I had an amazing experience at the dentist today, the receptionist Lahmara was so pleasant and helpful. Considering I’m nervous about going to the dentist, Dr Noor Al-Jumaily made me feel at ease. She was so thorough and had a soft approach which was really nice and reassuring for me. I left a happy customer with A* work done. I WOULD 100% RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST.

I visited this practice today and was very nervous at first but I was welcomed by a wonderful dentist by the name of Devita She made me feel comfortable and had the best clean to my mouth I’ve ever had embarrassingly 🙈 true !! Yet she made my smile feel like brand new And I just want to say thank you 👏🏾🙌🏾

I had an appointment with Devika Bhasi, hygienist. Outstanding service, after the cleaning I felt like I got a new set of teeth. Best hygienist I ever met. She took enough time to explain how to maintain good oral health. She is amazing, friendly and professional. Best xx

I was really pleased with this practice. The staff were so friendly at fitting me in even though it was an emergency appointment. The dentist took away the pain, was really kind and understanding. I came along and saw Dr Al-Jumaily for a routine appointment and bought along my 2 year old daughter. I must say she was so nice. She was very gentle and explained everything thoroughly. She gave advice on how to ensure and maintain healthy teeth and gums. The nurse was absolutely great with my daughter, and above all the front of house staff Deborah give the practice life and joy with her constant smile. Broke a tooth,as in 90% of the tooth broke of and feel out, my regular dentist never picked up the phone , A&E waiting list goes for days ( and I get that , covid and all ,hospitals are understaffed and overworked) , so on a random basis found this one , and, call was answered by a professional and redicioulosly helpful young lady, got a visit in 3 hrs, super polite, facilities clean , staff positive , happy days . Also , I am extremely anxious with dentists , i bite one once , chewed on a drill once or twice , kicked a nurse, broke a chair the usual. They managed to be professional enought , comforting and patient with me , that I had a tooth extracted , never knew when, and straight away made an apointment for a month from now. Hands down ,a brilliant bunch.

If you have extremely sensitive teeth but still want a thorough hygienist session, ask for Devika - she is extremely helpful, gentle, patient and takes her time to scale and polish beautifully. Thank you.

Had one hygienist appointment 2 weeks ago to be told by the female hygienist that there wasn't enough time to do both sides of my teeth, but only fulfilled 25 minutes of the appointment. Came for a 2nd appointment and thankfully had a lovely gentleman who was very thorough and really felt like he did an effective job. 2 extremely opposite appointments and I would only return if guaranteed the hygienist I want.

I was seen by a Dentist Dr. Yusra and she was lovely and polite. I explained what the issue was with my bottom left molar cracking away from my filling and so she took x rays straight away to check everything in general. It was then explained to me that she could treat it with a filling and no need for a general anesthetic which was such a relief as i didn't want to have to get on the underground with half a numb face! It was also explained that i would need a crown eventually and i will most for certain go back to Dr. Yusra for my continued treatment.

After my operation the healing process was quick and now I have my implant in and I can't stop smiling. For the past seven months I have felt so self-conscious but now I am ready to face the world with my beautiful smile. I highly recommend SW9 Dental. The staff are great in particular, Dr Noor Al-Jumaily who I felt was with me every step of the way! If you need dental treatment do not hesitate, go in and get a consultation. There prices are affordable and you can pay in instalments. I promise you won't be disappointed. I know I'm not.
