't really want to be chasing. Deposit has not yet been refunded, was told 5-10 working days, it is day 6 so there is a few days left nothing yet, other places have been quicker, hopefully will arrive back no issues and I won't be using this practice mainly down to the poor response to follow up.

Sensu is 👏 my teeth have finally become straight and now I can't stop smiling! It's made me feel so much more confident. After lockdown they did struggle to book me in for appointments which caused delay to my treatment however, I know it's been like that everywhere and they still managed to book me in for a hygiene session before my local dentists. You can definitely trust Sensu! The receptionists are always helpful and even though I've seen a different clinician for most of my appointments they were always great at answering my questions. Thank you Sensu ! Also an excellent service throughout!

I booked an appointment on a whim the night before my actual appointment. My appointment was with Dr Anish who was super friendly, answered all of my questions and gave me a plan to suit my needs. Appointments and follow ups were all arranged by Tamara, who is super friendly and accommodating. I have since referred the clinic to my friend who will be starting her journey with Invisalign along with me.

I have had such a great experience at sensu. The staff are fantastic, very professional and really care about their patients, I felt well looked after straight away. I saw Shirin at Sensu for a routine check up and hygiene appointment. The practice is very professional and clean and all staff were very welcoming. Shirin was fantastic along with her assistant and felt completely at ease! Highly recommend Sensu!!!

A large team of knowledgeable dentists that were always friendly and helpful. There were also specialist orthodontists on-site and so even really complex cases can be treated. The support team are very helpful and always easy to get in touch with. The results are amazing and overall would definitely recommend.

I am having treatment at Sensu London Bridge. Zara the hygienist she is amazing. On my first consult I was a bit nervous. Then Zara told me I had gum disease. I was very upset and worried the whole day. Then Zara called me at night to check on me and advise me to move forward my deep cleaning session as I shared my concerns with her. I was amazed on how much she actually care and listened to me. I don't know you guys but from a dentist noone has ever called me to check on me. So that was pretty amazing! After that I had my sessions with Zara. She explained every single detail before and during the procedure and she kept on checking on me. I just knew I was in the best hands. I had issues with the reception as they never send me any xrays or receipts although I was asking for them on each visit. Zara came down with me on all my visits to make sure this was done straight away. I also want to mention the amazing service of Tamara the patient liaison. If you looking for someone to guide you and look after you she is the best person. She has explained me everything since day one and she makes sure I get the best care. She is my person in Sensu. I know I can count on her at any time. 👌 Thank you Zara and Tamara Sensu is lucky to have you both.

Have been with Sensu for 6 years now, had Invisalign treatment with them initially, I now love my teeth and smile. I also have Sensu as my main dentist for non cosmetic needs too. I am a nervous patient but trust the team here. I recently had tooth pain, they were very quick to get me seen at their London Bridge clinic by one of their amazing dentists, who was extremely patient with me and worked with me whilst doing the treatment to make sure I was as calm as possible. The most relaxed I have felt at the dentist, despite being a nervous patient :). Thanks so much!!

I cannot recommend Sensu enough! I had the best experience from start to finish and I am so happy with the results! I had a great consultation initially to discuss my options and once I decided to go ahead with Invisalign, the process went to smoothly! The office is really nice and every single member of staff is so helpful and professional. I felt in such good hands with each individual working on my teeth straightening journey (from the hygienist to the dentist) I did the first 6 weeks with normal retainers and then moved onto the attachments, which took some getting used to. I had 14 retainers to start with followed by an additional 12 for the refinement stage. I had my Invisalign in for about 9 months in total. Sensu were always really helpful organising convenient appointments and answering any questions I had. I honestly loved my Invisalign experience and would recommend it to anyone! I love my smile thanks to Sensu! I hadn’t smiled in photos for about 10 years! Now I’m always smiling and proud of my teeth.

Can't recommend Sensu enough! I went there wanting braces but, after scanning my teeth, realised that two of my roots were too short. I then enquired about veneers and started the process with Dr. Anish Berry. Because I couldn’t have braces to straighten my teeth first, I know that my case wasn’t easy. I had the top 4 teeth done and they look so natural and really suit my face. I hated my teeth for so long and now love them. Anish was so helpful from start to finish. I saw Dr.Kellie today for a filling and she was thorough talked me through the procedure - calmed me on my fears with needles and going to the dentist for check ups. I had my 18month old son with me and the staff were so lovely looking after/keeping him distracted as I got my fillings done. Lovely Team overall . Never Have I ever had such an experience anywhere Not even at my own GP . I made/will be making future appointments with sensu. I’ve had a surgical extraction done by Dr Anish Berry and a deep hygiene session with Dr Kellie Jones and I cannot recommend them higher. They are both wonderful professionals and wonderful people. They took time to explain everything I needed to know and I felt taken care of in every aspect. Thumbs up :)

So following on from my intial review, I picked up my invisalign on Thursday evening. Currently day 2 and I am sort of used to it. Rewind, so prior to Thursday, I asked to change it to fixed clear braces regardless of cost. But Dr illas advised me to stick to the original plan. N Dr. Shah did say if I call to complain about pain or discomfort he will ignore me cos I have the will power to do it. It does hurt coz i have a missing tooth and my front tooth is a bit tender, but am using pain killers, as recommended by my girl who has had the same and bonjela for my gum. Anyways, I am now rating Sensu at 5. Amazing service and I am pleased . Thank you to the London Bridge team. Now let the treatment begin. At the end of the six weeks i ll return. Hopefully, I see movement and my crooked teeth straightening.
