I had to have work done and my dentist Esra and her assistant Christina were absolutely amazing, they were so kind, caring and professional. I would definitely recommend this dentist. Was treated by Javier and his assistant over a 6 or 7 appointment period. They were courteous, friendly and professional. Javier told me the procedure he would be following and he stuck to his word. It was a lot of work and I am more than happy with the results. An easy 5 stars, and have already recommended the practice to a few people.

I’ve been treated by many dentists over the years but she stands out amongst them all, primarily because she cares about her patients and is prepared to forsake ‘high patient turnover’ for quality treatment. No one ever enjoys going to the dentist, but at least with Dr. Esraa, you know you're in safe hands. She's the nicest, most professional dentist I've ever had. She explains everything comprehensively and puts you at ease instantly. The reception staff are also very nice and accommodating.

Travel a very long way to be treated by my wonderful dentist Dr Esraa Al-Timimi. She and her team go above and beyond to ensure that patients are comfortable and that their dental problems are fully investigated and treated- even if it takes longer than the allocated time. Such a great practice!! I was experiencing some really bad dental pain and they were fully booked so couldn't get an appointment. The lovely receptionist took down my name and number and sure enough when there was a cancellation booked me in straight away on that same day. All the staff were very kind and professional. My dentist Esraa is the best! She’s made me smile again ! The staff on reception and in general at this clinic are really lovely, friendly and very helpful. Due to current Covid conditions, they are doing everything possible to keep us safe while still being able to treat their patients. Each time I visit Well Street Dentist, I am always put at ease by dentist Esra. The nervousness goes away and she always explain what she going to do and check that your ok and if your happy for her to proceed with treatment. She never rushes her job and always achieve great result. Esra is always friendly, polite and caring. I can also say that on entering the building I am always greeted by the receptionist and booked in on time.

I have been attending Well Street dental clinic for close to thirty years. I have seen substantial turnover of staff in that time, but generally have had good service, advice and treatment from the staff. The reception team led by Lorraine are helpful and considerate and the recent redecoration has helped tremendously in avoiding the sense that the owners had little or no care for the practice. I would encourage the practice to try to retain dental staff over a longer period so there feels as though there is better continuity of treatment. I would recommend the practice.

Esra is such a great dentist. My daughter had a cavity and had to have a filler, I honestly thought this is going to ba a nightmare but Esra calmed her down and explained to her what cavity is and the steps she's going to do to fix it then walked her through it. Thanks a bunch I'll be coming again.

Very satisfied with how friendly and professional the staff. The surgery itself looks quite dated and old however staff's fantastic attitude covers all up I suffered from sharp pain all night, could not sleep, and went to Well Street at 8am, started to wait by the door, surgery was closed, around 8.15 a female staff opened the shutter, opened the door and went inside, same time 3 more patients arrived and we all were waiting together around 8.30 a male staff arrived, opened the door and invited all of us to inside, he than introduced himself as the practice manager with a lovely smile and very good attitude, he got all of us seated, spoke to each of us one by one and handed us forms to fill, and all were ready before 9am, we all got calmed down, I felt my pain got eased , dentist arrived by 9am and started to see patients immediately, the dentist was very polite too , explained everything in detail when you suffer from a sharp pain and go to your dental practice door, the first thing you need is '' a smile and somebody to care for you'' that is what Well Street offers you there very satisfied

Dr Esraa is very professional and gentle, I like the fact that her precision for where to Botox doesn’t make you look too fake or frozen. But, a more natural and effective look. I strongly recommend her on her professionalism and mannerism alone.

I have a phobia of the dentist that has kept me away for years.. George up the stairs in this dentist kept me calm and is absolutely amazing dentist he restored a ugly tooth of mine that I was so anxious about, because previously it was restored to a ok standard. but never this good.. He is charming and smiley he kept me so calm I was nearly falling asleep as I day dreamed away.. No sweating or deep thinking to keep away the panic attack that often over comes me.. Iv now booked in to see him always he has made me feel postive about the future.. Everything you need when your scared of the unknown. And suffer with anxiety panic attacks and a serious dental phobia. Thank you George such a skilled dentist.

Had a temporary filling done on Monday however developed a sudden but severe pain around 12 midday today, I went to the surgery around 1.30, They were at their lunch break, I guessed I would have had to wait for all afternoon among the other patients. I stood by the door around 1.30pm, and in just a minute later somebody opened the door, introduced himself as the practice manager, he must have seen me from inside, he said its freezing cold outside and invited me inside, Immediately booked me as an emergency for 2pm, got seen by 2.15 and left before 2.30 Last week I had to go to my GP, I had to wait 2 hours for my own appointment at my GP , and I had to wait 45 minutes by the door during their lunch break in cold, but here I was invited inside in less than a minute and got seen in 15 min despite I did not have an appointment They really care for their patient, great attitude, very friendly staff

I love this dentist they are so nice and they care about people's well-being I currently had root canal on my front tooth and the dentist sorted it out quickly and I had no pain I also rescently had my wisdom tooth taken out and I went there in pain and the dentist sorted that out for me I would recoment this dentist to anyone
