m. c.Really great service! The receptionists are lovely and also called me whenever there was an update on my process. The staff were lovely too, the orthodontists really took care of me and answered all my queries and concerns. Benny in particular was a great help! He was lovely and made me feel really comfortable whenever we had a session together. My teeth are exactly how I wanted them and I really appreciate the aftercare that they have extended towards me. Great experience and brilliant staff! Would definitely recommend
A. P.From the moment I came in to The Brace until now, 16 months later and braces about to be taken of I have felt nothing but safe and supported.
The weekly scans that I have been taking at home with my phone and sent to them to review has been so helpful and made me feel like they have been so involved with the progress and you get a weekly reply back with advice and a update on how the progress has been going.
Have always been welcomed with a smile every time I have come to the clinic and the progress has been so smooth so highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking to start their braces journey!!!

H.The team here are diligent, professional, and experienced, exactly what is needed when making important changes to enhance your smile. The fact that your retainers change frequently stops them from hurting throughout the process and keeps them clean and clear, no one noticed I was even wearing the retainers. The virtual scan means you don’t have to visit in person which is another added bonus, especially during the pandemic where we were working from home. K. M.I was in my 30s when I decided that I wanted to get Invisalign aligners. I had quite a few issues with my teeth; I had an open bite, a cross bite and the biggest issue that was concerning me, was a very high canine tooth.
At the time I was registered with a different orthodontic practise, where I would get my regular hygiene treatment. I asked them about Invisalign and was told that I wouldn’t be a good candidate for Invisalign and I would need to get traditional braces instead.
As an adult I did not feel that I would be confident wearing traditional metal braces so I thought I’d seek another opinion. My cousin had previously had treatment done at The Brace and recommended that I should go for a consultation there.
I met Dr Hasnani and his team and was told that I would be suitable for Invisalign treatment. I was ecstatic with their consultation and decided to go ahead with the treatment. Their flexible payment plan was also a bonus, most orthodontic practices I researched, at best allowed payments to be made in instalments over 12 months. The Brace allowed payments to be made over 18 months!
I started my Invisalign journey in February 2019, a month before covid lockdown! However, this didn’t cause any issues or delays to my treatment. The Brace provided me with a Dental Monitoring device which allowed me to take scans at home and send the results via an app. This was super convenient, meant that I didn't have to go into the practise all the time. The team would review my scans and then send a message to me letting me know whether I can move onto my next set of aligners or not.
I have now finally completed my Invisalign treatment and cannot be happier with my results. It’s been amazing to see how they have managed to get my very high canine tooth down and my bite is much better.
The orthodontic team, the hygienists and the reception team have always provided great service to me. They have always been professional, helpful and courteous, I really can’t fault them at all!
The Brace will continue to be my regular orthodontic/dental practise, where I’ll continue getting my regular hygiene treatment done and any other orthodontic treatment I may wish to undertake in the future.
