Everyone at this clinic was very friendly and helpful. I felt in safe hands for two extractions and was well cared for from start to finish. I did not experience any pain whatsoever. Aftercare info was very helpful too. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who may be feeling apprehensive about dental treatment. 5 stars for sure.

I had to have two back teeth taken out as I cracked them. DR Martin Booynes did the work. What a great job he did. No pain, plenty of reassurance, told me before he did each procedure. Excellent job!!

Very good, one of the best dental team in East London I would say, my daughter comes here for her orthodontics appointment, service been exceptionally good. Recently wife had wisdom tooth out without any fuss, in a very relaxed environment, Dani at the reception very helpful also others at reception very swift and helpful. Thanks.

I went here when i was younger many years ago for braces. Tosayi went there to have some teeth being sedated i was so anxious scared the same doc who done my braces done my tooth removal and they made me feel so safe and ok and it was done within 15mins Thank you guys you was all so lovely and welcoming

I used to go to this dentist in 2004 to 2006 as my teeth were jacked up lol I had one south African or Australian dentist who used to do.my braces I'm 31 now if it wernt for this dentist and that guy my teeth would look like dogs teeth big up this dentist !!

The waiting time was a but long. Social distancing measures were good and staff were friendly. I didn't see them wiping down equipment or cleaning though

I attended for a dental extraction and was quite nervous. The whole team were so friendly and professional, which put me at ease immediately. There are clearly very experienced and work together well. The whole clinic was very clean and COVID safe. My dentist Martin was incredibly quick and courteous, excellent hands. My anaesthetist Smit was warm and friendly, put me at ease and made sure I had excellent anaesthetic and something to help calm my nerves. Denisa and Raza were also so professional also with my aftercare. Not forgetting all the great reception staff that work so hard to keep the place ticking over. They all do an exceptional job, serving a very challenging and deprived community. I’m so grateful that we have them all. Many thanks again… a true 5 star experience!

Had my top back wisdom tooth out. To say I was petrified was a bit of a understatement. They put a needle in my arm still scared at this point and was saying how will you k ow if I feel anything they was all calm and relaxed and said we just will. Next thing I knew I was in the recovery room didn't feel a thing. Only thing I am disappointed in is I didn't get to say thank you to the two gentlemen and young lady that did it for me. I've Miles away from this dentist but hopefully not but in the future I will be back thank you to all the staff.

I was apprehensive about going as I imagine a lot of people are; after a few questionable dental experiences. However, from my first assessment right up to coming around from the sedation the staff at Nightingale were lovely. Whenever I have needed specialist care for my teeth, The Nightingale Clinic has always been the place I have asked to be referred to. I have had three or four extractions here, all under sedation and 4 implant procedures. The staff have always been exceptional and taken into consideration that I am and will always be a nervous patient. I cannot recommend the team at The Nightingale Clinic enough and hence giving a 5 star review.

I’m very happy with all service in this clinic. First of all receptionist been very polite and explained how to fill all forms. Sedationist and dentist done excellent job, i couldn’t feel any pain or discomfort during procedure. In recovery i’ve been looked after very well. If i need to take a tooth out again, i’d be back in nightingale clinic definately. Thank u To all staff for great job !!!

Just brought my granddaughter home from the Nightingale. All of the staff there are so helpful and caring. Everywhere is so clean and fresh ..all went without a hitch. I am a very nervous dental patient and had to have two teeth pulled under sedation. my dentist referred me to the nightingale clinic and I would highly recommend it. The staff were all lovely from the receptionist to the dentists and from the amount of thank you cards on display there are plenty of others who think the same. The treatment was absolutely pain free and I couldn't believe how quickly it was all over. Thank you to the staff here they made what would have been a traumatic experience of getting teeth pulled so much easier. I would even go so far to say it was actually pleasant.

The clinic outside is completely different to whats inside. Its very modern, quite a lot of staffs, everyones friendly. The reason for three star is due to the dentist I was seeing. He is not helpful at all. He is impatient, does not want to take questions, I asked him what you think about this, but he keeps saying do you want it or not, without any advice.

Never had a problem with these guys. Had my implants done here back in 2009 and the aftercare has been amazing. I have read reviews of not being able to get through but I have never experienced this. James who has always done all my work has always treated me well and his work has been amazing. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

My daughter had her brasis done their, it was a refferal from our dentist. The receptionist are very polite and helpful, the staff that work to assist the dentist are nice, parking is free on side road for 1 hour, my 15 year old daughter had an amazing treatment plan done their for almost 2 years. The building is very nice and clean and the service is well organised :-)

When you arrive this clinic is really scary because of the ugly furniture in the waiting room and the location - however do not judge a book by its cover!! - the staff are very professional and helpful, the premises are scrupulously clean and the surgeon was very good! The recovery room staff were excellent with children, very kind and caring.

After a very bad wisdom tooth extraction in the past and a different Clinic, I was so nervous to have another removed, however from the consultation to the extraction under sedation, what a service, friendly staff and my tooth was removed quickly with no bad aftermath, had no pain, and minimal bleeding, I would not hesitate to use this clinic again, a first class service.
