My partner was desperate for a check up as he has an operation on Tuesday and had only just learnt that he needed to have a checkup before the operation could go ahead or it would be cancelled. He has already waited 2 years for the operation. The problem was explained to the very pleasant and efficient Receptionist and Senacre Dental Clinic managed to see him this afternoon. The service he received was extremely professional, efficient, thorough and very reasonably priced. His normal Dental Practice could not have been more unhelpful in comparison. I would definitely recommend this Dental Practice as a result because of their care and compassion and he will be transferring there..

Dr Rav has been looking after mine and my families teeth for many years now. Recently my son had to have some extractions in preparation for orthodontic work. Rav explained on both occasions what would happen and how it would feel during and after treatment. Her manner is extremely calm , professional and reassuring. She showed great care in making sure there were no slivers of tooth left. My son had a very positive experience cannot thank Rav enough for being our dentist.

Excellent service. My son has just tested positive for COVID-19 forcing me to cancel my appointment to have new tooth fitted and made. I have been very self conscious of not having one of my front teeth so was gutted i had to cancel. Tracey the receptionist who i spoke with has managed to squeeze me in for the following week after my isolation finishes. Considering that they are so busy at the moment that there is no appointment for a couple of months i can't thank her enough. Customer service is excellent as are the dentists that work there. Very happy customer

I have visited the dentist this week for a check up and the hygienist for a much needed clean. The staff - from the minute you walk in the door - are friendly and helpful. New covid systems are in place - I was welcomed in, hand sanitised and taken to the treatment room. My appointments were on time, there were two members of staff present the whole time for each appointment and they went out of their way to put me at ease. The receptionists were very helpful and efficient. I think 'kind' is the word to describe all the staff. Going to the dentist is very much NOT my favourite pass time, but the whole experience was fantastic. Thank you.

I have been using Senacre Dental Clinic for a few years now and cannot fault them at all. My most recent visit was today- Beth & Kim were extremely warm, welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. That goes for all the staff i have ever interacted with. I would highly recommend them to everyone. The BEST dentists by far I’ve been coming to this dentist for probably more than 10 years along with my mum and now with my own children. I always recommend them to others. They are always polite, they make you feel so welcome and are always accommodating when you need an emergency appointment. My dentist is so kind and gentle although I’d be scared if I needed treatment, I trust him 100%. You always feel that they’d never do anything unnecessary and always have your best interests at heart. They are great with my children too and make it fun and interesting for them.

I have been going to Senacre dentist for over twenty years and have always been really happy with all my treatments and the lovely friendly caring staff. I would hate to go to any other dentist. I live in West Malling but so worth the journey to see this fantastic practice.

Just recently joined and they are very lovely towards you. I have a young toddler and a baby who can cry at times. My dentist and her assistant were very understanding and patient which is so helpful for anyone with children. Easy access to building if you have a pram. My little toddler broke her tooth recently and I was able to get her registered and seen asap which was a relief. They are very professional and deserve a lot if credit because the nhs are very busy and its not easy to find a good nhs dentist with a positive attitude towards you and offer you treatment that you need.

I have just joined the practice after leaving one in Maidstone that was un-professional, not interested in you as a patient and what is more, no sense of service. Here I received excellent service (my crown had fallen out and I was seen within hours) and the receptionist and the dentist (Mirunaalini) were charming and helpful. What a difference!
