I can’t recommend dentist Julia enough and I think she’s the most caring, personable and professional dentist I’ve ever had. My teenage son was very anxious having some teeth out and Julia went above and beyond to put him at ease. She’s simply brilliant, and the reception and welcoming staff are lovely too. A lovely experience!

Quick shout out to Julia who is the first dentist in 30 years that I'd happily go back to. She made a stubborn wisdom tooth removal relatively painless and showed great experience to ensure I was comfortable and suitably anesthetized prior to the removal.

I have been a patient at Smiles For You for about 4 years now- so let it be known this review represents numerous visits. Recently I went in with a failing filling on a top molar which I have had for about 10 years- a precarious situation given how large the filling was. The risk being that I might need a crown or root canal if the filling was too deep. Being from America I can say I am well versed in all sorts of dental treatment and was honestly worried about receiving treatment that I wasn't paying for. I can say now I had nothing to worry about. Dr Carolina Da Silva tried 3 times to repair the filling in the most conservative approach possible for the last few months. While this worked for a while this solution didn't last. In the end we had to re-do the filling. Fortunately the filling was a huge success: the tooth did not need a crown or root canal; the local anesthetic was applied perfectly to make the drilling completely painless; the gap behind the molar is now wide enough for me to floss (which was the original problem with the filling) I can say that I have cheated life out of my top right molar and cant thank smiles for you enough- considering I didn't need to pay for my treatment this time I figured a review was the least I could do to support this fine dental practice. Reception has always been friendly and understanding; as of late the entire practice has been really serious about covid guidelines- taking temperature, applying hand sanitizer, and making everyone wear masks until treatment; Dr Carolina Da Silva has always been a pleasure to speak with and offers useful advice and is accommodating for any anxieties I have about treatment. To boot, the practice is conveniently located near Ladywell/ Brockley cemeteries which is great for decompressing before or after treatment.

Been going here a few years. I can always get an appointment and they're friendly. Good dentists.

I have been to the practice a number of times now and I cannot speak highly enough of the team. The receptionist is friendly and polite and the dentist and hygienist are clearly well trained and informative. I have always received excellent customer service and most importantly the work I have had completed is of a very high standard. The receptionist staff are very friendly. I have been to both the dentist and hygienist. The hygienist was very helpful and give very good advise. The dentist didn't offer much advise didn't clean or check my gums and I was dismissed very quickly i paid £25 to have a mirror stuck in my mouth...

Sister says overall she is happy with the service she receives when she attends this dentist. She is confident in the treatment she receives and any after care advice she is given. Appointments are generally kept to time and there is little waiting. As a foster carer, she has also attended with the children in her care and again has been given good advice in any dental work needed.

My name is Deon and I have lived in Brockley for 7 years. In all that time my family and I have been coming here we have always had a good experience at Smiles For You. The office staff and dentists are friendly and great with our 6 and 4 year old children. Today I went to see Dr. Davies for a check up and to fix a filling, I was seen right on time and out within 20 minutes, amazingly efficient! If you are looking for the best family dentist in the Brockley area I highly recommend you give them a call.

The best dentist in South! I used to live in SE23 and two years ago moved to Bromley. Tried few dentists in SE before and always came back to Smiles 4U (before Ziman L). Even now! Went to my local dentist in Bickley and wasted my time on few occasions. Called my trusted Smiles 4U and my teeth are sorted thanks to Dr Basanta (sorry if spelling isn't correct). He really took good care of me. Extremely friendly, professional, fun to be around and most important skilled dentist who knows how to do things. Thank you 😊 Ladies at the reception are always happy, friendly and there to help. Management is also very professional and hands on. Can't recommend enough!!! Monica M from BR1

Most of the staff are lovely, nice and warm and clean. There was a dental assistant who was quite short with me however; her name is julie or julia i belive.. I had a question about whitenin gmy teeth and was asking about changing the colour of my enamal tooth.. she seemed frustrated with me and was quite rude.

1st time visit with ragging tooth! Put me in as emergency, from the receptionist put me at ease an the dentist, as im very nervous of patient.. so I Would highly recommend this dentist I have been refered for sedation exctraction but after that i will be attending regularly..

The Dentist Alison is an absolute star.... my VERY nervous 9 yrs old girl has seen her a few times , and she is wonderful with nervous patients... calm, friendly but very assertive and gets the job done! I would recommend her for children most definitely... Also the reception staff are welcoming and helpfull and the practice is very clean... would DEFO recommend ! 😊

Just had first class service during the lockdown. A lady called Julia listened to my symptoms and proscribed me antibiotics to cope with the pain. She also followed up the next day and put me on the waiting list to be treated as soon as they reopen. Thanks Julia.

From when I entered the reception they adhered to all the covid19 guidelines which I was pleased with... My dentist Dr. Carolina Da Silva was very polite and welcoming. When a dentist speaks to you constantly asking if I'm okay it is a really great thing as she made me feel comfortable and it calmed my nervousness. Dr. Da Silva Is a very polite and caring person I wish all dentist was like her as people like me wouldn't be afraid to go and see their dentist. I am glad to have her examine my teeth. I have always found the treatment to be of a high standard, the staff to be helpful and the environment clean despite the building being old and not made for purpose. It seems to be a very popular practice and is always very busy.

I have been coming here a little while now and the team here have been awesome even with my bad teeth! My dentist Carolini gave me a root Canal the other day and a handful of fillings and for someone who has had there fair share of these already easily it's been the best experience of these procedures and felt comfortable and happy throughout! I regularly go to the hygynist here too and again cannot help but recommend her any further! If you live South East London you are lucky and should be coming here for your dental needs!

This is an excellent family dental practice that I would recommend to anyone. Our family, ranging in age from babies to 80-year-olds, have been going to Ziman for twelve years and never had a bad experience. In fact they have always gone out of their way to be as helpful and professional as possible. When our dentist, Dr Acheampong, went private we decided to pay monthly even though we are ardent lefties and don't believe in private healthcare, we like him so much and he has made visits a real pleasure (not many people can say this about dental visits but it really is true). Any other dentist we have seen when he has not been available have been excellent too. I think all the other dentists there are NHS. The dental hygienist, Nicola, is the best I have ever known and I have needed to see her a lot as I am rather ashamed to say I am a smoker. She is professional and extremely kind. The receptionists have always been lovely too. Dental practices like this one are like gold dust, I can't imagine there are any better anywhere.
