Whilst attending a second and final visit to the Budapest clinic I suffered a stroke. Vital Europe were absolutely brilliant with help and care. This involved a 2 night stay in a Budapest hospital. Due to the staffs attention I was able to complete all covid tests and the clinic for the final fitting before flying home. After a virtual full mouth restoration, my teeth are superb. Not only are the staff very professional but also caring, I would have struggled to get home without them.

I first visited the Riding House Street clinic in July 2021. The process was very smooth and I felt reassured as soon as I arrived. I had a consultation with both a UK and Hungarian dentist (via Zoom) and they diagnosed a condition that my dentis of 10 years had never been able to and suggested a treatment plan to rectify my cracked teeth. In September I visited Budapest for 5 nights and over 5 days spent around 6 hours in the dentists chair having 8 crowns and a couple of fillings. My teeth are now perfect and I would never visit a UK dentist again, as not only are they dentists in Budapest cheaper, they are more professional.

Can't speak highly enough of this organisation. Any worries about getting dental work completed abroad were quickly dispelled. Met Dr Pesei in London who produced a detailed costed plan. The work was completed in a very modern clinic in Budapest by caring & professional dentists. Hotels were booked & lifts from the airport arranged. Check ups were completed in London. I had several implants & other work, 2 years on I have had no problems. I received better treatment at Vital Europe then most dentists I have visited in the UK & at a fraction of the cost !

I was having trouble with two failing root canals and realised implants would be the way forward After doing hours of research I came across Vital Europe. From the very first appointment and every appointment in between, they have been courteous, transparent and easy to work with. I had my implants done in Budapest during covid and everything was sorted for me. I found vitaleurope on the internet as most of their reviews were positive. After years of neglecting my teeth and eating lots of sugary foods and grinding my teeth. I went to the London clinic earlier this year I needed to have 5 teeth removed and have crowns Bridges. A treatment plan devised and I had the teeth removed in London and after several months I traveled to Budapest for 5 days treatment. I was due to have crowns and 2 Bridges at times I did think the London clinic was slightly rushed. I thought I was going to have upper and lower teeth crowned, I was quoted for porcelain crowns but before I travelled to Budapest I recieved a quote for zirconium crowns. I booked the accomodation through vitaleurope I stayed at the Rubins hotel which was close to Vitaleurope and the accomodation was good. I met my Dental surgeon and I chose porcelain bridges I was told I need 3 bridges for my upper teeth. After starting my treatment I did complain as I thought my treatment had changed, but after being reassured by my surgeon I continued with the treatment. On the final day the bridges were fitted I was very happy they matched my bottom teeth and they were much stronger than my own teeth. I have had the bridges for about a month and the porcelain crowns were a good choice for me. Zirconium may look better and may be stonger but I am very happy with my bridges I do regret complaining as the staff and the surgeon are all very professional and the dental technicians were very good Going forward I hope the Bridges will last for as long as possible as previously I could only eat soft foods. I would like to thank everyone involved in my care in London and Budapest. Budapest is a lovely city and I will not hestitate to return in the future. Vital Europe was recommended to me by a relative pleased with his dentistry and I would also recommend this practice. Having had full mouth reconstruction which included 8 implants , bone grafting and sinus lift, plus work on surrounding teeth I am amazed at the results. Even my own home dentist was impressed. I could never have afforded even half of this work in the UK. All the dentists that treated me were very professional and considerate. The surgeons were very gentle and caring when I had intensive surgery.All staff are very friendly and helpful. There is always after care visits in London after major work. All travel and accommodation is sorted for you in beautiful Budapest so no worries, even when it was particularly difficult during covid. We even found our hotel staff very helpful whilst staying during covid restrictions. If you are looking to have work done that is too expensive in the UK and are worried about going abroad for dentistry because of malpractice, be assured that you will have none of these problems with Vital Europe.

My dental treatments required two visits to Budapest over a one year period, plus some visits to the London surgery. I had an molar implant done last year with Vital Europe. Because they have a London practice as well, having half of the treatments (scans and checkups) done in central London and the rest in Budapest was very convenient. Customer Service was great - they answered my questions very quickly, and were very organised in dealing with the whole process. End to end, the whole process was actually almost a year because of the need to extract, prep the area, heal, have the implant, heal and then come back for final checks before having the crown put in. I went to Budapest twice during the year (once in summer for 4 nights and once again in December for over a week) and its hardly a bad place to have work done and go for a city break as well. The spas are great, and Budapest has everything you need, and its fairly cheap way to live - accommodation is cheap and to a good standard. The practice in Budapest is clean and customer service was to the same level as London. The process is long and requires scans, checkups etc and aftercare and I was worried I wouldn't take to the crown - after having a gap for so long, but it was fine. I'd definitely recommend them and also Budapest for a relaxing city break for hiking, cat cafes and spa days. All the best things really.

I cannot recommend VitalEurope more highly. I visited the practice in London and arranged for my treatment in Budapest. After several failed attempts (due to Covid) I finally went to Budapest in November 2020. All I had to do was book the flight - VitalEurope did the rest - the appointments, then the transfer to and from the airport, the hotel, covid testing at the hotel etc. I didn't know what to expect but was delighted with my treatment. The clinic is spotless, bright and new. The staff and dentists were friendly and couldn't do enough to assist - even with directions into the centre of the town! I am delighted with my teeth, had almost zero pain (had a bridge of four teeth at the front of my mouth) and to date I have had no problem with them at all. First class treatment.

I was not able to attend for some time for a proper hygiene cleansing as always dealt with other dental issues which came first. But stains on my teeth really disturbed me. Finally I managed to attend scale and polish treatment with air flow in Vital Europe carried out by Dr Barbara Kasza. I must say it makes such a big difference and I feel much more confident and I feel like I got my smile back. My teeth look much whiter and cleaner.

From assessment in London to treatment in Budapest, the service was very professional and without problems, using high tech equipment and materials. The price was very reasonable for what was done (3 implants and a late addition replacement filling) and it is always a bonus to visit Budapest! Some may be put off by the tendency for staff to speak to each other in Hungarian while one is in the chair but it didn’t bother me; it is their native language! They speak very good English to patients.

Excellent all round service and can't recommend highly enough. I initially had consultations with several private dentists in the UK (including 'top end' ones in and around Harley Street) who all came up with conflicting diagnoses and a bewildering array of unecessarily complex (and even outdated) solutions at ridicously unaffordable prices. I researched having treatment done overseas but I was quite worried after reading some 'horror story' reviews that others have posted on the dental treatment abroad/dental tourism forums. I felt that I would only be comfortable with an overseas dentist if they also had a registered office in the UK with GDC registered personnal AND could offer comprehensive guarantees on the work AND could offer follow-up consultations or regular check-ups in the UK. I only found one company that could do all of these things - Vital Europe - so it was a no brainer decision to go with them. I had a full mouth restoration including eight implants - which involved three visits to Budapest and some minor work in the UK. All travel and treatment went without a hitch and I'm exceptionally pleased with the results - not to mention saving tens of thousands of pounds. Vital's advanced dentistry methodology, expertise and customer service puts any UK private dentist to shame. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My own dentist recommended an implant to a front tooth as the crown was over 40 years old, apparently a bridge would not be successful. I went to VitalEurope for a consultation and they stated a bridge would be successful and after an in-depth X-ray, recommended several renewal crowns and root canal treatment, which my dentist had missed. I went to Budapest and had the treatments recommended for about a third of the UK cost. They arranged accommodation and I had the fantastic opportunity to visit the city as well during treatments. A few years ago a work colleague had his teeth done they look so perfect i had to ask where he got his teeth done and he gave me the telephone number for Vitaleurope. A few days later i make the most nervous call of life to Vitaleurope and had an appointment for an assessment after the assessment i was given two quotation, one for doing it here in London and the other for doing it in Budapest which is a bit less expensive. I took the quotations home i was thinking about it for a few weeks not because of the cost but the fact that i am scared to death of the dentist. I have reluctantly decided to travel to Budapest to get my teeth done, the work would be done in two parts staying in Budapest six days at a time. You can book accommodation with Vital they have lovely apartments or book your own either way you can make a holiday of it. My first appointment in Budapest i was amaze by the place it was more like a 5 star hotel than a dentist surgery anyway when my name was called and i went in i explained to my dentist my fears and he assured me that i would be fine and would not feel a thing, he said if i feel anything i should just raised my hand and he was right during the procedure i did not feel anything i was more like falling asleep. So on my first visit i had my impressions taken and my temporary put on after a few weeks i went back and have my permanent teeth replace they look absolutely great every time open my mouth i get complemented. It is the best thing i have ever done for myself, i would say to anyone who is thinking of getting there teeth done give Vitaleurope a call. And the most important thing is the after you receive that you do not get from most places.

London clinic is situated centrally so it's easy to get to, it's always very clean and well equipped. Vital Europe offers a wide range of dental services from a simple filling to implants, so it's good to be able to complete the treatment in one place. They always offer Budapest option as well, in case one needs to do series of treatments and able to travel so can get it done at a more affordable rate.

For relatively minor things, the London unit is conveniently near to me (a short journey on the London Underground). For more extensive work, I have gone to Budapest on more than one occasion. I can't recommend VitalEurope enough! I had a great experience and I am very happy with the results. Following years of grinding and clenching, my teeth were in a very bad state and I knew I needed a lot of work. I visited the VitalEurope office in London and the team were very kind and patient with me and my dentist, Dr. Attila Pesei, explained the various options to me in detail. In the end, I opted for a full bite restoration, which involved getting caps/crowns on every single tooth. The work was done over the course of about 6 months, with 2 week-long trips to Budapest. On the first trip, I had semi-permanent crowns/bridges fitted and then six months later, I returned to Budapest to have the permanent crowns/bridges fitted. During the six months between trips, I visited the office in London a couple of times and my ‘bite’ was assessed for any issues. During this period I also managed to crack one of the temporary crowns, but it was repaired free of charge the next day in the London office. It has been over 4 months since the work was completed and I haven't had a single issue. Overall, the cost was about half of what I would have paid in the UK. Budapest is beautiful and there is plenty to do and see; the ruin bars in particular are great fun. I definitely think I'll go back to Budapest again. The photo attached is of me and my boyfriend in Budapest a couple of days after all of the dental work was finished. I'm the one on the right, trying to get used to showing my teeth in photos!

As I stayed in the Clinics own apartment, which was close to the clinic, they arranged to collect me from the airport and dropped me back there when my treatment was completed. I had a considerable amount of work done. A bone graft on each side, sinus lift, one extraction, several crowns on a bridge, four implants and a small plate. A call to the London clinic for a small problem with temporary crowns was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. It took two visits to the London clinic and two visits to Budapest in total, over a period of .just over one year, but it was absolutely worth it. The surgeon was fantastic, kind, polite, gentle. The staff all spoke excellent english and the clinic manager on reception in the Budapest clinic made me feel especially relaxed and comfortable. He is a very valuable asset to the business. I have already recommended VitalEurope to several friends. Great price. Wonderful service.

I first went to VitalEurope over 8 years ago for some cosmetic dentistry , from the first initial e mail contacting the clinic to date ,the service I have received has and continues to be excellent . Customer service from all the team is second to none , friendly , polite , helpful, professional and reassuring which , when you are a nervous patient like I was , makes a tremendous difference as a patient. I chose to have my treatment at the clinic in Budapest and had already been introduced to the implantologist whilst having my assessment in London which meant I wasn’t meeting someone for the first time as they were about to do the implant. As mentioned, I have always been a very nervous patient , it was suggested to me that I take my I pod and listen to music whilst the dentist carried out my work , this was an excellent suggestion along with the dentists assuring me dentistry should be pain free and if during my treatment I felt any discomfort that I signal to them and they would address that . The after care from the clinic was superb , I was provided with antibiotics, pain relief , cold packs and someone at the end of the phone if I had any concerns after my treatment. In reality I had very little discomfort , left the surgery and headed off to see the beautiful sights in Budapest . Prior to returning home I attended the clinic for further checks and completion of some of the work. I have chosen to remain with VitalEurope as my regular dentist practice and have made 4 further trips to Budapest combining a beautiful city break with some dentistry.! I have never felt pressured into having unnecessary treatment , and welcome the advise given regarding future treatment. I attend the London clinic for my regular check ups and hygienist appointments, VitalEurope always advise me via e mail / telephone when my next visits are due which is very helpful, and confirm appointments once made. I had a full mouth restoration which included 3 extractions, 5 root canal treatments, 1 sinus lift and bone graft, 3 post/cores, 5 implants and 26 crowns/bridges, requiring 4 visits to Vital Europe's Budapest clinic and 3 to their London clinic. Both clinics were very clean, well-equipped and well-managed, and the dentists and staff all spoke good English and were unfailingly polite, considerate and professional. Including flights and hotels, it all cost less than half of what it would have typically cost in the UK. The treatment itself went without a hitch, but unfortunately I got an infection under one of the crowns soon afterwards and had to be referred to an endodontist for a root canal treatment. This was successful, and now I have not only a perfect smile but also a fully-functioning set of teeth, making it a pleasure to eat anything I like. I am delighted that I took the decision to have the work done and feel grateful every day for my new teeth. I'm glad I saved money by having most of the work done in Budapest, and visiting that beautiful city was a bonus. I can highly recommend Vital Europe to anyone considering dental treatment.

A massive advantage of Vital Europe is the fact that they have a clinic in London for the preliminary and follow up work; and that I would see the same dentist in both locations. I was hugely reassured at my first consultation as the dentist told me that I needed less treatment than I had thought as many of my own teeth were still in good condition. Before discovering VitalEurope (whilst flicking through the Metro newspaper) dentists had sadly become my worst enemies. Happily I can now say that those at VitalEurope - both in London and Budapest - have become my good friends! Everyone treated me with the utmost dignity and respect and were very reassuring - a stark difference from the way I was talked to and treated by my old NHS dentist where I was made to feel like a naughty child. I was extremely conscious of how bad my teeth were. It affected any face to face interaction with people; be it friends and family or people at work. I covered my mouth when I laughed. It was always going to be a massive decision to commit to quite significant dental work. I finally plucked up the courage to attend an appointment at VitalEurope Oxford Street in mid-2016. An extremely well equipped surgery with very knowledgeable and understanding staff. This is not like attending your local dentist! They would probably tut and roll their eyes at how bad your teeth are. These dentists are used to dealing with people like you and I. They expect us to have bad teeth and they have the knowledge and expertise to assist us. Within an hour I had a detailed proposal of the work that was required. I attended Budapest in July 2016 for my first appointment having done virtually no research on the city. Budapest is spectacular! On my first trip I had 10 extractions and a couple of root canals as well as being given a ling term temporary crown. Any discomfort or swelling was soon forgotten exploring this beautiful city. The surgery in Budapest is big, clean, modern and welcoming. All the staff there are friendly and chatty. Language was never an issue. I always felt relaxed and at ease when at the surgery. This was even when I was having multiple extractions, bone graft, implants etc… The dentist always took the time to detail the work he would be doing before starting. Eventually I had 5 trips to Budapest. Even with the quite significant dental work on most trips, I really enjoyed my time out there. Depending on what work was being carried out on my trips, I did on occasions have a few days to myself to explore the city. On my first trip I stayed fairly near the surgery. On all subsequent trips, I stayed in the heart of the city not too far from the Budapest eye. I cannot thank the people at VitalEurope enough for the amazing work they have done. I am a changed person. I don’t just look different, I feel different. I have a new found confidence and no longer fear having to meet or interact with new people. Now I try to ensure my teeth are on view every time somebody takes a photo! Deciding to have this work done was one of the most significant decisions of my life. He gave full and accurate information about the problem, the possible solutions and risks. He suggested the most sensible solution in my situation that was even the cheapest. (It was my choice to go for a slightly more expensive option.) He also made an overall assessment of the condition of my teeth, as part of the consultation, and had the same conclusion as my dentist friend, back in my home town (whenever I have chance to get my teeth checked by him). That also made him appear trustworthy for me. I was fully satisfied with the treatment as well. I could make my choice when was needed and was informed about the steps that were done. The result was smooth and invisible so I have left as a happy patient.
