Honestly I would give them 10 stars if I could. As an anxious patient who hates going to the dentist I was so grateful to have found this gem of a place. All the staff are friendly, kind and just plain lovely. I had two fillings replaced today and I really appreciated the patience they had with me. The last dentist I saw years ago got really snappy and angry with me which only added to my anxiety. I am very happy with the work done. Thank you!

I have seen Dr Mansour and team for general checkup, dental hygienist and complex tooth chip repair appointments over the past year. Service is impeccable throughout, I am always made to feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. I had absolute trust in Dr Mansour from the moment we spoke which I think is important. Communication and transparency is excellent, I felt I completely understood options and procedures before they begin, I was not pressured in any way and I have never felt overcharged. Several months have past since my tooth chip repair, Dr Mansour did a fantastic job and I am happy with the results. Despite having moved away from the area, Shirland Dental Practice will remain my dentist and I have recommended to family.

My experience at the Shirland Dental Practice has been so far better than I could imagine. I've been terrorised by dentists since childhood following bad experiences back in France. So let me tell you that booking my first appointment in a new country was pretty stressful. I've been warmly welcomed for the check-up, Maria at the reception was listening and taking care to notify the dentist that I was a bit anxious. I've done a check-up, seen the hygienist and done the first filling without encountering any problem and pain has been carefully taken into account. You couldn't tell I've got a filling, the dentist and her assistant are truly skilled. Prices are reasonable and fair. The whole team is friendly and I'm looking forward to taking care of my teeth at this practice in the future. (I will never get an appointment in France after seeing the quality of care here!).

Dr Mansour is the best dentist I’ve ever had. She is lovely and such a pro. I was in a very stressful situation where my previous Invisalign clinic had shut down and left me high and dry. I went to a number of clinics, and Dr Mansour was by far the most understanding, honest and accommodating. Since then, she’s recommended treatments personalised to me (including getting me ready for my wedding!) and it’s always a pleasure to come to the clinic. All the staff is always pleasant and professional and I’ve never had an issue with bookings or crazy waiting times. I highly recommend this clinic.

Couldn't go to my trusted dentist in Netherlands due travel restrictions and after hours of reading through negative reviews even at very expensive clinics in London found this one and I fully agree with the 5* rating. Very small clinic but still was able to get appointment in less than 10 days. Prices are very reasonable given the quality and everyone, from reception lady to hygienist Sunil and dr Mansour herself was very efficient, effective and did a great job. Really liked how much care was taken to explain to me the how and why and based om that take the right decisions. Never any pressure to sell me anything or any hidden fees. Dr seems to really care on a personal level about her patients as I witnessed how she dealt with someone else who came in for an emergency while waiting briefly.

Dr Mansour is absolutely fab!!! First class professional who will be honest with you with her suggestions (she won't try to sell you unnecessary procedures) which I highly appreciate. Really great denist, Dr Mansour is brilliant. I feel she really cares about offering a good experience and is very thorough with every aspect of my appointment. I always leave there knowing my teeth have been looked after and all information documented for the next appointment. I’m really pleased I found this denist as I’m confident my teeth are in good hands. Dr Hamssa Mansour is amazing!!! I actually look forward to going to the dentist because of her. She is a true professional and does her job brilliantly. On every occasion she has been generous with her time and advice on follow-on upkeep of my dental health. She even does teeth cleaning herself which I have never had performed by a dentist only by a hygienist. A cherry on top is that she is so fun to talk to, not something I usually associate with dentists. She is completely down to earth and always leaves me with a big smile on my face. Feeling embarrassed I visited the dentist for the first time in many, many years. I've not taken good care of my teeth and was worried what the dentist would say. Dr Mansour is patient, friendly and very, very understanding. Not at all like my memories of dentists. After a thorough exam, she went through all the options available to me, she understood where money was an issue and left the decisions to me. We have agreed on a treatment plan that I'm really excited about. The dental nurse and the front desk staff were also wonderful. I couldn't recommend Dr Mansour's practice more highly, especially if you are a nervous patient or if you need a little extra TLC.

Well. It may sound a little odd to say this was the most gentle extraction I have ever experienced! This was not a standard tooth it was a wisdom with a LARGE root! It was so gentle I did not even know the job had been done and sat with my eyes tightly closed and mouth open waiting for the dental surgeon at the practice, Dr Tag, to commence. It was quick, gentle and professional. I feel very lucky to have found this little gem, just a few minutes walk from home after years of dental tribulations. From the moment I stepped through the door , apart from it being lovely and clean, I felt comfortable. I have now visited a number of times and have always found Dr Hamssa very thorough & extremely gentle. The whole team, including the lovely receptionist Maria are warm, welcoming, personable and professional putting even the most dentally phobic individual at ease. I was seen for the first time on Monday, and booked in to have my procedure on Wednesday. Everyone at Shirland Dental was incredibly welcoming and reassuring, even throughout my (many) concerns. I had a composite filling done on my lower molar teeth by Dr Hamssa Mansour. This filling had been done twice before by different dentists and had come loose on both occasions. Dr Mansour took x-rays and showed me why they had come loose and explained the cost before beginning the treatment (which I was happy to pay) she also mentioned that she had noticed a slight decaying near to the old filling and explained that she will file away at that a little too see if it will require filling she even took close up photos to show me exactly. Dr Mansour takes great pride in her work, her practice is clean with new and modern equipment and she takes care to explain everything at make you feel at ease. I am happy to have found a great dentist that I can visit again if I need. I highly recommend Dr Hamssa and her dental practice.

Fantastic practice! I came across this practice through a Groupon offer. Although it was further away than I'd usually travel, the deal was good so I gave it a go. From my 1st consultantation with Dr Hamssa I could tell that I'd made the right decision. She made me feel at ease and was very welcoming. Within a few minutes she had suggested that the treatment I had chosen might not be the best option and offered me a couple of other options, both of these options were significantly cheaper and it was instantly clear she had my best interest at heart. Within a couple of months of having time to get used to my treatment I decided that after all I would like the initial treatment and sent her an email asking what my options were. I was offered the chance to go back for free and change to my original option and only pay the difference from the Groupon price (despite the offer finishing). I have since had the treatment and my teeth look fantastic. Although the practice is a little further away than usual for my dentists I will be coming back when ever I need treatment.
