I found this dentist in an emergency after a tooth partially fell out and my usual dentist couldn’t see me. This dentist was able to see me within 24 hours which was a huge relief. I’m so glad I found it! My dentist was clear in explaining the treatment and options, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The service and treatment was great, I’m really happy with the result. This will now be my new regular dentist! I would highly recommend.

I had my orthodontic treatment with Whites Dental and I was very pleased with the quality of work I got from Dr Elliot and his team. The treatment itself took slightly longer than anticipated due to lockdown delays but that was no fault of theirs. Pros: - Convenient same-day booking via phone. No waiting. - Treatments cover all dental issues I can think of and they do cosmetic as well (I filled 3 teeth and had 1 tooth root canel treated there. I saw their advertisment on cosmetic but I didn't try so no comment on that.) - Good location: close to tube station and easy to find alone the street. - The service was great: nice receptionist and the docter explained treatments patiently. Very professional doctors. Price of each treatment was listed clearly on my bill. Cons: - Price is high comparing to the NHS dentist. - You will have to wait outside the building for COVID safe so don't arrive too early.

Sometimes the proof is in the pudding and I left Whites with a great smile following 6 months of braces. Dr Elliot was always very professional and friendly and was motivated by results not profits. The one thing I have to mention is that communication between the dentist and receptionist wasn’t always the best so I’d recommend letting them both know the plan you want to go ahead with to avoid any confusion down the line.

I am so happy to have found Whites Dental after years of not having regular dental checkups or cleaning done due to a big fear of needles. I had a very helpful first consultation with Dr. Elliot, who, in addition to providing me with a straightforward treatment plan, gave me information on how to improve my oral hygiene at home and even took the time to follow up with me and my progress days after the consultation. This was followed by an exceptional cleaning with Ms. Alexandra, who was so skilled and friendly, I felt no pain and I genuinely look forward to my next cleaning with her (something I never thought I'd say). The staff is helpful and care a lot about your comfort. Rafi, who was my first person of contact spent time on the phone with me to calm my nerves, I would have been so much more anxious during the time leading up to my appointment otherwise. Jeen, who was working at reception on the day of my appointment made me feel very comfortable, I've honestly never felt as good sitting in a dental waiting room before. I first visited Dr Elliot in October last year to have a consultation for orthodontic treatment. He recognised right away that I had TMJ and I wasn’t able to open my mouth wide enough. He told me that he would not want to start any orthodontic treatment until I got my TMJ looked at and received some treatment for my jaw muscles, so I would be able to open my mouth the normal amount. He recommended I‘d go and see a chiropractor and to return once I was able to open my mouth the „healthy“ amount. I was rather impressed with this approach since he clearly cared for my health, rather than just wanting to make money, and he clearly wanted to do it the right way, rather than the quick way. I ended up receiving treatment from a chiropractor and maxillofacial Specialist, and returned to Dr. Elliot once I was able to open my mouth the suggested way. When I went to see Dr. Elliot again, he talked me through the different treatment options and we decided that fixed braces would be the most suitable treatment. I’ve had my braces fitted this week (and a wisdom tooth removed in the same sitting), and it was a pleasant experience. No pain, everything was explained to me and I am super excited to now let Dr. Elliot do his thing with my braces - I fully trust him to do great work and am excited for the results. The assistant was also lovely and made sure I felt totally comfortable. Highly recommend Whites Dental.

I had lip fillers by Dr. Ravinder Varaich in July and my lips are perfect. I couldn’t rate her treatment highly enough. Due to Covid I was asked to send photos of my lips and then had a phone consultation where we discussed all the treatment options and what result I was looking to achieve. She happily answered any questions I had. On the day of my treatment she talked me through all the stages and what to expect. I also had a follow up appointment three weeks later to make sure that I was happy with the results and all I can say is that I’m absolutely thrilled. No one has noticed that I’ve had my lips done as I was looking for a more natural look but with more volume to hide my gummy smile. I’m definitely returning for future treatments. Imani arranged an emergency appointment for me when I had a wisdom tooth infection and was working away from him in London for the week. Everything was effortless, Imani was so lovely friendly and welcoming over the phone and when I arrived which put me at ease. I originally wrote a review saying that although I was very happy with the affordable check-up I received from a very friendly team, I was surprised to have had to pay for the X-ray I received alongside the check-up. This is down to a communication error. Since then, I've emailed the team and written an earlier google review, stated as such. The team clearly care very much about the service they provide and will go to great lengths to ensure that you, as the paying customer, are satisfied. Imani arranged an emergency appointment for me very quickly. At the first appointment the dentist put in a temporary filling which made me much more comfortable until the oral surgeon removed the problem tooth a couple of days later. The dental treatment was first class with Xenia the dentist and Liga the nurse being very thorough with their treatment. Xenia provided very good information about my teeth and how i should care for them. Also did a a great job in the clean with zero pain due to her great technique. All in all a wonderful experience to say this was a google search and the first dentist I noticed. I will return. Pricing very competitive and no hard selling of products and services. I was incredibly lucky to discover whites in my search for a hygeinist near waterloo. They are very close to both waterloo and Southwark and conveniently open on saturdays. Arguably one of the best dental experiences I've had in terms of service. The dentist kept me consistently aware of what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The quality of the work she did was perfect and I couldn't be more pleased. Whilst I was waiting for my appointment they were keen to get my feedback and seemed to be genuinely keen on running a first class service. There's very little more I could ask for.
