K. G.After a week of pain killers and an emergency visit to my usual dentist (who did absolutely nothing) I booked an emergency appointment at Maidstone Dental. Yes private dentistry is pricey, but you cant put a price to not have a toothache if you ask me, and I'm not sorry I booked the appointment. I see the nicest 2 ladies, the dentist herself, Manisha (thank goodness for her today, what an angel) put me at ease immediately took the xray and actually took the time to discuss options and prices so I was well informed. I decided on having the root canal and she done the first part of it there and then, i was taken great care of and asked if I was OK throughout, being a nervous patient I'm extremely grateful. Great service, kind, professional and caring staff! Im going back to complete my treatment and won't let anyone else touch this tooth. Thank you Manisha. 😊
s. e.I’ve been suffering with a problematic tooth for over a year now going to and fro my dentist to be told it’s cracked they won’t touch it, referred me to a dentist in walderslade who was only interested in charging me £750 for a root canal which I refused and said I want it taken out please and was told no. Since Friday last week tooth played up big time and pain excruciating so found this dentist in Maidstone, called Sunday morning as I could not take the pain no more they see me at 13.30pm. Dr Mohamed was absolutely brilliant I explained what’s been going on he did X-rays showed me the four cracks in my tooth, hole and mass of infection, said he had to offer me antibiotics, root canal or extraction? As it’s the Law I chose extraction and he said I’ll take it out no for you. Yes the injections hurt but within ten mins my tooth was out.
Dr Mohamed showed me my tooth roots and all with all the cracks and the infection and said it’s been like that a while and he was glad I chose extraction as he would never of wanted to do a root canal as it wouldn’t of helped me at all. I high fived Dr Mohamed and said a HUGE thank you . Definitely recommend this Dentist to anyone suffering.

H. D.Fantastic. I had been struggling with toothache all week and had visited my regular dentist 3 times as the pain was worsening, even after they gave me antibiotics and told me I needed a root canal-which they booked for December!! The pain was completely debilitating and, unfortunately, my dentist did nothing to help me further. The pain was unbearable and I was maxed out on pain killers so I booked an emergency appointment late at night for the following day. I saw Minshima (apologies if your name is spelt incorrectly) and she put me at ease straight away. She asked about the problem, took an x-ray and asked if I wanted the root canal. I had it done there and then. I’m very anxious when it comes to having dental procedures done, due to having one too many bad experiences with the drill, but Minshima numbed me and checked if I was okay and whether I could feel anything multiple times, which I really appreciated. Happily, I didn’t feel a thing and this was probably the most relaxed I’ve ever been at the dentist. She gave me a new and different course of antibiotics and 24 hours later I feel so much better than I have done all week. Very upfront and honest about the cost of the procedure and I did not feel under any pressure to have it done (other than the pain I was in!!). Thank you so much.

S. D.Can't speak highly enough of the service I received. Quick to arrange an appointment, very thorough with their Covid protection process so always felt safe. I saw a dentist called Nas who immediately put me at ease, he was consultative on how they could fix my problem and they sorted me out in just under an hour. They also called me a few hours after the treatment to see how I was feeling. Great service.

H.Seen by dr Ali for an emergency appointment on a Sunday, service was brilliant, dr Ali and his assistant were very helpful, instantly got me out of pain and then explained what he thought was best, completed a difficult extraction and made sure I was ok and advised me on current state of my other teeth.
