Pleasant, responsive. Gave sensible advice quickly and without fuss. Dealt sympathetically and competently with my extreme gagging reflex and succeeded in getting a photo of jaw and troublesome tooth after four or five attempts. Premises attractive if quite crowded. Overall I am pleased to be a patient here and fully intend to be a long-term client. Pleased too not to be pushed into expensive, unnecessary treatment which I had fully expected.

Been going to this dental practice for many many years and always received an excellent service. I have received treatment from numerous dentists within the surgery over this period and can honestly say that each and every one has been extremely professional, friendly and excellent at what they do. The receptionists have been equally friendly and welcoming each time I visit. My wife also uses the practice and I am about to register my baby son. I can highly recommend SmileOne.

Took my 3yo & 5yo to the dentist here. Great experience. They love being treated like special VIPs when they get given stickers for being a good patient. They have been coming all their lives to this practice and have a good relationship with them - they even tell their friends to go to the dentist!

Second visit in a month & received excellent service & treatment from the Receptionists & Dentists. Also appreciate the guidance offered in helping me to maintain the health of my teeth & gums. The staff from reception to the Dentists are consistent with their dedication to customer care & service. That truly makes all the difference with people of my older years. Thank you.

My daughter used to hate going to the dentist until she went to SmileOne yesterday. Here, she experienced different medical treatments. The dentist who examined her was very professional and very kind. Throughout the examination, my daughter was very relaxed. She is not afraid to go to the dentist anymore. I first came because my wisdom tooth was very painful. They gave me urgent appointment very quick and the service was just perfect. The following week my wisdom tooth was removed and my results has been very good. My visit today has been to review my operation and it has been also perfect and I am happy to continue with them for further treatments I have already booked. You are just in the right hands there. Very happy with receptionist welcoming, the nurse and of course with doctor Kavitha Vivek, you cannot be in better hands.

Yesterday, I had another appointment with Dr Kavitha Vivek. She is just wonderful and explains every part of a dental procedure. For me, she is the best dentist I've ever had in the UK.

I've been with SmileOne for roughly three years. I had some major issues with my teeth but finding this Dental Surgery was a blessing. The receptionists, Emily and Maria are absolutely sensational. They are so genuine in greeting you and making you feel comfortable. They are both really helpful and will go the 'extra mile' to try and accommodate. As for my Dentist, Dr Barr, he's simply the best I've ever experienced. He has transformed my smile completely. He is a great guy and an extremely talented Dentist. These guys are number 1!

I cannot begin to express how amazing this dentist is, from the reception staff , who are so welcoming and friendly (particularly the absolutely lovely (I think Portuguese lady) who once put my bike in the staff room because I forgot my bike lock, she literally goes above and beyond! To my dentist Negar, she is first class! I cannot tell you how much this women has changed my life with her dentistry, she's a true professional but also so caring and relaxed, she really cares and puts you at ease! This is the best dentist I have ever had but sadly I have left London and moved back to my home town of Sussex, they have a branch in Lewes luckily but I don't trust anyone like Negar, so I think I will travel the distance to come back. This review sounds like I work for them haha but I assure you it's just because they are exemplary!

Truly excellent surgery. Dentist picked up an infection which was very difficult to detect and also successfully carried out some extremely difficult dental work on site. Fantastic place. The dentist was very gentle, explained the difference between my NHS and private options very clearly, but applied no pressure for me to choose private. The work was surprisingly painless and over pretty quickly. The nurse was polite, the receptionist friendly and the premises was nice and clean. I'd recommend this dentist highly.

Having been one of Mr Patel's first patients, my family and I have been wonderfully cared for by him for 25 years, possibly more! He is patient with his patients, very knowledgeable, he used to teach at one of the dental colleges and is always doing further courses himself to increase that knowledge and expertise. Over the years, I have moved away for brief periods, but I soon learned that it was best to make the journey to London rather than see other dentists who would want me to spend fortunes or have teeth removed. I have lived 250 miles away for the last 11 years, but I still see Mr Patel, I regularly visit my family and arrange my dental appointments for those times. I have many problems with my teeth and especially my gums, other dentists have wanted to remove teeth, Mr Patel always tries to preserve, not fill or remove. For me,so far so very good. He doesn't give fillings unless absolutely necessary, he cares for your teeth and your smile. My daughter has problems another dentist wanted to do 6 fillings but on returning to Mr Patel (she was away at Uni) Mr Patel only filled one and adopted a wait and see with the others. He has her using fluoride toothpaste and brushing more systematically and all proceeds well. He is not gung ho with the drill. Also importantly, he doesn't waste your money doing unnecessary work. His prices are very fair considering his expertise. My husband has a complex medical history but Mr Patel is patient and tries to resolve problems rather than always send him to hospital. Both our children have been life long patients apart from while at University and both have resolved to make the journey to see Mr Patel rather than risk another dentist again. These days, dentistry is all about business, making money, patient care seems very low on most dental practice lists. Not so here. His staff are friendly and helpful and will go the extra mile for you too. A great atmosphere comes from the top. I can thoroughly and unreservedly recommend him and would be most happy to be contacted in case this is such a glowing recommendation you think it can't be real!

Dr. Patel Literally changed my life for the better!!!! I saw Dr. Patel for the first time a few years back and he was the first of 4 dentists I had seen in the space of 9 months to get to the bottom of my sinus pain and severe headaches I had. He was the only one to see it in my X-rays (I had 3 before), a CT scan and even an MRI! It turned out I needed root canal (not the best of news but had no choice). When he took it out he confirmed that the root had died a long time ago. Now I must add I had already seen a ENT and Neurologist, and had nose surgery for a deviated septum of my nose. Whilst it helped, there was still residual pain in my nose. After the rooot canal, magically all nose pain had disappeared. I had not been working for this time as I was in so much pain and had severe migraines which felt like my head was being split open in half. I can categorically say that Dr. Patel has changed my life. I have seen him since then and he never suggests unnecessary treatments, just preventative treatments which protects and cares for my teeeth (and I have not suffered any issues since, I have had a dentist unnecessarily filly my tooth which Dr. Patel had the root canal and crown done for me so I have had my fair share of terrible dentists so I should know!)
