I cannot recommend this dental clinic enough. Being an extremely nervous patient, I am also not an easy patient. I could not ask more of this clinic. All the staff are lovely. The reception team are all super helpful and super friendly. They put you at ease before you have even arrived. The dentists themselves are fantastic, with an amazing manner. They don't advertise as a clinic for nervous patients but they should. I am recommending this clinic to everyone I know that is looking for a dentist. I am super happy with the work I have had with them.

I visited SmileUp Dental for a dental cleaning. I had an appointment with Dr. Valentina Campos for the first time and it was above expectations. First, Dr. Campos took the time to talk to me about my hygiene methods and lifestyle and how these impact the health of my teeth. After she performed the cleaning routine, everything ran smoothly and she had "angel hands." I didn't feel anything. Finally, she sat with me and reminded me how to improve my brushing technique and take care of my teeth in the future. I will schedule another session with her in the future.

I’m currently having an orthodontic treatment with Dr Ricky Sardinha at Smileup dental practice. The reception is quite genuinely friendly, welcoming and well organised, all of the receptionists are amazing especially Orina and the treatment was overall so far is not as bad as I thought it would be, but effective. All orthodontic treatment is uncomfortable at first but you’ll get used to it so that's that. Ricky was always involved in his work, had a level of perfectionism and was always clear and communicative. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better orthodontist! In any medical situation, trust is very important. When someone is so obviously caring about their work, trust is easier. I recently had a two tooth extractions with Dr Arie Yuffa and I couldn’t tell you how anxious I was. Getting teeth removed is very nerve racking but it was a walk in the park and I felt very at ease with Dr Arie and the assistant nurse walking me through the procedure. I would also see the hygienist Dr Claudia Medina for a polish and scale during my orthodontic treatment and I can tell you that’s she’s amazing and I love going every 3/4 months to get it done! My treatment not only is helping me with straightening my teeth but it’s helping me correct an overbite that I’ve been very insure about, which are now pretty much in the process of being perfect.I would like to think I’m one of Rickys best and favourite patients. This is one of the best practices I’ve ever been to and I glad that it’s just down the road to me! I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone seeking and dental or orthodontic treatment!

They were the only one to work during the quarantine in the neighborhood and that's how I found them. Their surgeon is the best! I was absolutely freaking out over tooth extraction but he and the nurse handled the situation so professionally and funny. I know it's dental clinic but my visits are always fun. Their practitioners are really good, especially Dr. Zahra, she is golden! And the girl at the reception is the nicest, brightest receptionist I've met. The only negative thing is that it's really expensive but it's totally worth it because of their ways of handling patients. Definitely recommend!!!!

From the first contact with Mark on reception, you are in good hands. I have had the pleasure to see many of the different dentists as they each have their specialty. The service is consistently excellent, the dentists are experts and give honest and helpful advice. You are consulted and considered in your treatment plan. There have been occasions when a treatment turned out to be not as complicated as previously thought and the cost was reduced. I feel in safe hands, I trust their judgement and billing. I have primarily been a patient of Dr. Barbara and the effort and consideration that she has put in has resulted in a very satisfied customer with a big (and white) smile. I would (and have) recommended SmileUp to friends. I must also mention the excellent dental assistants who are so attentive and comforting. Outstanding care from an outstanding team! I came across Smile Up following some very poor dental care from my local NHS dentist surgery which left me in a lot of pain with no solutions. I had severe complications from a tooth extraction that was badly performed. I first met Mark the practice manager at Smile Up. He took time to understand the issues, book appointments rapidly, and follow up in between them, calling and emailing to check how I was doing. Over the course of a month I had another tooth extraction, performed by Arie, with great professionalism and care. And I saw other dentists, Richard, Stefano and Esteban. All took the time to explain procedures, and follow up care. All were kind and very professional. Great care was provided at very reasonable costs, and all so worth it. Congratulations to the whole practice, I highly recommend it!

One of the best dentistry’s in London! From the moment you contact the dentistry, you are aided straight away with the heplful staff. Any questions or issues you might have will be answered with no problem. I contacted the clinic regarding metal braces, and as person who had no idea how everything worked, got all information i needed after the first consultation! Dr. Ricky took me through all possible treatment plans and explained all pros and cons of them, which made it easier to decide what works best for me. I have done quite few fillings in the clinic as well. And let me tell you that i have never had such a good experience before!! Dr. Adriana takes you through procedure in relaxed and friendly atmosphere which lets you to relax and not stress. Even more, the done fillings look amazing! They look very similar to a real tooth, which only compiments the look of your teeth. Lastly, i had 2 baby tooth extractions done by one of their doctor who comes around only once or twice a month. And again, the experience was great. The extraction was smooth and quick with no complications. The dentistry is definitely amazing! The staff, especially Mark, is always very helpful through the visits and always make sure that the atmosphere is nice and welcoming for coming clients. Top dentistry! 5 stars without a doubt!!

I attended SmileUp dental practice by chance having had poor treatment by my NHS dentist. It was the best chance I ever took. The care was first class. Compassionate and professional dentists who really care about patient satisfaction. Had to get a "botched" NHS job fixed by SmileUp which included an extraction. Tooth removed in literally three minutes and zero pain. Receptionists and dental nurses are fabulous. I will never go anywhere else. Not sure who wrong the negative review on here but I think it's a fake. This is the best dental surgery in Lewisham or maybe London.

I had 1.5 years of orthodontic treatment with Dr Ricky Sardinha at Smileup dental practice. Having had a very negative experience at another orthodontic practice, I was delighted by the service and care at Smileup. The reception is genuinely friendly and well organised, and the treatment was (let's not beat about the bush) uncomfortable, but effective. All orthodontic treatment is uncomfortable so that's that. Ricky was always involved in his work, had a level of perfectionism that exceeded mine, and was always clear and communicative. In any medical situation, trust is crucial. When someone is so obviously caring about their work, trust is easier. My treatment not only addressed my wonky teeth, which are now pretty much perfect. A side effect was a huge reduction in jaw tension, because of the correcting of an overbite. This alone made the treatment worthwhile. This is a practice I could recommend, and as you may see from my other reviews, I am not always so easy to please!! Lol!

I can not recommend SmileUp dental enough. From make a phone call enquiry to attending my appointment, I experienced nothing but absolute sensitivity and professionalism. I opted to have a tooth extracted using conscious sedation, because of severe anxiety, and had the best experience I could’ve asked for with SmileUp - with the added bonus of having no post-extraction problems. This is one of the best places to receive dental care and treatment. From the second you walk in, you are greeted by friendly and professional staff, offered a drink and advised take a seat until seen. I'm terrified of dentists, to a level of actual paralising phobia. Found this place through Google reviews when I needed an urgent appointment. They booked me for half an hour later! Since then I've been with them for cleanings and for my wisdom tooth extraction. They offered sedation and were the kindest I've ever encountered. They helped me through the process as I was terrified and I must say I would not have done it anywhere else and will 200% be back for future work as they respect your fears and will really support you through it. Plus the service is amazing. They really know what they are doing so don't fear a butchered treatment. About my extraction: Completely painless, felt nothing and was super quick. My recovery was amazing with 0 post op problems (even though I'm a smoker and had tendency to get a dry socket). I was not even taking pain killers the second day. It was a clean and smooth extraction and the best service I've ever had. I am Dr Ricky Sardinha's patient and my surgery was with Dr Aire Yuffa. (thank you both for the patience.) Ricky was on holiday during my surgery but even took the time to call and check if everything was good with me because he knew how scared I was. Everyone else is an absolute legend, nicest nurses/dentist assistants (not sure) and receptionist that will not just check you in but actually be so kind to chat with you and BE INCREDIBLY HONEST. One day I saw them offering advice to a lady where they could have easily lied to made some extra money but were honest enough and she was so glad and thankful. Super clean and pleasantly decorated.
