S. O.Such a wonderful dental practice. My 6 year old and I have been coming here for just over a year and it's the best dental practice we have ever been to. The team are very kind and caring. My little one loves seeing Ritu who explains everything carefully, in a child friendly way and involves him in all she is doing. I personally have been very impressed by the care I have received. I have always been able to get appointments when I have needed them, no appointment ever feels rushed and all concerns are addressed. We would highly recommend Smiles Defined.

But then I got a hole in my tooth and after reluctantly calling a few practices, Smiles Defined were the only local practice taking on new patients and also had an appointment that wasn't weeks away.
Every member of staff is super friendly and welcoming and my nerves were very quickly eased. I now feel much more confident about my visits.
I needed a few fillings (which I knew was going to be the case) and I feel one of the most important things a dentist should be is honest. There was no up-selling or trying to get me to spend more money on things I didn't need, just complete honesty which I really really appreciated.
I will be booking my husband and daughter in for appointments very soon, this is definitely the best dentist I have visited. Thank you Smiles Defined :)

I have known Dr Ritu for over 15 years she has been our family dentist since then. she has never failed to uphold the amazing service that is expected from a dentist and is a very kind & considerate person.Dr Ritu has the magic hand when it come to children she practically look after my kids all there life,now 16 and 14 they have never missed an appointment.my words can't define my satisfaction I definitely recomand the practice.

When it comes to Dentists' I am very fussy as its actually quite difficult to find a very good Dentist who is happy to spend time working on your teeth properly!
I had the Opalescence teeth whitening treatment also which worked an absolute treat. A check up and scale n polish is so thorough, leaving you with a squeeky clean mouth, good bye plaque!
No pain no gain!
I saw Ritu (Dentist) who was ten times better and more thorough than my previous hygienist!
