Mum cannot speak perfect English however feels extremely comfortable with Hiren who has attended to her dental problems at very short notice to get her out of pain. I love love love this dental practice. I saw Socomo Riley. She was so kind and efficient. When my crown fell out I went to have a new one fitted. She advised me to check I still had the old one as it could be re-cemented. I did and she fixed it back in. The staff are so lovely and caring. No waiting around. I would 100% recommend and so glad I went there.

The team at Smile with Pride have been exceptional. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist, but the team have made me feel at ease and calm, and helped me to overcome this fear. The receptionist, Sony, is friendly, welcoming and sunshine in a person. Dr Riley explained what the procedure would be, helped calm my nerves, and was incredibly kind throughout. Sady, the dental assistant, was friendly and understanding, especially when I was very nervous before a tooth extraction. I could not and would not have had such a positive experience without them. This team should smile with pride - they’ve made a very nervous patient, a very happy one.

I couldn't recommend a nicer dental practise. All staff I have encountered are welcoming and polite. Every appointment I have had with Hiren, he has made me feel welcome and comfortable. Throughout my Invisalign treatment Hiren has explained in detail what I would expect and encouraged me to email if I have any concerns. The few concerns I have had, I've emailed Hiren and I would receive a response within hours. I have never had to wait longer than 6 hours for a reply. I'm glad I left my previous dentist to come to Smile with Pride.

Starting the invisalign was a big investment for me that took a lot of research prior to choosing a dentist. I am so glad I finally chose to do my treatment with Smile with Proud. I've just had my final Invisalign appointment and decided to share my experience because I couldn't be happier. From the first consultation to the last visit, Dr Hiren offered the best and most professional service and answered all of my hundreds of questions. Actually, all the staff has been so nice, accommodating, understanding. I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process and the end result is what I had hoped for. Super impressed with the care I received at Smile a couple of weeks back and I can’t recommend this dental practice enough. I’d been in agony over the weekend with pericoronitis but Hiren slotted me for an appointment at super short notice as a new patient to the practice, quickly diagnosed the issue, provided some urgent treatment and calmly explained how I could get the swelling under control with antibiotics and other tips. The practice also followed up with me to see I was getting on which was a lovely touch. All in all a very positive experience and I’ll be going back to Smile for any future treatment I require

I received treatment earlier today for two damaged teeth. My doctor was very reassuring as I told her about my fears of the dentist (I am usually very frightened of getting any dental work done). I was suppose to write this review a few months ago but it slipped my mind and I feel so bad for not writing it earlier because the practice deserves all of the credit in the world! Dr Hiren Patel is a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional dentist. Not only does he treat you with great care but he makes sure you understand your treatment. This in turn makes you feel less anxious and more comfortable. His teaching using analogies always makes my day a little brighter. He is an inspiration to all and I really do hope to emulate his empathetic manner in my own future career. I really hope he knows the meaningful difference he is making in other people's lives. I have been attending this dentist for over 25 years and my husband has been attending for 20 years. We moved to Essex about 14 years ago but still make the trip to this dentist as the service and professionalism received is A+. Any work required is explained thoroughly and I feel that only work that is required is carried out. I'm put at ease and wouldn't trust any other dentist to look at my teeth and will continue to come here until the Partners retire! My daughter has now also started to have her teeth checked and my son will too when he has some. The receptionists are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The Dentist and his team here are brilliant. I go every six months with my two you boys to get our teeth checked. Historically Going to the dentist has not been something I have looked forward to over the years and so did not go very often, but they make it so easy here. Great experience! The lady I spoke with on the phone was super friendly and helpful. When I got there to my appointment the dentist was also very friendly and clear about what she had found and what my options were.

I'm not usually one who writes reviews but my experience of this dental practice was enough of a reason for me to start doing so. I was able to secure a last minute emergency appointment on Friday 14th December, the same day to having just landed back into the UK (I'd been travelling back to London from Sydney, Australia) and was seen by Dr. Hiren Patel. I had a cracked molar tooth (half of the tooth had decayed and broken off) which caused sensitivities to general activity. I was worried that this would result in the need for a root canal procedure or the need of a crown - which would often take weeks to complete. He was very understanding (and personable) of my issue and that I was on a timeline (where Xmas was around the corner and I needed to be sure that my tooth issue was fixed before flying back to Sydney on Sunday 30th December (giving me only a two week window). Dr. Patel reassured me that he had plans to work all throughout the xmas period (barr the public holidays - xmas day & boxing day) and that the solution he was able to offer, was to move forward with a filling at first and have a back up plan to fit me in for another emergency appointment if this didn't resolve the issue I was experiencing. Fortunately, the back up plan was not needed and can say that the sensitivities have reduced drastically to feel as if there was never an issue in the first place. Being conscious that I was a new patient within this practice and to be able to secure an appointment on the same day as to when I arrived back into the UK, I can say for sure that I'd be happy to return and have this as my main Dental practice moving forwards. I'm now back in Sydney and would have no issues in recommending this practice, even if I am half way across the world! Keep up the good work! William
