I have been coming to TLC Dental for a very long time and never had no problems. I have even moved but still travel to come and use their services. Dr Kelly is my dentition and she’s amazing, she gives me treatments that I didn’t even know I could have, she’s so friendly and airy she’s definitely my tooth fairy! You can tell she has studied hard, she knows what’s she’s doing. The receptionist are so welcoming they work under pressure and still have time to great me nicely. My children's teeth are perfect too and they enjoy going all the time and have competitions about whose teeth are healthiest! Thank you so much TLC never leave we need you! I’m off to rock my new tooth now! 😊

I met with Dr Kellie who listened to my concerns and also the time restrictions I wanted to keep to. She created a plan that would ensure I would be happy with my teeth on my wedding day. It's so hard to find a decent dentist nowadays but I had such a positive experience at this practice which is incredibly refreshing. The practice is very clean and it feels like they are taking the COVID regulations seriously. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and professional. My dentist Kellie was incredibly thorough with my check up and really went above and beyond to give me personalised advice. She is the first dentist who has actually managed to persuade me to start flossing regularly as she actually took the time to explain what my X-rays showed and why regular flossing is needed. She also gave me lots of practical information about how to improve my teeth in general. I am so pleased with the standard of care I have received at this practice and would highly recommend to others!

The surgery itself is very clean and spacious.The staff are very warm and inviting. I had the pleasure to be seen by Dr. Anisah who is genuinely so lovely and skilled, I didn't even feel a pinch from the injection . As someone who gets incredibly nervous going to the dentist, she assured me and put me at ease very quickly and gave me incredible advice. I couldn’t rate this place higher. Very reasonable prices and very professional. The dentist that looked after me made me feel at ease, informed me of my options and any associated risk and genuinely tried to get the best outcomes for me. Unlike other dentists I didn’t feel like they were trying to cut corners or to upsell me to something I don’t need. The dentist was also very empathetic and calming - there was even a screen with relaxing music and images on the ceiling to distract from the tools in my mouth! This place has been recommended to me through my doctor. The best recommendation I have had. The staff are really down to earth, friendly, always smiling and the treatments are done to perfection. So glad I found them and I actually dont mind visiting a dentist ( always hated going to a dentist before) I Have highly recommended them to friends and family. My husband thanked me for sending him there when hes tooth was hurting. They are private but surprisingly not expensive and anyone can afford them. Definitely worth visiting. Really pleasant atmosphere. Reception staff were friendly and genuinely want to be there for you. The place is white and even have an LCD screen in the ceiling for you to watch Netflix on! The dentist was of course very professional and took her time with me. I would recommend this place to anyone. I managed to get registered and seen within 3 days where others had a waiting list of 3 weeks. I think this is down to the number of dentists and nurses at this place.

I can't thank TLC Dental enough! I came into the practice as an emergency patient as I chipped my two front teeth after falling over. I was seen straight away, given I was in an awful amount of pain. The dentist, Dr Kellie, rebuilt my teeth and made me feel extremely comfortable. I honestly can't thank her enough as she was able to make my teeth look the same as before the accident. I am very impressed by the standard of dentistry at TLC, I was initially impressed by Diane at reception who took the time and arranged an appointment asap as i was in a lot of discomfort(thank you!!). However, after I met Dr Aysha Begum, despite my fear for needles she helped me overcome it by going through every steps of the treatment slowly and making sure I was okay every now and then. I was recommended to this dentist by a good friend of mine and firstly I want to commend TLC Dental for the outstanding service they have provided to me for almost 2 years now. I always feel welcome, supported and right at home when I am greeted by the super friendly receptionist's - Pushpa, Mayshad and Diane - they are such a great team and are always accommodating to fit my appointments around my work schedule. My dentist Carlos and dental nurse Maya are just simply the best duo!!! Especially when I was having my wisdom teeth pulled I was so scared and they was so supportive in making me feel at ease. I have had my Invisalign braces at TLC Dental - it was a treatment which was suggested to me by Dr Carlos when i was telling him i do not like my front teeth. It was the best decision! Moving from Surrey to London i had to find a new dentist that i could trust. Looking at a lot of dentists online with very negative review I found TLC dental online (With great reviews and prices are reasonable) and decided to give them a call. The lady was very polite to me as i explained to them i needed a tooth removed as my previous dentist recommended before it starts giving me pain. Carlos the dentist i saw was a nice fella, explained to me what i needed to be done with all the prices etc. I got 2 appointments in 2 weeks (Cleaning and extraction) which is great as dentist can generally take 3-4 weeks just for one appointment.

I am the worst of the worst when it comes to Dentist's phobia. I was recommended to book with TLC Dental although I live in South West London. I did not sleep very much for 2 days prior to go in as I am very nervous but the little that i slept it was dental nightmares. No kidding! On arrival the reception noted that I was nervous and she was very nice and calming and offered to I use the bathroom before going upstairs which i did. The Dentist i saw was Dr. Manuella Saho. She had biggest smile and the most perfect teeth off course but it did not stop me from being still very nervous. Dr. Saho was very professional. She firstly introduced me to her assistant and explain every thing she needed to do but repeated several time that she would stop if I felt uneasy or pain. She gave me all details. Her manner made me much calmer. She has a way to calm a patient like myself. Although I was told, I did not believe it. We proceeded to start the treatment and needless to say that her Assistant's hand was squeezed very hard but I managed to still still and do the whole treatment. My last 2 visits to different surgery ended up very bad with me having a panic attack on 1 and the other just getting up and leaving running very fast. So needless to say that I am the worst they see. I felt no pain just a bit uncomfortable. I booked a follow up for next week and can honestly say that it's worth the long travel from my house. I really recommended this surgery for several reasons. The whole team seems to be work in harmony, they are welcoming, the surgery is state of the heart with ceiling screen to calm patient etc but above all i recommended every one to see Dr. Saho after my own experience. True honest words from a 48 years old dentist phobic...

I have been a regular patient at this Dental Surgery and I must say that I am extremely happy with the patient care I receive. From the moment you enter through the main doors you are met with staff at reception who always have a warm smile on their faces and greet you, automatically relaxing and easing that pressure which is usually in most people’s minds, “oh dear I am going to the dentist!”. So immediately you feel at ease and they take the time to ensure they actually have a one to one with you making you fell special and valued. At reception you are offered a refreshment and when you are with Sanjit and his team they seem to consistently have a smile on their faces, which gives you the confidence that they know what they are doing and you can actually trust him and his team to take care of you if you were under sedation. Overall I am genuinely happy and extremely pleased with this Practice and even if I moved I will still use this Practice and would recommend it to my friends and family. “By the way Sanjit, be very careful I could do with some of your staff working for me”. I'm not sure about other treatments but if you have gum disease and distress over it, visit the hygienist Rumi! she is completely honest, tailors the plans according to what suits your situation best. She made me feel completely safe during my root planing as she is very passionate and confident in what she does. I learnt how to properly carry out dental routines and why certain things weren't working. I am now happily maintaining my gums and the improvement has been life changing. If you're not seeing results stop wasting your money on the NHS. The receptionists are polite and professional, the prices and the hygienist I had at TLC were all great.

I gave them a call and they managed to fit me in the same week, which was great as it meant that i didnt have time to stew over the prospect of going back to the dentist after all the years that it has been. I saw a clinician called Sanjit, who greeted me with a smile and immediately put me at ease. Another big fear for me was how much i was going to have to shell out to put things right! There might be cheaper practices in the region, but i really do feel that you get more than your money's worth from this dentist. Left after a few white fillings (you cant actually see them at all!) and my faith in dentistry is restored. I will certainly be back for my regular check ups and i would recommend this beautiful practice to anyone in a similar situation to myself!

I signed but the Same time I asked receptionist to provide me a paper of the details what I signed Because of bad experience.in the past .i didn’t want to jus sign t something without reading it . After being welcomed into the practice by the loveliest of staff, I was privileged enough to be seen by Dr Anisah and Nurse Peggy. I cannot recommend them enough! My experience at TLC dental was memorable to say the least. I was initially worried and anxious before my appointment, but I left feeling reassured and confident. Dr Anisah has an incredible eye for detail and listened attentively to all my concerns, she explained everything so well that I left feeling a lot more educated about my teeth. Nurse Peggy was absolutely lovely and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. The level of professionalism, skill and kindness was unmatched.
