If I could give 6 stars I would. Dr.Shetty and the team at Victoria Dental Centre have been absolutely incredible throughout my Invisalign treatment. From my first appointment, through to my last, every member of the team has been extremely professional, supportive and welcoming. I relocated to Bath part way through my treatment and the team went out of their way to be flexible, fitting in appointments when I was in London - it was above and beyond. I’m delighted with the results of my Invisalign treatment and would definitely recommend Victoria Dental Centre to anyone.

The whole experience was easy and simple. It was the only place that could offer me an appointment within a few days. The receptionists are kind and COVID restrictions are being followed. The dentist (Dr Shetty) and the nurse were constantly checking that I was okay, explaining what they were doing and reassuring me that it would be pain free. For the last 2 years I have been undergoing some reconstructive surgery with dental implants (as well as a regular checkup). The staff have been great during this time and always helpful, supportive even when rearranging appointments to mitigate the COVID restrictions. Both dentists (and dental hygienist) I have seen are very courteous and have taken the time to explain the procedures, consult on options and followed up after every surgery to be sure I am recovering. I am very pleased with the result and have definitely improved my teeth cleaning regime for the better. Whilst I would always advocate that prevention is better than cure, I have no hesitation in recommending VDC if you need a dental intervention.

My experience relates to dentist Dr Sunita Sherry and dental hygenist Ruth. I was recommended Dr Sunita Sherry from a female colleague at work some years ago who gave very good reports. Having just moved to London I managed to register with her then practice. My experience is she is a first class dentist and works with sensitivity to patients. In fact I moved on to the Victoria Practice when she took up working there. Simlary the dental hygenist I have found first class. The actual teeth cleaning is done very throughly and comfortably. Moreover help in using a couple of special small cleaning brushes together with coaching on the best way to use them has kept my teeth and gums in good shape -still with a full set of my own (and I am 68 years old). All told my experience with Victoria Dental has been first class and I can throughly recommend them.

Lost a filling today on holiday at 10.30 this morning - found this practice online as it was closest to the hotel we were staying at and called them up. Immediately offered me an appointment for 1pm and explained costs on the phone. Waiting room was lovely and staff were so polite, offering me and my husband a drink while we waited - barely any wait until the nurse came to get us. Both the dentist and nurse were super lovely (I'm sorry I didn't catch your names!) Made me feel totally at ease and were completely honest about all my options. Will need to go back to my own dentist for further treatment, but I'm glad to be heading off on holiday with a good job done! Thank you so much for getting me seen so quickly and by such lovely staff. If I ever need to see a dentist in an emergency in London again, I'll come back here for sure!

I have been going to this Dental centre for a few years now and the staff are excellent. For me having dental work done is a daunting and unpleasant thing but all the staff here make me feel welcomed, relaxed and the hygienist and dentist in particular are extremely skilled clinicians and communicators. In the centre itself the reception area is very pleasant, welcoming and relaxing so while you are waiting you are put at ease immediately. So this Dental centre is a great place to have your dental work done.

The good dentist is hard to find these days and considering that the tooth pain is one of the worst it is important you have a doctor who understands that. I'm a patient of Dr Shetty from this practice and I can only say she is the best dentist I have ever had. I'm a bit of a weird one in that I quite enjoy the experience of going to the dentist anyway but, having said that, VDC has been great ever since I went for the first time about 2 years ago. My hygienist, Ruth Duckworth, and my dentist, Dr Shameem Juan, are such lovely people as well as incredibly professional and proficient at what they do. I've visited Victoria Dental Centre as my friend has recommended this place to me, when I had a really bad toothache. They have been really lovely and they made sure my tooth is completely numb before they started the treatment. I didn't have a good experience with dentists in my country so I was a bit nervous, but I didn't have to be at all. I have had 2 root canals done as my other tooth got infected just a month later, a day before my holiday and they made sure to see me before. I'm really glad they did, as it was really painful and I didn't want to spend 2 weeks away with a terrible toothache. Very professional place with really nice and friendly staff. I HIGHLY recommend Victoria Dental Centre and Dr. Aubrey to ANYONE needing emergency dental work done while in London (especially if you are just visiting). I was traveling from the United States to London for my honeymoon when one of my teeth cracked while flossing from a previous filling I had that snagged it. It was late Sunday night and I called/left messages/emailed the number/contact of Victoria Dental Centre... I immediately received a call and email the next morning from Anca (the receptionist) who did a WONDERFUL job at accommodating my husband and I for emergency services with Dr. Aubrey Gottlieb. The moment we stepped into the room with Dr. Aubrey and his assistant, they did an incredible job at comforting me while also giving me the options I had since my husband and I were leaving for Greece that night! He did an EXCELLENT job at caring for the tooth, cleaning what he could and placing a temporary filling in the tooth until my return back home (which was two weeks away). If you are visiting London and need emergency dental work done, I recommend this office 100% to anyone!!! Dr. Aubrey was super accommodating and very sweet! Also, the pricing was another huge reason why I would refer someone! Very reasonable!!!

I've recently had several teeth nosedive for different reasons, and Shameem, AJ, Spiros and Anca in particular were kind and brilliant, and the outcome absolutely 100% sorted (though it's taken time). Dominiki's regular treatments have completely saved my husband's teeth. They're also just really nice friendly people, and Anca, in particular, has twice recently gone to some lengths to get me seen for sudden onset pain. Highly recommended.

I have been with this Dental Surgery for 25 years. I believe it is simply the best Dental Surgery in South West London and the West End. The staff, from the Dentists to the (absolutely brilliant) hygienist Ruth Duckworth and the lovely receptionists, it is always a pleasant experience going to VDS (and I usually HATE going to the dentists for treatment). So happy I found a good dentist even in London, it was shocking for me to confront the UK standards of dentistry, which were very below my expectations after having moved here from Prague. Thankfully, Victoria Dental Care saved me! I go to Spiros, I can highly recommend him, he's thorough and professional and takes patient's complaints and sensations seriously. I now wear a mouthgard every night due to my issues with grinding my teeth, and I don't understand how I could live without it before.
