I have just completed treatment for an implant which takes about 5-6 months. I must say that the dentist Hamera was extremely good at making me feel at ease and comfortable. She was able to complete the treatment and I did not once feel any kind of pain or discomfort. Would definitely go again and I would recommend to everyone that this is a fantastic dentist practice. The staff make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Great work Ultrasmile!

Just had my wisdom tooth extracted here by the wonderful Dr Hamera Hussain. The procedure could not have gone better! The anaesthesia felt like a tickle, and when she was done with it, she asked to test if I was numb. As I was bracing my self for the pain, she took the tooth out! I didn’t even have time to react and the tooth was pulled. It literally took less than a minute for her to get it out. The wound bled a little after that, and healed without bruising. After that, it didn’t swell or cause me any trouble at all. Of course Dr Hussain’s post op instructions were very helpful and I think that might have made the recovery so smooth. Would recommend Dr Hamera Hussain for any extractions, she is so good at it! I’m sure to go to her if I need to any more wisdoms removed. Thank you Dr Hussain

I went through all sorts of stress as my original providers had closed down and I was stuck with the same retainers for months due to the COVID pandemic lockdown. I found Ultrasmile online and since then everything has been smooth sailing. I've had a long issues with my front two teeth, and required complex bonding work, and discovered these guys whilst on my way to central on the DLR. The Doctor resorted my front teeth to absolute perfection and now I can honestly say they're the best dentists I've ever been to in 27 years! From the friendly staff members, they spent more than 20 mins just reassuring me and giving me their opinion without even trying to oversell me extras. Their receptionist Faye spent the time to have general convos and make me feel welcomed every time I called! This is what customer service is all about. Thank you so much guys... This Practice's customer service is amazing- from the experience you receive from your receptionist to hygienist and orthodontist, beginning at consultation down to your last appointment when your teeth is perfected, revealing the teeth you've longed for a long time!! Personally, I haven't had much good experience with dentists, as you feel rushed and told off a lot of the times (lol) but they don't make you feel like that here- you're taking care of :-)

The staff at Ultrasmile, and in particular Dr. Das, are without a doubt the friendliest, most dedicated, and professional people I've ever dealt with for my dental needs, and I've seen quite a few dentists over my lifetime because I have quite stubborn teeth. My biggest thanks go to Dr. Das. He is highly attentive and thorough, which has really reassured me throughout our months working together to align my top and bottom teeth. When I first went to see Dr. Das, my top and bottom teeth were crooked and pointed in strange directions. As a teacher, it's important for me to articulate clearly with my students and to look confident. However, before my treatment I felt very unconfident about my smile, and it affected my ability to fully engage with the students. As such, I was interested in a brace which was not visible to the students and allowed me to look professional at all times, while still undergoing treatment. Dr. Das reassured me that I can have a beautiful smile, and recommended a WIN Incognito lingual brace. This brace was great because it was basically invisible to others, and Dr. Das worked with me for many months to ensure that my dental problems were solved and that I was happy with the outcome. We've now finished the treatment and I absolutely love to smile! I can honestly say, without reservation, that I have never had such outstanding levels of service, caring, and total dedication to ensure the patient (in this case, me) is completely satisfied. I cannot speak highly enough of this dental practice or the people who staff it, and in particular Dr. Das who went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. I rate Ultrasmile the full 5 stars. AMAZING AND EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE! You know that feeling before going to the dentist - scary, nervous, not knowing what to expect... I would love to say that I've been going to Ultrasmile since a couple of years now. And I am so happy with the amazing job they all do that there are not enough words to prays them. I’ve recently had treatment with Hamera and Hawa and I honestly cannot thank them enough. A few days before my holiday and I was struck with excruciating pain. They managed to book me in last minute and sort out a filling for my tooth. I am so happy with UltraSmile I feel compelled to write a review. I had gone to a local dentist to find out about getting braces. To my dismay I was told I needed 3 fillings even before we got on to the conversation of braces. As I didn't think that seemed quite right I asked around some friends and UltraSmile was recommended to me. Great service and really effective dentists and support staff. I went to ultrasmile with a fairly complex case requiring extraction and correction of crowding on front and lower. I had visited Harley st and city dentists and received, what I considered to be, ott recommendations with significant cost and head braces, etc. I communicated to Dr Das what I wanted - a less extreme approach, going to 95% not 100% and he found a way of doing this for half the cost of my lowest Harley Street cost - those dentists refused to contemplate a more pragmatic method. I've had the best experience. I had Invisalign treatment for top and bottom over 7 months. They were honest in what they could and couldn't do, whereas other dentists i felt had lied to me. I've never had to wait for an appointment, everything was done so smoothly. They catered around my working hours and remembered this when booking my regular check ups. The receptionist Faye is lovely! I've aways received a warm welcome by the receptionists and all staff. I had a few check ups for things that were not related to my Invisalign and they didn't charge me for that. My dentist Dr Thang Nghiem is excellent. I had researched him before going ahead with my treatment and knew I wanted him. I had one tooth that was sticking out too much (Nanny Mcphee style) and he lined them up perfectly. Other dentists told me they could only move it back 2mm and couldn't straighten it, but Dr Nghiem managed to do it. I love how professional he is. He literally zones in, does his work, tells you everything you need to do and then you're out. A lot of my friends went with other dentists who charged half the price I paid, but they didn't have regular appointments like me and in the end their teeth did not move back as much as mine. They also had to pay extra to get more sets made. I feel like lots of dentists do that just to get more money so be mindful of that. Here, there were no hidden agendas, they did their work and were so professional and consistent with it. I have recommended them to all my work colleagues. I saw results immediately and he'd basically moved my teeth within 5 months, quicker than they had predicted. I've had the best service. Money well spent!

I get so many compliments about my smile and have been told I could be on Colgate adverts, the smile I have now got is natural but perfect if there was such a thing. I cannot even begin to describe how happy I was with both the service and result at UltraSmile. I had fixed braces as a teenager and unfortunately lost my retainer which resulted in my teeth moving back to their original position. When I first visited UltraSmile in 2008 I was advised that the six-month smile treatment would correct my teeth, however, I was still a student at the time and could not actually afford the treatment. Ultrasmile kept my record on their database and when I returned in 2014 I was able to pick up exactly where I left off. Upon review, Dr Khalil suggested that I would achieve better and faster result if I opted for Invisalign which I did (it should be noted that I was getting married in 9 months time). Invisalign was amazing! Dr Khalil was very understanding of the limited time available and was able to accelerate my treatment without jeopardising my result. Which meant I was able to walk down the aisle grinning like the Cheshire cat. But it didn’t end there. Unfortunately a year later I began to notice that one tooth had started to recede again. I contacted UltraSmile and they were more than happy to book me in for a review. Over the course of the next 3-4 months Dr Khalil monitored the movement of my teeth very closely as we trialled wearing my Invisalign for varying periods of time. Once convinced that my teeth would continue to move back if left to their own devices, Dr Khalil attached a permanent fixture to the back of my upper jaw. My teeth are now perfectly straight and more importantly STAYING perfectly straight thanks to Dr Khalil and his second to none after-care. Dr Khalil has been brilliant and throughout my time at UltraSmile I can confidently say I have received genuine care and attention from the entire team including the lovely ladies on the front desk. Sarah even asks how my dog is doing! - if that isn't exceptional service, I don't know what is.

Best Dentist Around I've just had a number of procedures done at Ultrasmile under the expert hand of Dr Thang Nghiem as well as a session with the dental hygienist and a teeth whitening treatment using the Novon range. My dental hygienist fitted me for the whitening and had the mouth guards ready later that same day so that I could take them away with me. After two weeks, my smile is remarkably whiter and I didn't have any sensitivity at all. I would definitely use Novon again. Once my teeth were up to the shade I wanted, Dr Nghiem then fixed a chipped front tooth seamlessly before going on to replace an old metal filling with a beautiful new white one. I experienced no pain whatsoever during any of this. The front of house staff are courteous and efficient and the whole experience spot on. Thanks Ultrasmile.

I have been to many dentists in my life but none of them noticed the fact I have periodontitis although I was always complaining about gum bleeding. On his way to work, my husband discovered UltaSmile. I am thoroughly impressed with all the service and quality of work I have received at UltraSmile. I was terrified when I found out about my periodontitis but, when Dr Adil Khalil started the treatment, I realised how lucky I am being in the best possible hands! My teeth and my gum are looked after by one of the most qualified dentists in London. Before Christmas I just finished the treatment. I don’t know who can say that going for a periodontitis treatment is a real pleasure? Honestly, I can say that! It was a great pleasure going there! I never felt that fear like usually I’ve got going to the dentist. I never ever felt pain in the dentist chair. I put 3 stars to be fair as I did not go with their service but want to bring their attention to their staff. I read alot of good reviews about the service so I'm abit surprised at the level of service I received today. I called up today to get a refund. The girl put me on hold for 15 minutes before I decided to hang up and call again. A new girl answered the phone and told me that the girl that assisted me has gone to lunch and she will call me back after she finishes her lunch. I was baffled about the service but agreed to wait for a call back. I never got the call back. The third girl managed to process my request in a few minutes after I told her that it was my third time requesting today. The service was not good enough and I wondered if the fact that I wanted a refund effected that.
