I have been under Dr. Morris and her team's care for a couple of months. I have never had very good teeth and went to the practice in the hopes of gaining a smile I could be proud of. On my initial examination Dr. Morris advised everything that would be required and gave me a quote for everything that would need to be done. After agreeing I have had teeth whitening, visited the hygienist, micro-abrasion and composite filling. Throughout every part of every process I was calm and relaxed due to the way that the team conduct themselves - they are very customer service oriented and find any solution to take care of you. I have completed my dental Journey for now and just need to take care of my new pearly whites! I finally have a smile I can be proud of. I honestly can't thank Dr. Morris and the team enough for everything that they have done. Everyone at the practice is amazing and competent from the Dentist to the Receptionists. I could not have chosen a better Dental Practice!

In my entire life I've never experienced such outstanding dental care like I found in the NW Dental Practice of Dr Veronica Morris and her team. Since my registration as new patient five months ago, all my dental issues have been improved in such an incredible way including teeth whitening, which made me an even happier person ! Dr Morris has an excellent eye for detail and performs highly accurate work with exceptional care, so that going to the dentist feels almost like a Spa treatment. - Thanks to the highest standard of clinical dental photography , excellent treatment plans and skills beyond comparison, I am more than happy to recommend Dr Morris and her team. I came to Smile NW after chipping my teeth, having multiple composite inlays and root canal. Dr Veronica Morris sorted me out, correcting the inlays to fix my bite and whitening my teeth which had discoloured from the original trauma. I now have a set of pearly whites that look as good as new. Dr Morris was thoughtful, patient and always had my best interests at heart. The reception staff were also really helpful and knowledgeable. 5/5 recommendation from me :D

I had been a regular visitor to Smile NW for many years. I even hung on in there for nearly three more years after moving to Cambridge. However, with lockdown problems making travel to London problematic, I had to seek a dental practice closer to home. So sadly I've left, but not before offering Veronica and her team a huge vote of thanks for teaching me that visits to the dentist can be a pleasant experience, like visiting friends, and nothing to be scared of, especially with sedation supplied by a charming expert. Quite an achievement to make dental treatment almost enjoyable for a scaredy cat capable of staying away for years until the situation gets desperate.

I live in the USA. I travel to London to teach yoga. I am 75 years old and all of my life I have been a lover of getting my teeth cleaned. On one of my trips I went into Smile NW Dental Practice in hopes to get a teeth cleaning. By great fortune Dr. Morris had an opening. To my delight she was one of the best dentist I have ever visited. I find her very warm, soft spoken and very professional. I genetically have strong very white teeth, which I took for granted, but on my first visit with Dr Morris she pointed out my weakness in my teeth care and gave me guidance that no other Dr. had done. When I come to London I make sure I have an appointment with her. I had a filling here instead of a root canal that was recommended by another dentist. Dr Morris used a new technique which meant I didn't need a root canal treatment which was such a relief. She was very gentle with the injection and explained everything as she went along. I highly recommend the practise. They are also open on Sundays which is very useful as I am in full time education. The hygienist here is brilliant worth every penny!

I highly recommend Smile NW. Dr Morris, her team of hygienists and her lab team really go the extra mile in caring for your teeth and the pracice has a warm, friendly atmosphere. I had fantastic support from them whilst undergoing long delayed orthodontic work. Subsequently I've needed teeth crowning and was delighted with the efforts made at the lab to ensure the crown colour matched my teeth exactly. I attend the practice regularly for check - ups and hygienist visits so joined the monthly payment plan. That way I spread the cost and keep my teeth in good shape.

Smile N W is by far the best dentist I have ever been to, having been to many dentist before I never felt I was receiving good enough care as I have done at Smile NW. The place is immaculately clean and is even open on Sundays, which is hugely convenient for me. I would highly recommend Smile NW for any teething problems.

staff very friendly ,got my teeth straightened with this great technique invisalign clear plastic tray that nobody could see it in my mouth ,then have my teeth whitened and cosmetic bonding.very happy and highly recommended
