Very happy with the services, friendly secretaries, but you have to be careful with payments as sometimes they might slip in some areas. Dr Sarita Kotecha is the friendliest, very understanding and I am very happy with my dental hygiene service. They are good ones.

Krishen is the best dentist I’ve ever had. The level of his care is way beyond anything I’ve had before, and I’m 58 so I’ve had a few. Never have my teeth been so trouble free. Been with this surgery now for several years and Krishen I cannot recommend highly enough. He actually cares that his treatments are working and this is a rare quality these days . I can actually say , with confidence , he cares more than money that he does the right thing . . Very precious dude. I hope he stays put at Smile for a few more years , as I never want anyone else.

I am so grateful that I had found Smile Cliniq! When I had called to book a consultation for my first visit I was recommended to see Dr Salma. I was a bit nervous on my first day as I did not know what to expect but as soon as I walked through the door the reception team greeted me with a smile and made me feel so comfortable! After neglecting my teeth for years because bad memories from my childhood I decided to face my fears and started to look for a good dentist to sort the mess in my mouth. I can truly say that I have been the luckiest guy in the world for finding not only a good dentist but a incredible dental nurse and receptionist that work with him. The trio are so synchronised that my time in the practice made me feel like in a 5 star hotel or spa, Manuel, the receptionist, from the first time that I called answered every question without hesitation and always did everything to accommodate my crazy schedule like he was my PA. Junior, the dental assistant, has an incredibly soothing and reassuring voice and the biggest and brightest smile that I ever seem. From the moment that he said hello, we are ready for you and in every visit to the practice since. I have no words to express how grateful I am for your work and to take care of every detail to make me feel safe and relax. And finally Dr Viraj Patel. I had few injections during the treatment but I did not feel a single one. He also explained step by step of the treatment I I could not wish for anything better. I have had implant treatment with Dr Eva Chasioti. The initial implant had been done elsewhere but had not taken well. She was quickly able to identify the best course of treatment, but also happy to talk through any possible options. With the help of very up-to-date technology everything went smoothly and to plan. I was very impressed with the whole process - patient care and highly professional treatment. After visiting a number of dentists over the last few years I was most impressed with Dr Chasioti and would highly recommend.

She advised me the best possible options tailored to my teeth and my issues, all the while with a smile and kind eyes. Dr Ravinder treats patients holistically and understands your nerves and lifestyle. She has truly broken down all my barriers to go to my dentist appointments and I always have a good laugh with her. I had composite bonding completed and she did an excellent job and took her time to perfect the shape of my teeth. A bonus is able to watch Netflix on the tv on the ceiling during the treatment! I have been seeing Dr Chet for a number of years now and cannot recommend him enough. Having had significant work done on my teeth when i was younger I have not been a fan of visiting the dentist - who is!? However, Chet really has been fantastic over the years and I really feel my teeth are in good hands. I recently chipped one of my porcelain veneers that sit on my front two teeth, which have been in situ for about 15 years. The team were able to accommodate my request for urgent work quickly (thanks to the amazing receptionist!), and the process - whilst never pleasant- was well explained and was completed in a little over a month to replace the pair. The last time I had my veneers placed - 15 years ago - was quite traumatic for me, as the dentist had not matched the colour particularly well and i was left with yellow veneers which needed to be removed, adjusted and replaced - it was nothing short of an ordeal. As such I was very nervous about this time around, Chet was well aware of my nervousness and found the time to dissipate my concerns. He encouraged me to be a part of this more recent process which included speaking to the technician about the colour and shape before the veneers were created which really quelled my concerns. I'm delighted with my new veneers and think they look amazing - definitely much nicer than the older ones. Thanks team!

Amazing experience at Smile Cliniq! From day one Dr. Krishen Shah was very professional and helpful. Prior to commencement of my treatment he explained the different teeth straightening options available to me, answered all my questions and discussed some treatments that might be necessary post teeth straightening to really complete the smile. During the process he would be equally as helpful, answer all my questions and give me regular updates so I know what to expect in terms of timeframe and the steps to follow. Post teeth straightening I opted for Smilefast teeth bonding as per Krishen’s recommendations (I had some wear due to teeth grinding) and I am really really pleased with the outcome! I have been going to Smile Cliniq St Johns Wood for 4 years and would highly recommend it to others. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I have never had a problem getting an appointment when I have needed one. They are also open Saturdays which I find very convenient. My current dentist is Dr Varaich, she is excellent at providing tips and tricks for what you should be doing day to day to look after your teeth in order to prevent needing treatment. She takes a long term approach and doesn't rush you into treatment if it isn't immediately necessary which I appreciate.

I was referred for a root canal on my pre-molar tooth and was treated by Dr Krishen Shah and Alice. My tooth was a difficult case to fix as it was broken, inflamed and extremely difficult to access as I have a small mouth. While other dentists would have resorted to removing my tooth due to the complexities, Krishen did not give up on it and did everything he could to save it. He also charged me a very fair price despite all the extra work to resolve the issues. I really can’t thank him enough and would highly recommend Krishen if you require a root canal as every effort will be made to save the tooth in an efficient and pain free way as possible. He saved my tooth because if it was his, he would have wanted somebody to go the extra mile to save it, this is how I believe every dentist should work with their patient and what I was very fortunate enough to experience. I was initially anxious about my wisdom tooth extraction but Dr Viraj was clear and detailed about the process, even taking extra steps to prevent any residual damage from the procedure. The extraction was entirely quick, he explained everything he was doing as he did it, erasing any psychological stress as well as any physical stress with a great anaesthetic. When at the appointment with Dr Kshah he was extremely helpful, explained everything that he could do for me to repair the broken veneer I had done overseas and how much it would cost me. I had a great experience with this dentist / clinic. I came here to fix my dead tooth (Upper Right 1) - which also had a large filling on the right side that needed replacing, and to whiten my teeth. The process all together took about 2-2.5 months, as my case was not the easiest. It was however, so worth the wait. The result after Enlighten whitening is a B1 shade - as promised when you come in for this treatment. And my dead tooth, which made me so self-conscious over the last 7-8 years, now looks great! I smile with a lot of confidence now and I have Smile Cliniq to thank for. Both Dr Ravinder and Dr Krishen have been amazing along the way and very patient and detail oriented about getting things right for my smile. I just came back from a routine check (my first time there) and though I never really post reviews of things online, I feel compelled to write one here. Because this was probably the friendliest and most professional patient-care I have ever experienced. I've never had issues with any dentist service really, but this visit really put things in perspective for me. How good dental care can be. Zo was extremely kind and engaging, in talking me through every aspect of what he was doing, and I was able to follow along on a screen to see my x-rays while he explained what needed to be done. Afterwards I got printouts of recommended future care and appointments. And while I might not do all of them, it's great information to have, and overall it was just a great experience. Again, this was just a basic checkup, not some complicated dental surgery, so all I can speak to is the basics. But 5/5 for that, for sure.

I was referred for two root canal treatments with Dr. Krishnen Shah. I suggested to do a double booking that was meant to last about 3 hours, but ended up being 4 hours with hardly any breaks. This was due to some challenges of removing the crown and ensuring all roots have been found and cleaned. I had root canal treatments before and I have to say I have never come across a dentist being so thorough and passionate about root canals as Dr. Shah. The root that was treated on one of the teeth in a previous treatment looked like half way done whereas Krishnen's in comparison lid up and went all the way in and had more canals filled. The only led down on this occasion was that towards the end the temp crown was still too high and as a result only lasted for two days. I kept on grinding on it. Furthermore, because it's hard to say how long a root canal treatment is really going to take I would not recommend to ever do a double booking. I was absolutely knackered by the end of it and I think Krishnen, too :)

I visited this dentist 3 times over the course of 3 weeks to have my amalgam fillings removed and replaced with white ones. I called several local dentists in the area offering amalgam removal but was unimpressed by the casual way they described the procedure. Simle Cliniq by contrast follow a carefully formulated procedure specifically for amalgam removal which minimises any risk of mercury inhalation. Unlike the other local Dentists, the receptionist was able to fully explain the procedure over the phone without seeking advice from colleagues. I booked over the phone and saw Dr Krishen Shah. Dr Shah was great. He walked me though everything, took detailed photos and discussed my options at length. We settled on two further appointments and I returned the following week to begin treatment. I don’t enjoy the dentists and I have quite a low tolerance when it comes to the drilling. I don’t mind the injections, so Dr Shah agreed to give me some autonomy over pain control. I opted for more injections than is usual, but the result was a painless experience. When the first tooth was finished Dr Shah handed me a mirror and I was surprised to see that as well as replacing the amalgam, Dr Shah had cleverly reshaped anatomy of the tooth resulting in what can only be described as a seamless perfect new tooth finish. If I hadn’t been looking a photos and X-Rays on screen moments before I would not have known which tooth was filled and which ones were original. I would recommend Dr Shah personally. He’s a great dentist but also something of an artist. Sculpting a white filling into a shape of a perfect new tooth is something I never thought was possible. I went from 7 ugly amalgam flattened blobs in my mouth to a set of perfect white teeth. Thanks Dr Shah.

Always friendly staff at the front desk. My dentist (Dr Chetan Kaher) has always been straight forward (about cost and what we can hope to achieve) as well as being polite and personable. He remembers me each time I visit, and also takes care to cause the least discomfort possible to the patient when dealing with drills etc. I had some cosmetic work done last year, as well as having a mouth guard made to prevent further wear from teeth grinding. I have been really pleased with all the work I've had done and the lasting results. This dentist has really improved the look of my teeth, as well as the overall health of my mouth. It is not cheap, but they are upfront about the costs and their pricing seems to be in-line with other practises. They also have reasonable finance packages and membership schemes available.

I visited the clinic for a tooth extraction which in itself is not a very pleasant treatment for a patient. The quality of the treatment I received at the clinic was really good as I was given a thorough examination, provided with all the potential options as well as advice on the best way to proceed. The dentist made me feel completely at ease both before and during the operation and took extra measures to ensure I felt no pain which I didn't. The area I would have appreciated better advice and service on was post-operation recovery. Although I was told to take painkillers for the pain and eat soft food for a couple of days (and also given a page with advice for the first couple of days) the biggest problem I faced was that food kept getting trapped in the wound. As a result the wound could not heal which led to me having sever pain in the first week. I visited the clinic again and the dentist cleaned the would and applied some medicine which sealed it so that food could not go in, however again after 4-5 days the medicine had gone. The wound had healed significantly but food still kept getting trapped there and I had mild pain so I need to visit the dentist again. This must be a very common problem following extraction,s as there is an open socket where the tooth used to be so inevitably food will go one no matter how careful one is, so I would have expected to get proper advice on how to deal with it post the operation as it's been going on for 2 weeks now. I would also have appreciated a detailed explanation of any additional visits required for cleaning as well as additional cost, as I was charged extra the second time I went to the dentist to get the wound cleaned up.

Having lost my front tooth as a result of an injury at the age of 2, I have had a lengthy history with Dentists. I sought out a gum specialist as the gums around my 10 year implant recessed along with the bone to the point where I could see my metal implant. After reading a lot about Dr. Evdokia’s work, I decided to go for a consultation, and I couldn’t be more happier with the results. During the consultation, Dr Evdokia Chasioti was highly attentive and she did a thorough documentation of my history. She explained my condition (Peri Implantitis), its causes, and she outlined a short-term treatment plan for me as well as discussing its maintenance and possible long term solutions. As time was a constraint as I was only in the UK for 3 weeks; her attention to detail along with the alertness of Mrs Katie allowed for the proper scheduling and planning of the two-session treatment plan within those 3 weeks. The first session of the treatment plan was with Dr Sarita Kotecha, which included deep cleaning and scaling. I was amazed by how well my case was handed over to Dr. Sarita, as she immediately informed me that Dr. Evdokia had chatted with her regarding my situation. Dr. Sarita is a very energetic skilled member of the team that clearly knows how to make a patient comfortable and at ease. The final session with Dr. Evdokia involved a non-invasive technique utilizing Laser therapy to clear out the infected implant meticulously. I cannot thank this team enough for not only their hard work, but also the empathy that was displayed. I felt like I was in safe hands, and I cannot recommend them enough. I will definitely be coming back again for follow ups whenever I’m in the UK.

I had a phobia about dentists since an incident when I was young. The sound of the drill would send shivers up my spine. As soon as I didn't have to go anymore, I did just that. Over the years things got worse. If I smiled or laughed, I would subtly cover my mouth. I even ended up in hospital where I had broken teeth and an abscess on my face removed. After that I would get toothache from time to time, which would always go, until one day it didn't. I was in pain for days, before I finally plucked up the courage to see a dentist. My first visit, both my arms and legs shook for the entire time. When the pain was taken away, it was such a huge relief. I was extremely nervous, but Chetan and the rest of the team were very patient and understanding of my fear. As the visits continued, the fear subsided and I stopped shaking altogether. I have been under sedation twice, where my bad teeth were repaired and any teeth that couldn't be saved were removed and I now have four crowns fitted in their place. They felt weird at first, but now I am becoming more and more used to them. As my teeth started to look more and more healthy, my confidence increased and I smiled more often. I'm so grateful to Chetan and the Team. I never thought I would get to a point where I was comfortable going to the dentist.

On my first visit to the Finchley branch, I had the opportunity to experience the very Efficient and effective service – which lived up to its branding expectation. The analysis of my teeth was quickly fed back to me, and further information about the Laser Procedure was highlighted. Chetan was also able to confirm a mis-analysis provided by my usual Dentist, advising that there were no sign of what I had been consulted for. Over the course of three sessions, Chetan gave me what I refer to as my ‘Hollywood Smile’... The procedure was simple, painless and I was given continual after-care service. The staff maintained a highly organised and professional approach, and made me feel comfortable in what initially seemed a very daunting environment (I have sensitive teeth!) I was able to see an immediate improvement after my first sitting, and required mere touch ups for a further two. Initially, when I was quoted on price, I had nothing to compare it to, and thought it were costly. I suppose this feeling were married with the belief: ‘no one will ever be able to sort out my smile...’ Having had done the procedure I would say that actually, the cost of my New Smile is Priceless.
