My Mother suffered a hyperventilation panic attack as a result of a local anaesthetic at her previous dentist, so she was terrified at the prospect of experiencing the same again for a large filling. Her fears were completely allayed by Rafaella at White Dental Rooms in Chiswick where she was treated with genuine care and sensitivity, and the process was completed gently and completely without pain - in fact, she didn't even require an injection! She will no longer be fearful and she wholeheartedly recommends this dental practice for the high level of staff expertise and the comfort and cleanliness of the surgery.

Fabulous dentist! I couldn't recommend Raffaella and her team more. 'First Class Service and Fantastic Energy'. This for me is really a dentist with a difference. Such a nice experience attending this place. They offer a really good mix of treatments and are very understanding of your needs, if you are nervous, have sensitive teeth etc. I had been thinking of trying them for a while but it is always a big decision to try a new place. Very impressed with the service I received at this practice. I was in pain and was given an appointment on the same day (within 2 hours!). Raffaella was very professional and put me at ease. I had a follow up appointment which I had to reschedule to Saturday and saw Sara who also was very professional. I love the fact that this practice is open on Saturdays and also offers late evening appointments at short notice. They are very friendly as well. This fitted in perfectly with my busy schedule.

I have been visiting Raffaella for several months, before lockdown, and she has become an essential part of my life! Sara is the best dentist our kids have ever had. She has a lot of patience and is fantastic in making it fun for children. My 8 years old now loves going to the dentist. Sara was also brilliant in helping my sensitive 3 years old get used to whole experience.

What a top experience we had on receiving a checkup and teeth whitening session. I went with my girlfriend who was going to have her teeth whitened and was a bit nervous but we were greeted with a smile and also some great personalities at the practice which helped make us laugh and smooth the experience. As for the treatments we had, I have heard about similar ones upon which I had some questions but these have answered any doubts we may have had and the results have been amazing. Dr. Raffaella & her team, in particular Devinder were excellent, their customer service was exceptional. As a new patient who needed urgent dental work, they were able to assist me and turn the procedure around within 24 hours and I was over the moon with the result. Raffaella has an amazing chair side manner which really helps when you are a nervous patient like myself. I have been visiting White Dental for the last 5 years after finding Raffaella through online recommendations. There is a reason why I have been visiting white dental for so long rather than going to Harley Street or other clinics etc. The reason is that the service is always excellent and welcoming, I am treated like a valued customer and friend, and of course the treatments are second to none. Raffaella does not apply a 'one size fits all' approach, she understands my face, my structure and my /need wants. I would not trust anyone else. I cannot highly recommend Raffaella and the team enough.

This review covers 3 points: dental service, client management and price. Dental Service - great dental service, the place is clean, the dentists inspire trust by what they do and are doing a great job. Client management - There is a big room for improvement here. Generally, I felt that there is a lack of client expectation management, which unfortunately felt as if made up to ensure that the client ends up paying more than expected. This was felt when booking a dental check and a hygienist treatment for example. - There is also a lack of upfront explanation. A customer needs to know costs and health consequences of any dental procedure before being prompted to pay for it. - On top of that, there is a general feel of always being pushed to book the next dental check or hygienist appointment. A general "money driven" perception which doesn't inspire loyalty. Price - Most costs are provided online and on a printed sheet in the practice. But, there is a lot of other costs which are not transparent enough for the customers. This also doesn't inspire trust. As a customer I want a clear explanation of what I am paying for, what is included, what is not and not have any surprises. This is ultimately a communication issue. - A quick search, comparison with other dental practice shows clearly that the costs of this practice are the highest of the market.

Any experience I have had in the past has been completely forgotten by my new dental team at White Dental and Cosmetic Rooms, I could not recommend this practice more to any person, from families to those seeking cosmetic as well as dental work. We have been through tons of dentists, but now we have a place to accommodate all of our dental needs and more for the rest of our lives. A very child friendly practice. My son loves visiting this practice. The dentist explains the treatment to the parent as well as the child. My son likes to ask questions and the dentists are very patient and thorough. I would highly recommend this practice!

Most friendly dentists i've ever been too. If you have a phobia of going - you need to go to these people. Since being recommended them by a friend i've recommended White Dental to other friends. Had a couple of cavities show up on my enrolment x-rays. Now fixed rather than waiting till it was a problem. Now that's something to smile about.
