My treatment was extremely quick and professionally delivered. My appointment today was completely in half the time allotted which has given me time to complete this feedback form! The dentist takes care to explain what's happening and ensure you're comfortable at all times. Any discomfort is minimized and the overall experience is extremely pleasant (not a phrase I've ever used to describe dentistry!). The quality of work is very high and I'm always more than satisfied with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone.

Can highly recommend this practice ! Both my husband and I have been patients for many years. All the staff are very friendly and efficient. I am in the waiting area, having just downloaded google, created an account and signed in as I am SO impressed with the excellent work I’ve just received from Nick Simon at Ealing Dental Practice - and I’m an extremely busy woman!!! Late last year on the teeth of the pandemic my crown of more than 20 years on my bottom left tooth sheered right off and (when I was able to attend his clinic) I was advised by Nick to have an implant. I have been a patient of Nick’s since 2008 and he has always given me and both of my children, now both adults, GREAT advice. So, without hesitation I listened to and went with his considered opinion to have an implant as opposed to another crown. As a hard-working midwife this was a HUGE financial commitment for me but I decided that I would proceed. I was referred to another local dentist for the implant bit and Mr Manish Bose was charming and very informative, I was thrilled that my bone density was extremely good (assessed with a scan) so I booked the various appointments to have this fitted. Once the whole thing had settees firm and the healing was complete I was then referred back to Nick for the crown. I decided “in for a penny.. etc” and decided to have my teeth whitened before the colour-matching of the new ceramic crown went ahead. Well…. Today was the day that I FINALLY had that crown fitted. I am SO pleased! The ceramic crown in the bottom left side of my mouth looks like a close cousin to the one in the bottom right. I was given great advice on what to expect vis a vis the colour with the tooth whitening, which really did manage my expectations. It’s SO natural as the slightly darker areas in a natural tooth still show that contrast with the whiter bits at the edges which I like. However it’s Nick’s attention to detail with the shape of the new tooth, his eye for the colour match to my newly-whitened teeth that really does show the “art”of the service that he provides. I’m TERRIBLE with the countless questions I throw at him at each visit but Nick responds professionally, succinctly and he may not brag and be the big “I am” instead he quietly gets on with doing an excellent job, consistently and conscientiously and he delivers - every time. As I have said, I’ve been a patient of his for more than 13 years now and I am going to be a significant age next year and my teeth look, and feel amazing. I most definitely and heartily recommend Ealing Dental Practice to you as from the wonderfully helpful, friendly and thoroughly professional receptionists to the kind dental nurses and then there is Nick Simon, the consummate professional, who comes in every day to “do his job” but he steps above and beyond his remit I feel - in a good way. If you want excellent service over a period of time, that’s consistent, professional and WELL worth the money, choose Nick Simon and this Practice. I couldn’t recommend them more. You won’t be disappointed.

I went into the consultation not expecting much as previously other dentists had made me feel uncomfortable or forced into making my decision, however, Dr. Simon did not make me feel like that at all! I’m disappointed with my first “new patient” visit at the practice. I was looking for a place where my dental implant problem could be looked at and diagnosed (which I explained to the reception lady over the phone while booking my appointment). Only during the visit it appeared that this practice doesn’t specialise in dental implants, but only crowns (you might get the wrong idea by looking at their website as they have the whole procedure described there). They only “cooperate” with another practice down the road. I’m not sure how that cooperation works, as I’ve been referred there for another “new patient” consultation with another suggested brand new set of X-Rays (just on the next day!!) and a charge of 210 pounds.

I finished my 6 month brace treatment in February of this year, having been recommended Dr Nick Simon specifically from a friend who had the same treatment. Having seen her teeth, I went out of my way (over an hour each way!) in order to see Nick at Ealing Dental. I have not regretted my decision, and have never looked back since going. The outcome is absolutely fantastic, smooth and comfortable appointments and very high levels of professionalism from all at the practice. I have recommended many of my other friends who are interested in cosmetic dentistry (usually the 6 month brace having seen mine and other results) to go and see Dr Simon specifically, you would have a very hard time convincing me that he is not the best dentist in London. To add to Nick's level of skill, all staff and treatment in general at the practice has been great, cannot be faulted. If you are serious about teeth straightening, you must go and see Dr Simon.

Dr Nick Simon with his professional assistant, Monika, made me feel so comfortable with their positive attitude. I registered with this practice when I moved into the area earlier this year. As well as I check up, I also wanted to discuss aspects of my teeth I wasn’t happy with. Indy was friendly and reassuring and discussed the options with me without any pressure to book further treatment. As a 26 year old getting braces for the first time, it was a nerve wracking experience trying to find the right place to get them. I went to a few dental practices feeling a bit uncomfortable with them. I've had a few places tell me that they have to pull teeth or that it will take about 2-3 years to straighten my teeth. But the first time I walked into Ealing Dental Practice, I knew this place was different. The whole experience after that was just amazing - nice, friendly staff, comfortable office and an incredible dentist, Dr. Nick Simon. He was completely honest about the whole procedure so there were absolutely no surprises about anything. No pulled teeth and I had my braces off in just 6 months! Dr. Simon is nice and was always there for me when I had questions about anything. He explained everything that was going on with my teeth and what he wanted to do. The price is competitive and they have very convenient monthly payment programs. I think I paid around £100 a month and was able to pay it off in one year (I did put a bunch down to make my payments lower). I am so thrilled with my new teeth that I would have easily endured another six months to look this fabulous. And, by the way, the braces and not nearly as uncomfortable or painful as I thought they would be.

This is the best dental practice that have treated me by a country mile. The premises is clean and welcoming being in a good location in West Ealing. There is parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I hated my teeth for a long time and it affected my confidence in social situations. Dr Simon was fantastic. I had both my top and bottom teeth straightened and I couldn't be happier. He explained what he was going to do before the treatment started, I had regular appointments to adjust the braces and even now that they are off, there is aftercare check ups to make sure everything is as it should be. My friends have had this treatment elsewhere, and now wish they had gone here as they have not had the same level of service. I was particularly looking for something quick, I had heard you could achieve the perfect smile in 6 months, so I set out to look for a dentist that was a specialist in 6 month braces. I also needed the option to make my payments via a finance agreement. After a quick Google search, I came across Straight White Teeth London & recognised the Dental Practice in Ealing as I had worked in the area before. Perfect! As I could find out if I was compatible for the treatment & what that involves and it didn't cost me a penny) The lovely reception ladies were so friendly & helpful, they are always so accommodating and make you feel so welcome, both on the phone & in person in the Practice. When I attended my very first appointment, I knew I had made the right decision. I met with Dr Nick Simon & Monica and I knew I was in very capable hands! Dr Simon explained the treatment I would be having, how many visits I would need and how my payment plan would work. Everything was very simple and straight forward & I couldn't wait to get started. My brace was applied the following week and the journey to perfect teeth began! During every single appointment I felt relaxed & confident Dr Simon knew exactly the outcome I wanted. Six months flew by and finally the brace was removed. I was absolutely over the moon with the result! The perfect smile had been created! I love the friendly staff from Ealing Dental, that are always there to help in any way possible, and the fact that is open on Saturdays is a big plus . I had my orthodontic treatment there, and I have to admit that I'm one of those people that's obsessed with teeth but has a major phobia of dentist. Dr Indy Rai made me feel more relaxed by explaining every step of the procedure, and getting me involved in the treatment, made me feel more in control. I went to Dr. Simon for the 6 Month Braces treatment, because I read on the Internet about his experience and the price seemed fair ( compared with other offers from less experienced doctors ). I didn't believe it's going to work in my case but I got to a point when I said: I need to try something. Whatever the result is going to be, it can't be worse than how it is now. During the treatment I still wasn't too confident about the final result, as in the beginning there was no noticeable teeth movement and I didn't believe my teeth can/will move so much. Now, after I had the bracers removed (7 months in my case) I'm more than happy that I didn't have big expectations and now it's actually for the first time in my life when I enjoy seeing my teeth in the mirror.
