I am a new patient to the practice having moved into the area from Suffolk to be nearer my family. I found the staff very helpful, professional and informative. I had a question that couldn't be answered as the receptionist was away unwell, but the following day I received a telephone call and it was dealt with. After being in pain all weekend i looked for a dentist local to work and found Identics. It was very easy to book an appointment online even tho they were closed and i managed to get 9am Monday morning. The receptionist was friendly and after filling out a short form as its my first vist i was asked to take a seat in the dentist chair. I was seen by Dr Madeline Bragg who put me straight as ease. She listened to my problem and came up after a short examination with a solution. Within 20 mins i was pain free. All in all it was honestly a great experience to receive such professional help at short notice. I will be changing my denist now to Identics Thanks so much Simon

They seem to have thought of everything which is very reassuring for patients but very restrictive for Identics. My visit was relatively straightforward but every option for future treatment was discussed in detail and backed up by a plan in writing. The service from all staff was first class so thank you. The modern interior does not give off the 'dentist' feel but a homely environment to which you can feel at ease. I have known Mike for coming up to forty years as a friend and as a dentist and he has always been friendly, helpful and extremely professional, so it does not surprise me in the least that when he and Leah opened Identics that it would not be a success and a brilliant practice. Mike has an extremely friendly and professional team to support and re-assure any client, making them feel at ease and safe. When I visit Identics I view it as not 'going to the dentist' but seeing friends and a bunch of friendly happy faces knowing that I am in 'safe hands'. Yesterday I had my usual six monthly double appointment, first with the dentist, Margaret, and after with Paul the hygienist. Everything about identics from the time you walk in the door is designed to relax you. I am sure that I am not the only person that does not look forward to a visit to the dentist, but the modern comfortable decor and more importantly the friendly but at the same time professional approach of all the staff certainly helps alleviate any concerns you may have. I would have no reservations about recommending this dental practice.

Excellent service every time i visit. I have had a lot of work done by them , and the team have always been brilliant to me. I really cannot recommend them enough. Although it's a private practice the costs are no where near as expensive as i expected. Not having been to the dentists for quite a few years due to inherent meanness and lack of moral fibre I had to bite the bullet and attend Identics Dental Surgery the other day because of a broken tooth; probably caused by biting the bullet. The service received was of the highest order and I have no hesitation in recomending this friendly and efficient surgery. I literally cannot put into words how thankful I am for all the staff at identics. I am probably one of the most dental phobic people you can find. The staff were so amazing. The receptionist met me at the door before I’d even got through, the practice manager came met me in the waiting room, explained the process etc then came with me into the dentists room. The dentist and his assistant were so patient and understanding. I had my meltdown and spend the whole time apologising to them, they were so understanding and calmed me down. The manager stayed with me throughout the whole appointment, taught me breathing techniques to relax and reminded me of them as the work was being carried out, talked to me as the filling was being replaced. I have been so scared of the dentist for a long time and it is an inbuilt fear but because of the staff I did it. I made it through the appointment and had the work done. I’ve previously had sedation through another dentist and I’ve not allowed them to carry out the work even when I was sedated. I don’t know how to thank the whole team at Identics they are a dental practice like no other! Thank you all again, seriously from the bottom of my heart.

IF YOU ARE SCARED OF THE DENTIST, YOU MUST READ THIS......... A year ago, no one would dream that you would ever get me into a dentist! However, it was desperate measures when I became unwell last summer through not having visited a dentist for 20 years plus. A friend recommended me to Identics and I took the first brave step of turning up on their doorstep, shaking like a leaf, incoherent & in floods of tears! However, I was immediately given attention, listened to (most important) and reassured. Throughout my considerable course of treatment that followed, the team were wonderful, so kind and thoughtful, being aware that I was a very nervous and fearful patient. However, as each visit went by, (I had teeth removed and teeth filled under sedation), I became more confident and trusting of the dentist (my dental phobia had come about years ago through abusive dental treatment and this had caused me understandably to lose trust in any dentist). I completed my course of dental work by December 2017 and was due to return for routine visit in June 2018. Unfortunately, I broke a large piece of tooth in the interim and knew that I would need more treatment. I immediately thought "well this is a test to see if I'm really more confident" and it was advised that I undergo a large filling which brought a tear to my eye! However, again the team were so kind and, with their encouragement and confidence in me, I knew I could do it WITHOUT sedation which would be the first time in over 20 years! Yesterday I successfully had the tooth filled and I can honestly say that absolutely NOTHING hurt, I was not scared and after all this time, I have regained my trust in the dentist!!! So, to anyone who is scared of the dentist, please take the advice of someone who knows exactly what it's like and .......................GET DOWN TO IDENTICS!!! This is my 2nd Review - I am still going to IDENTICS regularly which is a true recommendation. I have no hesitation now in attending and "almost" look forward to going. Next time I have to have a filling but I now know that, with the Magic Gel, it definitely does NOT hurt. I'm also seeing the hygienist every three months (catching up on lost time over 20+ years) and, again, it definitely does not hurt. If you are nervous or have had bad experiences at the dentist in the past (like me), please sign up to Identics and you'll never look back! My friend who was also terrified of dentists has now braved it at Identics and has been going back on a regular basis, feeling more confident!!!! Thank goodness Dentistry has moved on from the barbaric past!!!!

Although my appointment started half an hour later than it should of done my experience as a nervous patient who only normally sees one particular dentist was made to feel very safe in the hands of a different dentist who along with her assistant/ nurse made me feel relaxed and safe having an injection and a replacement filling done. My husband and I live in West Sussex,so why travel nearly two hours to Identics? We used to live locally and our dentist at that time practiced in Larkfield, where we continued to visit when we moved to Horsham. Michael Chrisp then set up Identics in Allington and we just went a bit further down the road as we knew we would have the best treatment in his new practice. There is always a lovely welcome when we arrived, great coffee and could sit all day to reading the best magazines! We are never kept waiting for our appointments, and go home pain free!
