I visited the London Bridge clinic today for a 3D scan in preparation to start my invisible aligner journey with WonderSmile. Even before my appointment Anna had already been in touch to confirm the time, date and address which was so lovely. I was greeted by Anna in such a warm, friendly and professional manner. She explained everything so well, and made sure I was clear on the process. The 3D scan was super easy on my part and didn’t hurt one bit. Anna also took photos and has already sent the scan and photos over to the lab to get the process underway which is just fantastic. Can’t recommend Anna at the London Bridge clinic enough!

Such a lovely experience. I had no idea what to expect if I’m honest but Anna greeted me at the door and made me feel so welcome the moment I stepped in. I had a good experience, the office space was really cool and easy to find. I arrived early and Anna saw me straight away, there was no waiting around. Anna talked me through the process. I really liked her friendly and relaxed approach and I didn’t feel under any pressure to buy - unlike other companies I’ve had consultations with. I like that you take photos of your progress as it’s so difficult to attend followup appointments with a busy job. So far so good. Can’t wait for the aligners to arrive! :)

I had my consultation with Loren Finnikin at the London Bridge branch. Loren is extremely professional and explained the entire process in a simple manner, from the 3D scanning to how the aligners work. Loren was extremely hygienic as we’re in Covid times, and constantly changing her disposable gloves which made me feel at ease. I’m looking forward to receiving my aligners if I am eligible as I have a permanent retainer bonded at the top of my teeth from having braces when I was a teenager. I chose to go with WonderSmile after thorough research, as this is the most cost effective treatment out in the UK market.
