I can honestly say that my dental experience with Vishal from the Woodberry down dental practice has been excellent. It is very clear from the results of the work that he has done on my teeth that he is knowledgeable about his work. From start to finish I was given an explanation of whole process. Aftercare was superb and he went out of his way to make sure everything was on track and ok. The work he has done on my teeth has given them a new lease of life. I would definitely recommend him and the whole team to friends, family and even enemies! Thanks to all at the practice.

Dr Niel and his team are truly the best. I had a broken wisdom tooth and he got it out so easily and effectively. He was professional and caring and made me feel at ease. His assistant and the reception staff were so welcoming and helpful. The service was excellent and the practice is 10/10.

I found Woodberry Down Dental Practice on Google and decided to give it a try as I needed to replace my implant crown that was badly done 10 years ago back in Brazil. I'm still impress with Dr. Vishal that since day 1 was making efforts to find the right components for me, arranging meetings with the company that made my implant, explaining the whole process to me so I could understand was happening, calling personally to book my appointments and being extremely thoughtful. I feel incredibly lucky to have find them and they made me feel I was in good hands. Amazing treatment and experience. I'm super happy with the results and thankful for the support I got. Highly recommend and definitely going back for other treatments.

As new patients it was really easy to sign up to the practice, which made great use of digital technology for covid-safe form filling ahead of our appointment. The receptionist and dental team Dr Vishal and Leon were all very friendly and welcoming. The dentist was very professional and friendly, explained everything clearly, and came across as very knowledgeable. We left feeling very impressed and pleased with our new dentist!

I go every 6 months to see the hygienist and less often to get a check up. I have had an emergency appt at the practice too. I always find the staff helpful and professional. I never dread going. It's often poss to get a same day emergency appt. And to switch between NHS treatment when available and private if you want to get one sooner or at a time that suits you. They have adapted so much to Covid-19 procedures so you feel very safe and they have a lot of signage so noone is telling you off and you know what to do. They are open about how they are following the new regulations. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Implant Surgery I had a problem with a tooth on my lower left side which I unfortunately left for too long unattended and it seemed like even a root canal wasn't going to solve the problem, so I ended up going to see Vishal and having an implant to replace the tooth and the one next to it and a gap i'd had for years. The whole process was laid out to me in a clear timeline and payments were done in stages which made it more manageable and I couldn't be more glad that I finally got it sorted properly. I'd recommend Vishal to anyone.

From the lovely lady on reception, who is always extremely helpful, to the professional and five star treatment I receive after each visit, from all the staff. Dentist Neil Shah is particularly great, always efficient and friendly. From general consultations to fillings and teeth whitening, I'd recommend him to anyone who needs a bit more reassurance at the dentist. I wouldn't go to another dentists!

Getting implants initially I thought was going to be a big deal, both financially and a physical challenge. I was dreading the whole idea to be a daunting prospect so the thought of getting this big procedure done by my local dentist of many years at Woodberry Down was a no brainier. The trust and the care was always there. I have now had my implants fitted and I can’t tell you how happy and joyful I feel. I couldn’t have chosen for a better dental practice, from beginning to end the service and care has been faultless despite the pandemic that occurred during the middle of my treatment. I was updated and informed of the current updates and although my treatment was halted and appointments were cancelled due to COVID I never felt abandoned. Vishal Raichura and his supporting staff were attentive and made themselves crystal clear of each stage I was going through and elaborated and explained the whole process logically and visually. I’m a patient that can get brain fog when laying down in the chair. I received comprehensive information by email and via screen during and after surgery. The whole procedure was painless and comfortable throughout. I felt very relaxed during the most invasive procedure. I couldn’t have wished for a better dental practice. Thank you so much Vishal Raichura and team for making the whole experience positive, comforting and making my smile look a lot more attractive.

Doctor Neil Shah failed twice to do the root canal, also for the second visit we supposed to have 2 hours appointment but from reception they call me to change the date of the appointment and offered me a one hour only appointment. The doctor arrived half and hour later and we end up with only 30 mins and at the end of the session Doctor Neil told me he could not do it well and I should come for the 3rd time another day, I asked why we can not have a proper 1 hour session, he said to me that he needs to go for lunch. I was extremely dlssappointed not only for the failure to do the root canal twice but also for the lack of will to compensate his late arrival and the disconnections in between doctors and reception in this surgery. I will not come back to this place.

Had an appointment for a filling with hawa today- was the most pain free filling I’ve ever had. The injection was completely pain-free and after that I didn’t feel a thing. Filling looks amazing, you can’t event see it. Would definitely recommend!

Went in for the first time today. Very friendly, polite and helpful receptionist. Setting aside the fact that when they booked my appointment they didn't take note of any of my details (even though I thought they did), so I didn't get any reminders about the booking, it was a very positive experience. I was seen by Dr Krunal Desai, who was very professional, but friendly, and communicated very well with me every step of the way. I didn't feel like at any point he tried to push extra services, which is great! I had the examination, two small X rays, then the hygienist services, all of which went smoothly and at the end of the appointment I left with a smile on my face. I will be back.

Clean, modern and friendly and really put you at ease. I go with confidence which I've never had before this dentist. There was a problem with the external lab who made a mistake twice, but it wasn't the dentist's fault and they did a good temporary job while the lab sorted out their problem.
