R. H.I visited the practice earlier in the year as I needed a crown placing over a tooth. I am not a fan of going to the dentist as I get nervous and like many don't like the pain. However, I had an excellent experience. The staff were all friendly and made me feel at ease, whilst the treatment I received was first rate. I now have a beautiful new tooth fitted by Dr Alex Rahbar, who talked me through my dental options in a friendly and clear manner. Having had the tooth fitted I then visited the hygienist who was extremely friendly and gave me some tops tips and advice for caring for my new tooth. An all round superb trip to the dentist. I will definitely return.

Alex is good i saw him after Dr Reynolds left and he took care of my referrals to hospital and now I see Dr Bayat ,very good he explained the options of my treatment and I am very happy at Southside . They have never let me down as mostly I have always called in on a emergency.

I saw a negative review anout waiting times. I have been to the clinic for 5 times and the maximum waiting time was 10 minutes which is reasonable.
