The staff there are so friendly and pleasant to talk with, the orthodontist especially, is an expertise at his profession and explains every step of the process to you. There is a clean environment and follows COVID guidelines. This place is amazing to help get a wonderful smile even if one initially gets nervous and is a pleasure to go back to for appointments. Truly appreciate the staff there! Would recommend here if wanting to start braces journey.

Lovely practice,I had been waiting a long time elsewhere and these took us on straight away, didn't wait long at all. Total Orthodontics have shown real care for my son’s teeth since he’s been in their care. Every effort has been made to support him with his teeth cleaning, which he has found difficult since having his braces fitted. The orthodontist we see clearly knows his stuff and the other staff are incredibly friendly and kind.

Fantastic Orthodontist Practice. My son has been treated here by Dr Gederi for the past year and I have high praise for the practice. Dr Gederi is a wonderful orthodontist,very friendly and yet professional and puts my son at ease on every visit. He is very helpful and explains things clearly and is always happy to answer any questions.The dental assistants are also very kind and friendly. The building is very modern,bright and clean and has a very calming atmosphere.My son doesn't feel nervous coming here. The Receptionists are also really friendly and welcoming and they always give such a warm greeting with a smile when we arrive. A truly fantastic practice and I feel very lucky that my son is a patient here.

We transferred our daughter’s care to this practice due to minimal waiting times for NHS treatment as opposed to other sister practices in the area. New practice, brand new premises, immaculately clean, next to Ladywell station. Friendly and helpful reception staff, good communication via email and phone, flexible with appointment times. Our doctor was kind and considerate and explained the whole process in detail and provided referral letters for some dental work to take place prior to the braces. All done within a few weeks which is amazing as opposed to more than a year we were told in other practices. Hopefully the follow up will go as smoothly, will try an edit. I can certainly recommend.

What a fantastic experience, first off great communication. A warm welcome from the reception team. The facility is fresh and I love the beautiful vibrant colours. Everyone is friendly, dentist was engaging and informative re what was happening and what was going to happen. The nurse was extremely efficient. Really cannot rate this dental service enough , my 16 yr old daughter is currently under their care and treatment since July last year just after coming out of lockdown . Sophie is currently having treatment for overcrowding and teeth straightening with the use of fixed braces . I have found the staff fantastic not only with explaining the whole process but also their care of Sophie and the usual teenage stresses that she has !! I cannot thank them enough for everything they do , during this pandemic where anxiety is high regarding accessing services I have and continue to be impressed by the service and the protocols that they currently have in place . I feel totally safe as does Sophie in attending her appointments and the usual anxieties of visiting a dental service are alleviated . Sophie’s treatment is lengthy so we will be attending for the next 1+ year however we both know that at the end she will have a fantastic smile and I will have a very happy daughter . If you are looking to have treatment for yourself or your child then give them a call they are fantastic !!
